How do you obtain these gorgeous Pokemon? They are now my favorite, so I keep looking for answers on how to obtain them, and I cant seem to find an answer. Does anyone know how? Thankyou.

If you have Altaria in your dex, open up its dex entry and mouse over the evolution spots to see for yourself

the Cosmic needs a Cosmog nearby and the Constellation needs Stardust
