Hello, everyone! This month's theme for the Coin Event is based on Pride Month suggested by Jade and Rookie Roo! The event will run from the 11th until the 26th of June at reset. (June 10th 11:55pm ET -> June 26th 11:55pm ET) If you had any leftover Coins from the last event in April, your total will be reset to 0 when the event begins. The Event Shop will remain open throughout the month of July. When the event begins at the designated time, the following rainbow-colored themed Pokémon will hatch with a Coin: Red: • Darumaka • Sizzlipede • Throh Orange: • Dedenne • Slugma • Solrock Yellow: • Helioptile • Joltik • Sunkern Green: • Budew • Chikorita • Solosis Blue: • Clauncher • Horsea • Sawk Indigo: • Gligar • Mantyke • Rookidee Purple: • Ekans • Noibat • Stunky Bonus: • Eevee • Kecleon • Minior • Scatterbug If you've saved enough Coins, you'll be able to exchange them for some lovely prizes in the Event Shop! Prizes range from 10 Coins to a top prize of 600 Coins (plus up to 10 Repel at 1 Coin to help you use up any remaining balance before the shop closes at the end of July). We hope you'll have lots of fun with this event! -------------------- |

Had a feeling the Coin Event would be announced soon! Love the theme, way more unique than a generic "Summer" event. Can't wait!

Heck yeah, so excited!
I'm already Shiny Hunting Rookidee, so this is perfect for me. Might start a Noibat Hunt soon as well. Happy Pride Month, everyone! -------------------- |

How do I get to the coin shop? It's not open yet; it should become accessible once the event starts at reset tonight (it'll become a separate tab in the shop section) and will remain open for a month or so after the coin event ends. Once the coin shop closes a month after the end of an event, your coins are wiped to zero in preparation for the next event. -------------------- |

I got 200 coins i never used While it does sound like the coins are zeroed out at the start of the next event, the shop closing a month after the end of the previous event pretty much makes them unusable past that point since you have to be able to access the shop to use the coins. -------------------- |

Sorry if my phrasing was inexact, I wasn't trying to imply the coins are wiped to zero right when the previous coin shop closes, but rather than they are wiped between coin shops and thus that it's pointless to worry about any balance you still have left between coin shops, since it will always be wiped before you can use it. -------------------- |

Hello everyone. What is this "bonus" when the last section of eggs mentioned hatch? I've been going after some shiny Eevees (got one after 31 eggs yesterday, woohoo), but noticed that the number of eggs I've hatched do not match up with the number of coins I have received (31 eggs, 37 coins).
Are these bonus eggs just a chance of getting additional coins? If not, why would I have an off number of coins? Greatly appreciate the help, thanks! -------------------- thaaaaannks. |

"Bonus" just means the Pokemon don't map to a particular color but are still included in the theme because they have lots of different colors. There's no separate mechanic. I went through your activity recorder and I counted 36 eligible Pokemon hatched at the time of your post, which still means I missed one somewhere, but should reflect the coins received from eggs you hatched. You don't need to be shiny hunting a Pokemon for it to count. -------------------- |
