obviously not too much of an issue for most, but I was at 8/10 slime slugmas when my pair bred two slime slugma eggs in one batch. I checked my achievement tab after and didn't get pudding vat, it stated i only had 9/10. when i checked my daycare offspring tab, it told me i had bred 10 novelties. not sure what caused this bug, but figured i would post it here!

Are they all in your possession? If I remember correctly, the Slime Slugma have to be in your possession in order for the achievement to actually unlock.
Edit: Well, it's been quite a few years since I got it, so I could definitely be wrong. There is some quirk to it, though, as far as I remember. --------------------  Check my GPXPlus journal to see what I contributed to the site! Interested in a commission? PM me. |

I'm pretty sure they don't all have to be in your possession, BUT they do all still have to exist on the site. If a Pokemon languishes for a certain amount of time in the Shelter without being picked up, it gets deleted off the site. Your Daycare Offspring would still record that it had been born, but for the purposes of the achievement it would no longer exist.
I'm just spitballing here, but I guess it might also be possible (though I doubt the site treats it like this) that if you didn't use a Heart Sweet and just picked one of the two Slime Slugma eggs, perhaps the other won't count toward the achievement until it has an owner. --------------------  |

they don't have to be in your possession. i'm not sure though. when one slime slugma was bred it would record in my achievements tab immediately after donating to the shelter. when i got two at once and donated both, only one got recorded. they wouldn't have been picked up that fast. i don't think it matters if they get adopted or not since the other ones recorded instantly.
