I'm feeling a bit... disgruntled today, since I accidentally released my Yveltal egg earlier and now just found out I have to pay $94 for a test... I did see who adopted the Yveltal, so at least it's in good hands!
-------------------- “New year, new me,” I say, laughing to my friends. Suddenly, I throw my arms out, golden light erupting from my hands and face. I scream in agony as every single cell in my body is rewritten, atom by atom. Abruptly, the light show ends and I drop my arms, coughing out a golden trail of residual energy. I am completely made new.

Yes I am. I have Flame and Insect plates ready, and I only need one more electric type to get Zap plate as well. So at least 2, maybe 3 times in quick succession. Ohhh didn't realize you meant twice in a row. Jeez yeah, I tended to wait like a week or two in between runs if I got two plates close to each other. It can be rather draining -------------------- |

I'm having a serious shiny drought guys, and it's getting annoying. I keep doing hunts with no end, that reach a strangely high number of encounters, like all of them. For example, I'm doing a Dragon Safari hunt that reached 1525 encounters when the odds are 1/512. I know it's all RNG but damn, that's too much. Also doing a Cyndaquil hunt and just reached 1500 encounters. This one, I'm just scared of finding some other shiny that isn't Cyndaquil like what happened with Chikorita. Oh Chikorita, 2000+ encounters and I found a little shiny Cutiefly but no Chiko. I'm cry.
EDIT: After hours of searching and a total of 1708 encounters I found my target on Friend Safari: a shiny Sliggoo! I'm so happy I could cry right now This post has been edited by Mikaku Onchi: Mar 10 2019, 05:47 PM -------------------- •TRINKET TRADING PLACE•||FC: 4055-4266-5767 POKEMON SHINY HUNTER//XY; ORAS; SUMO; USUM Spoiler (click to show ) |

Finally got my party clear of Eggs, so I was finally able to use my Rotom army to get the Repo Man achievement! Took long enough, I swear...

I voted for Rotom, Castform, and Grubbin. I saw that a lot of people were going for Rotom this time around, and I voted for it in January, so that choice was easy. The others were simply because they're also form changers.

Voted Stufful, Marenaie and Solrock, glad to see Stufful made it!!
I've been wanting to hunt it anyway, but I've been trying to avoid new stuff that hasn't been part of SWSH yet in case I don't wanna double-up xD -------------------- |

None of my votes made it but you know what, I'm pretty happy with the winners! These are good pokemon with good shinies
I don't have a shiny Combee/Vespiquen nor a shiny Huntail so I'll try to get those, starting with Combee. Good luck everyone! Only 26 eggs in, but I'm kinda excited and hope I get a shiny Clamperl (or two! for both evos!), since despite being on the site for over 6 years, this is my first time participating in a SWSH! Also, this is my first ever post on the forums! Hooray for new achievements, and I wish everyone the best of luck in their hunts!
