Idk about Finland but in the States during Halloween for example (closest eqiv) is that if we have candy we make the front look inviting and if we run out then we turn off the porch light and make the door less inviting. You could always put a sign on your door to let them know if you ran out. I'd get bulk small candy to stretch things out if you fear running out.

Idk if this is out of place or not but the first episode of the Pokemon anime aired in Japan on April Fools. April 1, 1997! Personally I'm very proud of knowing this fact. ~ I haven't commented on a community thread in ages. I'm sorry for not taking interest in the community's lives at all for the past few months ' Of course not, it's pretty normal for anime to begin on April Fools Day due to it being the first day of a new month. Especially if April just so happens to be when the Spring Anime season starts :P If you'd like to be more active here, I recommend just talking about recent shows, movies, or other hobby related things. That can include pets, cool stuff you got in the mail, recent shows/movies, etc -------------------- |

Kids are super resilient so I wouldn't worry too much. I think it's sweet that you want all the visiting kids to get candy XD. I do the same around Halloween, try to give kids candy as much as possible but when I run out I just tape a sign on the door saying I'm really sorry that I'm out. I feel bad but at the same time it's not super easy to guess how many will or will not visit. Had some years run out fast, other years had a crap ton of leftover candy.

I'm kinda worried about tomorrow and taking another shot at Elite Clicker. I guess it should be easier since "I know what I'm doing" better now..? Hopefully I don't have to give people rides tomorrow like the last time I tried Elite Clicker... But to be complete honest, I'm currently more worried about Palm Sunday. In Finland it's Virvonta day (verb: virpominen, virpoa)- When children usually dress up as Easter witches and go around the neighborhood door to door trading decorated willow branches to candy (or money). They kinda of bless you so you can be healthy and lucky for the rest of the year. Willow branch (click to show ) Since this is my first time living alone in a dense neighborhood with lots of kids, I'm kinda worried if I have enough candy for everyone and if I'm actually awake when they start their round. Since I might be kinda tired after Elite Clicker :___D It has be a while since I have lived in a neighborhood were you actually get virpojia (people who come to virpoa). So I don't really know what to except : I'm actually kinda of surprised that this is only a thing in Finland? I noticed that while trying find translates for virpominen etc.. First let me wish you well as you vie for the Elite Clicker. Dang! That is definite bragging rights (in my opinion)! Secondly, can I just say how awesome that tradition sounds? I really love it! I wish we had something so creative in the states! It sounds like a wonderful tradition and those willow branches are beautiful! And if you run out of candy, the sign posted outside your door is probably a good idea. Don't feel bad about running out; it sounds like something that the kids are taught to do to spread happiness and be creative. Hopefully the majority that participate do it for that reason. Here's hoping you'll receive enough willow branches to decorate your foyer or kitchen or bedroom or what not. Just enjoy it! I also want to thank the person who sent out the Sky Gifts. I found one on my home page when I logged in this morning. It had just what I like. While it wasn't proteins and such, I do like the honey, sweet hearts, and flame orbs. So thank you, Mystery Giver. You rock! -------------------- |

Unfortunately, I might not be able to be as active as I used to be on GPX+ starting on Tuesday. I got a new job that doesn't require a (working) computer nearby at all times, so I'll only be on in evenings and on breaks. On the plus side, I'll be getting a new phone so I can utilize Mobile walker, AND play Pokemon Go! (I'm joining Team Mystic, for those of you who are wondering. Yeah, I know, with this username you'd expect me on a diff team, but I chose long before I even got the UN change, or before I even joined GPX+!)
Thankfully, I have weekends off, so I'll do a lot of my clicking then. -------------------- Foobs.

I suppose if I want feedback on my writing I should put it on a writing site, but I'm curious what you guys think.
Or I can give feedback to other writers, hmm. -------------------- Avatar by Cycloneblaze at Cycloneshop II Banner by http://gpx.plus/user/eevee64 Banner by http://gpx.plus/user/Baymax |

I still play like a crazy person, I just don't really bother with the gyms. All I care about is my PokeDex @D E A N: How did your Elite Clicking go? I'm not gonna tackle that one until after my exams, cause I suspect I'll be staying up all night to do it xDD (reset is 9pm my time, so IDK how I'm gonna sort out sleep and clicking xD) I'm getting really fed up with my Spiritomb hunt, lol. The eggs take so much longer to hatch than I'm used to, haha. Also I think there's only 4 people breeding them, so there aren't that many eggs in the shelter, so I just pick up my own every few hours when I have room in my party xD I guess I could start levelling the rest of my Unova and Kalos pokes and finish getting my non-rare living dex -------------------- |

@ D E A N: Congrats on Elite Clicker!
That's still a challenge I need to tackle. I tried once, but ended up getting too distracted by what I was watching on TV so my clicking rate fell way behind and I gave up :P I went and saw the Ghost in the Shell movie at the cinemas a couple of nights ago. I thought it was pretty bad to be honest ^^" Though it makes me want to go and watch the anime properly now. My sister and I have picked out a new pet chicken to get each, after our old one passed away last week. I'll be getting a Golden Laced Wyandotte and my sister a Plymouth Rock chicken...we like getting different breeds as opposed to just the standard laying chickens :P Get to pick them up next week, just need to think of a name <^v^> -------------------- |

We'll have to wait until the new movie though.... in like a year. The US doesn't even have the dub started yet for SM A few weeks ago I saw a post on FB about how the third English episode would be aired in Canada on April 1st, but since I don't live in Canada I don't know how much of that is true. You'd have to ask someone in Canada :P --------------------------------- I went and saw the Ghost in the Shell movie at the cinemas a couple of nights ago. I'm someone who has never seen the original, what exactly is worse about the recent live action? -------------------- |

SM already has 20+ episodes, and the dub is usually only 10-13 episodes behind -------------------- |
