Yeah, it was actually me who made the Slime Slugma sprite as well as the Slime Magcargo. Wyms did slight finishing touches to them, and I presume the shinies as well.

That Slime Slugma looks fabulous! 
Makes me think of Slimer from Ghostbusters like someone else implied or the green glowing mutagen that made the Ninja Turtles become humanoid in their movies.
