Miltank or Blissey? Which of the two makes a better Pokemon in terms of all things Pokemon? State your case!

Blissey, I have had a problem with Miltank since the first time i battled Whitney's Miltank.

Blissey is not that great actually. She's just weird and overrated and slow. All she can do is stall. Her only good attacking move is Seismic Toss. Oh, and Toxic.
So yeah, I'd say Miltank, she seems much more cuter and has a larger set diversity (which is again, not large, but bigger then Blissey's).

Miltank, definitely! I'm biased though. Miltank is one of my favorite Pokemon <3 I love how they look like a mix between a cow and a dog (maybe it's just me who thinks that though, haha). I wish I had a Miltank in my Pokemon parties more often.

The egg pokemon trolls me every time I encounter one. Miltank only trolls me with Whitney. +1 Blissey

Although Miltank's all around ok, Blissey's got the Sp. Defense to cause some chaos (not to mention Seismic Toss). +1 Blissey

Memorability: Miltank's memorable for, well, Whitney. Blissey....isn't VERY memorable, unless trolling counts. +1 Miltank

Evolution: Miltank has none; Blissey's are a pain to evolve. +1 Miltank

Final Tally: Miltank: 2; Blissey: 3;

So Blissey.
