i'll give you insight, this uy at the RMT of this forum wanted an attacking smeargle, so i took the job of making test team for the smeargle, lead was smeargle lvl 1, all the others were cannon fodders (bulbasaur/ivisaur/charmander/charmeleon/squirtle) let me say, this was in OU
