I can't log into the egg site (GPXPlus) |

I can log into the forum fine but when I use my log in information to access the egg site it says "the username and password you entered are invalid." I have tried serveral times and even logged out of the forum and logged into the site and it still doesn't work! Can someone please help me?
Edit: Here's a screenshot of the problem: Spoiler (click to show) Edit: I haven't forgotten my password and my username is spelt correctly. Sorry about the size of the screenshot. Are you sure your username is right? Remember that log-in names and display names are not necessarily the same; if you filled in the same thing when you first registered they'll be the same, but if you filled in different ones they won't.

I reset my password using the password recovery and how can I check my user name. I might of mispelled it.

The only way really to check your username is to just try a bunch of combinations or other possible usernames you could have used. I don't know if moderators are able to look at your log in name or not. If you're able to log into the forum, I don't see what could be the problem, though. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to clear your cookies and see if that fixes your problem.

when you signed up did you use 2 different names, a screen name and your username?
if so you need to login with your username, not your screen name if you made them different. --------------------  |
