I loved the number of references in the Dark Tower series as well, though the fact that it takes place through many different universes explains that well enough. I've read several of the Richard Bachman books as well, I loved the overlap between Desperation (written as King) and The Regulators (written as Bachman). The covers even go together. The initials RS tend to show up quite often as well, usually for villains, and it makes me wonder if maybe he was bullied as a child by someone with those initials or something.

I actually did a report on Stephen King in high school, it wasn't revealed until later that we had to dress up as the person we chose while presenting our reports. This was awkward for me, as I was the only person in the class who chose the opposite gender, and I had to figure out how to dress as a guy who wears jeans and a t-shirt while attending a school where jeans and a t-shirt weren't permitted forms of dress.

This is entirely off topic but has anyone read Holy Potatoes a Workshop?
It's this really goofy indie game where you work at a blacksmith and make weapons for RPG heroes and stuff. And uh. Everyone's a potato, lol.
It's really silly to most I'm sure but I loved it tons and I don't know why, just really charming in it's own dumb way I guess lol.
Also back to another topic anyone and everyone can answer....Who here has pets and what are they? I have a dog named Bee (let's see if anyone gets that reference), and a little rat named Opal who I love to death.
I plan on getting a couple more rats for her soon since it's awful for them to live alone, but, yeah, what about you guys??

So tired tonight, work was fairly busy today. We ended up getting 6 skids of freight come in, so we spent the better part of the day breaking those down and sorting them. There is still a ton of stuff to do, but its hard to get anything done when they only have 3 people working a night and only two of us go on cash .

Just a little bit of time left before my last exam. I have some time before that, so I'm doing explorations. Including this one

I'm not sure if I want the Xenoblade game. From what I saw from the previous game, it seems to be a story driven game with a lot of sidequests. I'm not sure how okay I would be with that. I generally don't want to have to spend lots of time figuring out what kind equipment I want in a game unless I get really into it first. So anyway, I have games to play. I have started making progress in Hyrule Warriors again, being almost done with the initial Adventure Map. I have the DLC, so there is plenty of game left. I also play Splatoon, which makes for intense and frustrating moments considering my rank. So, yeah, if anyone wants to get carried upwards on the Splatoon ranked ladder, I'd be down.

Shuffle news: I'm trying Thundurus when I wake up but my Ground type team is so weak (Donphan, Phanphy and Marowak) that I felt that I need something stronger (even using items, like I'll) so I ended up playing Excadrill's stage and caught him (with 18%, but yeah). I've 96k coins at the moment, so after Monday I'll try to catch some mons and S rank some stages again.

The original had an absolute shit-ton of sidequests(I want to say upwards of 400). Equipment is also extremely vital for later on and you get a lot of good equipment from sidequests, so you want to do a few of them. Plus if X is like the original doing sidequests and discovering areas actually gives you EXP. Xenoblade is also really story driven yeah. Certain quests don't appear until you're at a certain part and some quests are even timed, meaning you have to complete them within a certain time period and you can't progress too far in the story or they'll become inaccessible.
Anyway though I highly recommend X if it's anything like the first, which I'm assuming it is, since it's called Xenoblade Chronicles X and not something else entirely.

I was able to catch it eariler today with Glalie (M), Garchomp, Donphan and Groudon (and a bunch of items). Luck was on my side and I didn't have to use a Great Ball. Now I'm back to coin grinding on Meowth so I can best my Mega Steelix score.

I can't believe Psychonauts 2 is going to be a thing. AAAAAH. It's one of my favorite games and to know it's finally getting a sequel feels really good. Even if it's not coming until 2018... boo.

I've got a cat at home named Sally and a crested gecko named Rhys. Or Reese if they end up being a she. Too small to tell. Going to be getting a snake once I figure out where to put the enclosure and, y'know, acquire it.

I've said this before but I have an absolutely amazing and beautiful doge named Cheyenne. I love her to bits. She's been with my family honestly for as long as I can remember.

As for future pets I obviously want to get a dog but I kinda want a cat too. If I get a dog then I want a husky.

She sounds great, friend.
What kind of dog is Cheyenne?? Also YES I absolutely love huskies!
I've always really really wanted a doberman, or like twenty...

She's a mixed breed, and to be honest we're not sure what of haha.
We think she's a mix of a German shepherd, golden retriever and a shiz zhu? She definitely has the colors of both a shepherd and a retriever.

My mom is allergic to pets, and my college doesn't allow them (besides fish), so I'm a bit out of luck in that regard until I get my own place. I have Pokemon otherwise, though.

I do plan on getting a cat once I have my own apartment/house, but that could still be a ways off. I'll get there eventually, though.

Gonna work on some more explorations this month. Don't think I'll try "That Burning Desire!!" again until I've completed all the available normal explorations and next month's special ones. I did get Rank 1 in this week's Poke Hunt, but I'm still getting the Cosplay Boxes, so no Shards just yet.

I don't have a pet at the moment, but I'd seriously love to have an aquarium with varieties of fishes and maybe a couple of starfishes as well. Also I'd like to have a parrot. I find parrots to be extremely elegant looking and fascinating.

I currently have 1 female German Shepard/Pitbull and 1 Male Chocolate Lab :) My Shep/Pit is teh equivalent to Tigger and my choco lab is the equivalent to Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh personality wise. I want a black pug one day and a pet rat :)

TBH I never really considered fish pets, they're more like decorations you have to feed. I would, however, love a nautilus (think Omastar). I have a cat that mostly lives outside and leaves feathers on the porch when we forget to feed her or are gone for the whole day, she was a stray from our old house that grew on us, and my husband brought her to our new house when we moved despite knowing she'd be taken care of if she stayed.

Is anyone else enjoying Pokemon Picross? It kept me from my history homework but I'm working on it now, I managed to finally pry myself away.
