I get annoyed when a user adopts one of the eggs I breed and once the Pokemon hatches they shove it into their PC and never take it out again At least, it being hatched lets you know it's not a shiny. On my offspring page, there are two eggs that I've been waiting for months for their owners to hatch. A Pichu obtained in July 2010 and a Vulpix obtained in November 2010. I want these things hatched darn it. You think that's bad? This sneasel sat unhatched for nearly a year until recently. I just realized they came back and hatched it the other day. ._. Though the oldest unhatched offspring I have now is from July (an eevee). Everything else is a recent relicanth. I have a Castform from August 6th that isn't even ready to hatch ;_; -------------------- |

What do you expect people to do? Exactly. It's counterproductive to keep something you don't want/need leveled or its happiness increased in your party when it's just taking the space away from something you do or an egg that needs to hatch. I'm not sure why people complain about this. I don't quite get why people are upset by unhatched potential shinies they bred, either. I mean, it's not like it's yours anymore anyway, and you don't get a reward for breeding a shiny Pokemon. It's not like people even have to adopt your eggs for your statistic counts to go up in the first place. They only way that any of this affects the breeder is that their breeding count goes up which may improve your rank or count towards one of the breeding achievements you haven't obtained yet. Breeding only benefits you. Be happy. -------------------- |

Yeah, I dunno why everyone is complaining so much about people putting things in boxes. Six spaces is not a whole lot. Just because something goes in a box doesn't mean the person doesn't appreciate having it! Maybe they plan to come back and raise it later, maybe not, but be happy they saw it as nice enough to keep it!

It's not like people even have to adopt your eggs for your statistic counts to go up in the first place. I can only speak for myself but I have a couple reasons. The first is that I am curious as to whether or not it comes out shiny. Obviously I won't get it but I'm always happy when I breed a shiny. I mean I don't get anything for owning a shiny (other than the joy of the pretty pokemon and having something special) any more either now that I have all the shiny achievements, breeding a shiny to me is the second best thing to that. The other reason is I don't like to see a lot of eggs when I got to my daycare. It looks nice and neat if the older pairs only have hatched pokemon. -------------------- |

I didn't even notice I've had eggs from that long ago in my breeding list until someone else mentioned it. xD The only one that annoys me is the WV egg, and that's more because they only have a few interactions. It irritates me that some brand new person will come on, take a sought-after egg, and leave, while there are active people who still want it.
I don't know how common WVs are now, but they were harder to find at the time. =P As for boxing things, all my shinies are boxed right now except my Shiny Winter Mebukijika. I still think they're all really cool in some way or another. =P Just because they're boxed doesn't mean I hate them or forgot about them. -------------------- |

I go all OCD myself when things aren't organized to my liking. xD I didn't even notice I've had eggs from that long ago in my breeding list until someone else mentioned it. xD The only one that annoys me is the WV egg, and that's more because they only have a few interactions. It took me forever to get my first two, then I abandoned one because they were both the same gender and I wanted a breeding pair. While I was looking for my second, I saw one most times I looked in the Shelter. They weren't as common as Slime Slugma, but they were more abundant than other rare-ish Pokemon such as Porygon. Also, I'm with you on the shiny-box thing. I like all my shines and I would never abandon them (with the exceptions of subtle shines I abandoned because I didn't realize they were shiny at the time. xD But my horrific observational skills are a whole different story...) I even took the time to level them all to 100, even the random ones I wasn't particularly trying for. The fact that I keep anything in a box not labeled "fail" or "drop" shows my appreciation for it. -------------------- |

It was months ago, shortly after I picked up my two... And it had taken me ages to find my two. xD I just can't see them in the shelter anymore, so I wasn't sure.

One of my pet peeves is that I feel 90% of everything being bred fits into these three categories:
1. Pokemon bred with Ditto 2. Two Pokemon of the same species/line being bred together 3. Two different species of Pokemon bred together for "Breeding Achievements" i.e Jynx/Mr.Mime & Seviper/Zangoose. I love looking at heritage pages, and its getting boring. This applies especially to Generation V Pokemon released recently, but to everyone else too. -------------------- |

Nowadays, I tend to just throw two things together that have the same egg group. I pick one Pokemon I actually want to breed, then do a PC search for compatible partners and pick one at random. -------------------- |

63/65
*several calculations later* 63/65 FFFFFFFFFFFFF Actually any exploration task that makes you rely on luck or other people. If people didn't need to feed berries and I didn't need to find the exploration item I could have been done by now ._. I know it adds to the challenge (and I know the item will come tomorrow if I don't find it today) but it still frustrates me. One of my pet peeves is that I feel 90% of everything being bred fits into these three categories: 1. Pokemon bred with Ditto 2. Two Pokemon of the same species/line being bred together 3. Nowadays, I tend to just throw two things together that have the same egg group. I pick one Pokemon I actually want to breed, then do a PC search for compatible partners and pick one at random. I used to do this until I realized breeding the same species was giving me better results. TraverseTown is right, it does look more interesting but honestly if I am trying for one specific thing and I want them to bond as fast as possible I generally go for two of the same species if I have them. Though if two of my shiny hunts are in the same egg group I will often put them together instead. I don't understand ditto breeding in most cases. I've only used them when I've felt like I had to. The last time I did Star Guided Journey I tossed solrock in with ditto because I needed to make sure I had a solrock egg when I came back from my nap. >_> I guess that's another thing that bothers me. It's nice we can breed gendered things with non-gendered things unlike the games but genderlessxgenderless would be nice... even if it is asking much. Adding on to the unhatched egg thing, my first bred Mudkip, and first ever bred thing, is from August '09 and it still hasn't hatched. >.>

As for the unhatched eggs thing, I have a Togepi egg from July 21 '09 and a Remoraid egg from July 31 '09 that have been ready to hatch for about two years. There is another Remoraid egg from July 21 '09 that is only at 3,000 maturity. Gah this bothers my OCD so badly.

When you click something important in the lab like a legend or unown and nothing happens, so then you click it again and you get the "please wait for etc etc" message...and nothing happens.

What really grinds my gears is when I get shinies of pokemon that I'm not currently hunting for. I've gotten shiny machop, shiny gobitto, shiny anorith, and shiny pururiru while hunting shiny slakoth lol

Well, dunno if this counts, but I get annoyed at myself when I accidentally click the wrong berry. =_= Usually because I'm clicking a bunch of eggs and then OH WHOA A POKEMON. Yeah. XD I try to click right berries but it does not always happen.

When a Pokemon asks for a sweet berry and I click spicy or sour (or any other combination of these). Generally I don't make this mistake with dry or bitter berries, so I have to assume that my brain can't handle the fact that three berries start with S. (This doesn't happen THAT often, but it's enough that I feel pretty stupid.)
