According to its description, the "Lucky" achievment involves the following:
Lucky (0/1) – Get a Pokemon from an event, or receive either a treasure chest, Manaphy egg or MissingNo. egg.
So far I've gotten a Manaphy egg, a MissigNo egg and a Corruption Orb from a treasure chest, but I haven't gotten the achievment yet.
I did get the little red circle notification thingy of "hey, you got an achievment!" but when I check my list "Lucky" remains unlocked.
As someone who still needs some achievments to embark on new explorations this is... something I'd like to get fixed.

Edit: At the time of editing this, I received another Manaphy egg, another Missigno egg, and a Korechu egg, and I'm still getting the same bug. What's going on?
