Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Bug and Errors _ Did Not Receive Coinshop Prize (Bulu Egg)

I paid 200 coins in the Event Shop for a Bulu egg, but did not receive it. My coins did go down (from 203 to 3) but no egg appeared. I did have an empty slot in my party (5/6 Pokemon) but I'm on an Exploration, so not sure if that would have tripped something? But I don't know why it would have let me purchase it if it wouldn't be able to put it in my party due to the explo.

This also occurred to me with a Floral Togepi egg on the first day of the event. I'll ask about this in the Discord server.
