I've been catching up on explorations lately. This abnormally colored Rhydon needs some Reese's cups.

I was able to catch Celebi on my first try, Ho-oh on my second and Lugia after reluctantly spending more of my jewels for coins. Ho-oh I also used some of the items on as on my first attempt I just barely got it to half of its health. I also got the Banettite, which I really can't use at the moment.

Nothing makes me more made than Poochyena and, the stage I'm on, Mightyena. Why should the third generation version of rattatas be so hard to catch, let alone complete? >_>

Yeah, Shuffle is annoying me with the regular stages, it's not fun when it's like, impossible to beat. Leveling up your Pokemon can take forever, especially if it has to be on an easier stage or else you won't beat it again, lol. I've just been doing the Escalation Stages more than anything else.

FINALLY got a shiny female Pichu. Only took 1,354 eggs. Well, that might be inaccurate, I don't know if my first one was female, but this is to get the cosplay forms, so it's different. 11/11 so far on the Exploration tasks. I've been having a good time with them, this round.

I'm somehow supposed to pull off a final project for my Web Graphics class that requires at least six pictures, either stock or that I took myself. I'm no photographer and stock photos don't work very well for what I want to do (plus they cost money, and nobody likes that) so it's difficult for me. Ugh. At least I still have a month and a half to figure it out.

I anyone else planning for Thanksgiving already? Hubs has to work until 4, then we're off to his parents' house for dinner. My mom might do another dinner at her house later in the evening, so we're thinking about heading out there and maybe staying the night.

This little lady needs some candy corn. Not sure if this is a legitimate medical practice...



Quiz Bowl competition starts November 6! I'm incredibly terrified but also excited. Last year, we only moved on to the second round because we won a tiebreaker. That was incredibly nerve-racking.

*sigh* Yesterday with no multiplier, I got a buttload of Zergoose from my Daycare, but today, I've had nothing. Just my luck.

One of my uncles had a heart attack today. Apparently he's stable now, but it's still scary.

Has anyone here ever released a shiny, either accidentally or intentionally? If so, why? (The only reason I can even think to is if I have all of the shinies of something and it doesn't have a mega, like Zangoose.)

I was finally able to get past Onix on Shuffle but now I'm stuck on Fennekin. Not that it was too hard to defeat, it just keeps escaping my Poke Ball. Then there's the random "let me disrupt even though there's no countdown" thing it likes to do.

I once accidentally released a shiny Swelllow. I was upset about it at first but I got over it and hunted another one, so it's all good. Other than that and releasing a couple I reflex grabbed, I haven't had that problem that much.

I accidentally released my first every shiny (a Gulpin), back when a shiny's PC icon was identical to a regular Pokémon's.

I caught Celebi and Ho-Oh on my first attempts at catching them (I failed at Ho-Oh twice beforehand). Took only about five tries for Lugia. Ridiculous luck there.

I am not looking forward to this Scavenger Hunt task, though. It's the first task that could potentially break my run for Finish What You Started if I'm not lucky.

Why? If you can find the right pokemon, it will be super easy. Of course, FINDING that pokemon might be a problem. I haven't seen one yet.

I actually think this task's pretty easy. The obvious choices were Goomy and Druddigon, I found a Goomy egg first, now it should be ready to hatch by the time I get up in the morning, Pass Powers are awesome, then I'll spend half an hour or so leveling it.

Are any of you creeped out by any Pokemon? My little sister hates Drowzee but I can't stand Watchog, the thing is just so ugly/creepy/crugly.

Does the Pokemon have to be a pure Dragon-type? I have a Noibat egg in my party that's gotten some serious progress...I hope this isn't futile.

Also, finally got my fifth Old Man! I didn't release any of the other Missingno., so Getting Kinda Creepy... is now mine! It only took 2 years...

Nope. As long as one type is Dragon, it will work.

Finally got through the regular stages on Shuffle Mobile. Now I'm gonna go through the expert stages. Wish they'd give the mobile users some mega stone competitions, though.

I pretty much hate ants as they have made my life hell. So Durant is definitely a pokemon, I entirely hate. I would also
agree that Drowzee is pretty creepy but I find Missingno creepier.

Also, I like the Fairy hunt. Last time I used a 145IV Togekiss yet got 2nd place. Now, I'm more experienced, so I know when an eeveelution is available for some hunt, go for it!

I finally got my first plate! Water Arceus here I come!

*EDIT* So people were saying that task 2 was difficult but I was able to complete the task in less than a minute with my Mega Aerodcatyl only. So if anyone was having trouble with that task, these are my Mega Aerodactyl's stats and nature/IVs and attacks/items if you wish to copy him: Jolly nature, 147 total IVs, Aerial Ace, Rock Throw, Swords Dance, Protect (I used Swords Dance first to boost his attack more), and leftovers

Today is a day where a multiplier would have been nice. High maturity dragon egg for Scav Hunt and Eevee eggs for Pokehunt. Oh well, slow and steady :P Though with today's scav hunt task there should be a bit of clicking going on, so maybe we'll reach critical mass on the pass counter for tomorrow.

Had to do my German oral presentation this afternoon, so glad that's out of the way now. Only one more assignment left and my lecturer was nice enough to us an extension on the due date for it. I'm still going to get it out of the way asap, but it's nice to have a bit of extra time if needed.

Going out with some friends later tonight to get some churro ice cream sandwiches. It like ice cream between two bits of churro The cafe is doing a 2 for the price of 1 deal on them, so we thought what better way to drown out the last week of uni stress than that :P
