Solo artists too, with names like Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush and Roger Hodgson near the top of my "most-played" list. |

Since I also listen to classical music and jazz and go to watch stand-up, I can find myself dressing in a leather jacket for a rock concert, changing into a casual shirt to go to a jazz or comedy club, and then changing again into my tuxedo to go to the opera, all in one day. Not often, but it's a pretty surreal day when it does happen. |

Obsessed with Paramore and Lillix at the moment. No, don't tell me that Lillix is a Disney mould, they only did one song for Freaky Friday and that movie was a lot cooler than compared to Disney movies nowadays. Paramore isn't that popular, but they're featured on music channels like MTV and MuchMusic. Lillix makes good songs, some of my favourites are 'Sick', 'Quicksand' and 'Blackout'. I pretty much love Paramore's new CD 'Riot', and 'All We Know Is Falling'.
Other than that, I listen to some Cascada, Mindless Self Indulgence, System of a Down, Linkin Park, Evanescence, American Hi-Fi and Fall Out Boy. Meh. |

I'll probably be mocked for this, but Radiohead, Daft Punk and Panic! At The Disco.
I never thought much of Panic!, then I got given A Fever You Can't Sweat Out as a present one day. Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide is Press Coverage -> instant favourite band. Only problem is that its considered a "scene" band by most people, and most of their fans went completely bananas listening to Pretty. Odd.. All I have to say is "listen to their lyrics." They even say in one of their songs they are a new band and shouldn't be judged by what they do at the time to get popular. A-duuhh. I like Radiohead for their lyrics, chiefly, but all-round their songs are really good. I just bought Hail to the Thief and was rather disappointed. I think my favourite album of theirs so far is The Bends. I like Daft Punk. I have nothing much else to say. Its decent music. Human After All was refreshing from all the mainstream stuff, but Discovery is firmly the best, IMO. I love music. I like almost every genre, from Japanese metal to Icelandic post-rock. These are pretty firm in their high positions but I listen to a lot of different music, so don't judge. xP -------------------- |
