If you're new here then don't be shy! The community thread is the place to come and chat with fellow members of the site who share a common interest with you. Talk about whatever you want, whether it's GPX related or something going on in your personal life, just be sure to read the rules first before posting. There's always someone on the forums to read and respond to your posts, so chat away and maybe you'll meet some great people!

Rules

• Regular forum rules still apply here. Basically don't double post. Don't ask for clicks every time you fill your party. Unless it gets out of hand*, I'm okay with you linking to an exploration Pokemon who needs a specific berry.
  
  *out of hand meaning I don't want to see Pokémon being linked just for leveling or if they need drinks for happiness. These kinds of interactions can be handled just fine by being in your parties and signatures.
  
  
• Do not post your shinies here, there's a shiny thread for that. Discussing them is OK though! Just make sure you add content to your post.
  
  
• Make sure your post contains worthwhile content. If you're posting an exploration Pokémon to be fed berries then be sure to add other content to your post. Same with discussing shinies. Find people to reply to or start a discussion yourself! Your post must, with the shiny portion and berry feeding hypothetically removed*, not read as if you're talking to yourself. To clarify, your post should not be an out-loud thought to yourself, and should contain more general discussion than just information on your current shiny luck.
  
  *if you were to read your post, skipping over any mention of shinies, the post should still sound like a good post.
  
  If any posts are found breaking this rule then they will be instantly deleted and handed a 10% warn.
  
  
• Do not post your GPX+ gear grinders in this thread either. There's also a thread for that. This is mostly for raging at staff or site events that you don't like.

  An off-handed comment that is in no way malicious like this is fine. You can always add an emoticon to help add to the not serious effect, but that it is only a small annoyance.

• Memes and Gifs are allowed, but don't overuse them. If the thread turns into nothing but meme and gif replies, I'll give everyone a 10% warn that was involved because it's just plain out spam! Make sure you put these in a spoiler tag.
  
  
• No quote pyramids! Be sure to cut out everything that was before what you're replying to. They can get long and make a page annoying to scroll through, so be considerate to your fellow members!
  
  
• A post must be AT LEAST one sentence long. If you’re saying hi or bye to someone be sure to add something more to your post.
  
  
• If you'd like to advertise something, then be sure you put it in your signature. Youtube, Deviantart (No smut), Fanfication (No smut), Twitch, adoptable sites, your own minecraft servers are all fine. Monthly Raffle

Nominations are now gone, and I'm using post count to determine how many entries you have into the raffle. The first 19 posts you have will count as one entry, and every ten after that will count as an extra. Think of it as the first number of your post count is how many entries you have. To see what your post count is, click on the number of replies any certain thread has. Nothing else on the site will influence the amount of entries you receive, so if you'd like a chance to win, then post here frequently!

The raffle is what chooses who gets to choose what's in next month's egg distribution. There are no other site advantages other than that, and even then the whole site gets a chance at that Pokémon that you chose!

I don't remember the last time I got a header event.
I know the prankster is not an April 1st only thing, but I wonder if it's permanent.

It falls under a 'special evolution item', so yeah it does disappear once you use it. You can revert it back to the cuter form without finding another prison bottle though if you don't like the unbound form/don't want to create a living dex.

I've found a prankster, and the header things avoid me with a barge pole. I'm hoping that at least initially, the pranksters have a higher percentage of showing up to give people a chance of finding them.

oh jeez. well... unbound is pretty cool i GUESS i wouldnt mind having one.

Never mind me saying about my bad luck regarding header events, I got another one today. Not Korechu, a Strange Portal, but I'm cool with that, since I needed a Confined Hoopa 'cause I can't choose the better one between the two. Also my existing Hoopa caught Pokerus, so yay? I don't know, I'm curing it after it reaches level 100. I'm not too fond of leaving my pokemons alone to get cured by themselves (and it justifies the "Dr" in a way ).

I don't really like Hoopa's alternate version so I probably won't be using the bottle...

The only header events I remember getting are two Missingno. eggs and 2512345612 salesmen. Don't knwo if that's good or bad luck.

Now that Hoopa is out of the way, I don't really have a preference for any of the distribution eggs, so I'll just try for all of them until I hopefully get one. (Shiny Shaymin is nice though.)

I just got Korechu... and I got pranked. Welp. I was a little worried if I answered wrong I wouldn't get the egg haha. Hopefully I can get Hoopa soon too since, as I predicted, I completely forgot. BUT SHAYMIN, I WILL GET YOU - Hopefully. Last month I didn't go for an egg at all because I... forgot.

I really need a better memory.

Well, I wanted to get Hoopa but of course I forgot to leave a slot in my party before workshop at my job. Let's hope not to forget about leaving a spot for Landorus.

Also, I've just finished 2nd Special Exploration (I went for Zygarde and Regice). I'm actually out of explorations to do atm (maybe if get last mind shard soon, I'll finally be able to get Arceus).

Yes, I got Hoopa yesterday! What a nice thing to start off my morning.

I had gotten three Manaphy eggs in less than a month last month so I wonder if my header luck ran out. I hope to find a Prankster soonish. Korechu is adorable.

Today has been a pretty eventful day, seems like everything that can go wrong will go wrong. Dropped an egg onto the floor because it slipped from my hands. Egg is soooo hard to clean up. The cushion floor we have has a bunch of grooves in it so it took ages to wipe up the mess. I had another nosebleed from blowing my nose so much. Then I ended up coughing gunk all over my hands and the truck door and had no tissues to clean it up . I think I should stay in bed for the rest of the day, nothing can go wrong there.

No luck getting either of the new header events yesterday or today. Normally I'm bugged by the Salesman at least twice a day, now he's gone into hiding with the rest of them. I'll probably never get a Hoopa from a portal anyways, but oh well *shrugs*. Got my party filled up too, so I won't get a Shaymin egg. I'm really hoping to get a Landorus this time(seeing as I never got Hoopa, the one I wanted most). Still need to get Therian forms, but I'm too lazy to do the exploration for another Reveal Glass.

I just hatched two shiny Happiny at the same time, from the same breeder. Plus I got a Hoopa egg yesterday. The sun just came out, and I'm having a pretty good day

New header events? Thanks staff...seeing as how they don't appear for mobile users. I've tried plying on the desktop version on my kindle and I still haven't run into any headers. Back when I played on computer I got 1 a week or so. So not fair Actually I have the sneaking suspicion that the bit telling me to go play on the mobile version is covering up the space they should appear in (not sure but seems likely)

Header events appear near the weather and your party count. Nothing is covering that. At least not in my android device.

I still haven't found either of the new header events yet. I hope there's another way besides clicking on the same tab and seeing if I get lucky. It's too bad I don't feel like doing anything on here today.

Well, I've just finished catching up on every page of this thread. That's what happens when one is in Japan and is having entirely too much fun. The cat cafe I went to was absolutely precious. <3

I guess I'll get Korechu and Hoopa eventually. Now is not the time.

Edit: Okay, I got my Hoopa via a voucher. No Prison Bottle, though. Stupid Drifloon never hatched shiny.
