Glad to see there's so many new updates, events, and such. Feels like the site has never been this alive. I missed 1 scavenger task, + rank 1 in the last Pokéhunt, and now I have 91 Prize Points. Yay

I did the same. But mine was based off of ANOTHER person's fanfic. The Generals all were brothers of one of the Scouts, Moon not included. Mine followed the life of the younger brother of the Neptune royal family, Amethite. {I broke with the theme of naming them after gemstones slightly, because I felt Amethite sounded better than Amethyst.} The asteroid belt was once a planet named Astroidia that my character, who joined the Dark Kingdom willingly because he was jealous of his older brother, shook apart using his powers in an attempt to keep the four outer Guardians away from the moon during the battle at the end of the Silver Millennium. {And this is the first time I realized that I should have named the planet Asteroidia. Oh well.}

I missed one scavenger hunt task by falling asleep at my laptop while the darn Mon was in my party waiting to be raised up in levels

I also might be available to play Smash today. I've been playing online with my friends a lot and I've also been playing a lot of Xbox recently, so I haven't had time.

We're once again taking the PARCC test in my school. Wonderful. I still didn't know half of the geometry section.

It is. But it's not horrible.
Only annoying thing is the pokémon locked in your party during it.

Howdy hi hi and happy Feel Good Friday Everyone! While it is morning and I'm sitting semi upright at the office my mind is still fighting the desire to return to Z Land. So what to do what to do. Well, yeah. Work comes to mind... but so does finishing this current explore so I can try my hand at the new explore for the DW eggie.

Before I say much more I guess ... I want to thank those of you who nominated me. It was quite a surprise to see Jenn's PM the other day and left me with a happy feeling and a sense of belonging. Thanks for making me feel so welcome and special here ya'll.

I've also seen posts about fanfics over on that FanFiction.net website. My daughter got me into that and I have a couple (unfinished) fanfics going on over there. I won't link to them here though because (a) they aren't Pokemon related and (b) more importantly they aren't finished as life has side tracked me from getting back to them. I have written some fan fics in the past though. I wrote like 4 short story fan fics about Animal Crossing and 2 novellas for AC that (you guessed it) haven't been completed to date. Those last two are more in-depth though and sometimes I find myself thinking about them. I do have a Pokemon related fan fic I had begun a while back, too. I called it Zertheon. It kind of centered on this guy who lost everything, including his Pokemon partner, in a war. Now that he's all healed up he's off for revenge against the battler that killed his Pokemon, but he is afraid to take on a new partner because he doesn't want to be all emotionally attached to another one. But as he descends the mountaintop where he was convalescing he runs into a wild pack of Pokemon that destroyed a nest of new Pokemon, killing their mom. And, of course, there is one wild Pokemon left from the nest. That's where my story left off.

Well. I guess that's enough babble for now. Save to say I'm excited about the hopeful Egg Event. I remember when my girls and I first joined GPX I told them I never wanted them to have more than 5 Pokemon or eggs in their party. I didn't have any reason why... I just figured they couldn't take care of so many. I didn't understand what GPX was all about back then. The 2nd day we were members I saw my youngest had a full party and a strange egg. I was so mad at her! She tried to convince me telling me that she didn't pick it up, that it just showed up. I checked my party. No such odd egg. I was really mad at her for lying to me.

Who knew GPX ran Egg Events? I had no clue! Really! To see how far we've come since that 2nd day. I know it's all chance and I didn't always got an egg from these events... but I'm really hoping I can now. *crosses fingers*

Mh. But "completely luck-based" means I could be stuck on it forever if [that thing] decides not to happen. :/

I saw that people talked about fanfictions. I read some.
The best pokémon fanfiction I know, and for me it's the best fanfiction I have ever read : The Game of Champions. I haven't seen in mentioned in the thread, so if you don't know it already, give it a go.
It's rated M though, but as far as I remember, I don't remember anything overly shocking in it.

Very happy to see the "old events" back! I remember it was very fun! I can't wait for that!

Oh and I got Rank 2 Togekiss, with 141 IV. Not rank 1, maybe next time... :/

It's been maybe a month or two since I've seen the MissingNo... but as for Manaphy... I can't recall. That's how long its been for me. Once I get all explored out, too, I'm going to have to Lab Lurk for the Phione egg again. I know I can find Phione in the Shelter, but the special eggs I always like getting "clean" copies of.
