Hiya! I received two shiny Pokéchests from scratch cards but no matter how many times I click them, they will not open! Unsure if I'm being daft but yeah, I can't get them to open

Seems your last login was from the mobile version. There are a number of issues with the mobile site so try logging in on the desktop version and see if that fixes your issue. You can also tap the button on the mobile Index page that allows you to use the full site on your phone.

Thanks Level-X, but the chests wouldn't open on mobile or desktop!

Eventually I did get them to open only after I'd used the Chance Pass Power. Unsure why that was, but glad I managed to get them open in the end!
