I have SO many Pass orbs right now.
Perhaps a Pass Orb Power could be added that temporarily - five minutes, maybe - changes the weather to something you choose, allowing evolution, but not giving enough time to use for something like the accelerated speed of Egg Warming that Sunny Day gives you.
Since you wouldn't use it much, it could cost 20 Orbs, like the Purchase Power - which a lot of people also use for buying Evolution Items.
