stardust is impossible to find, I need it to evolve my Altaria into the constellation form but can't find it anywhere, has it been stopped for some reason??.

You can definitely get stardust by defeating Professor Cypress #2 in the battle tower, although that requires a good handle on the battle mechanics in this game. I think that one can't find stardust on sale in the backroom, since it's classified as a valuable item. It may be possible to hatch a Minior (or maybe even Swablu!) with a stardust, since both Pokemon require it to change forms, but I'm not certain about that.
There may be other ways to get stardust such as from the Underground, but in any case, good luck in your search! |

I don't think so for Swablu but I'm not certain. -------------------- |

I mean Minior have a (small) chance to give you Stardust when you hatch them.
(You also need Stardust to change Minior's form as well, but that's not what I was talking about.) -------------------- |

There may be other ways to get stardust such as from the Underground, but in any case, good luck in your search! If memory serves, I've found it in the Underground multiple times before. -------------------- |
