I'd go with traveling. Last summer and summer before that I've been to Spain (also we're planning to go this year). There are many things to love about Spain. The history, the sights, the sun, the food, but most of all, the way of life. In America 24/7 service is demanded from everyone and everything. The price of convenience is a loss of sanity. Spain has remained mostly inefficient and mostly sane. Every time I return to Spain I feel an instant release of tension and an openness to life’s possibilities. Days begin late and end late with most people leaving work from 2:00 to around 5:00 to eat, rest and be with friends or family. We eat less but very well, we walk in the mountains, bike along the Mediterranean Sea (when we were in Barcelona we just rented a scooter from [removed] and went sightseeing), we read on our roof top terrace and get too much sun. Things happen when they happen and life is good. There are only a few Americans in our village and whenever we meet we marvel at how wonderful our life is in such a place.

I've never been out of my home country, England, I don't even own a passport!
I would much rather stay at home than go on holiday because there is little else I can do, but if you have been travelling before and enjoyed it, why not go back? The daily stresses of life can sometimes get to us, and if this is what you're feeling right now, maybe it's time for a holiday abroad! |

I think a bit of both, but with traveling can come stress from other sources. So it would be best to balance both of these out.
When it comes to traveling, I have been doing this plenty of times, and most stress came from making sure I got everything packed to social media and websites where you want to be up to date with everything or have to hear bad news from them. This is why I suggest to try and avoid the internet, and make lists when packing. It can be a fun experience, though, seeing the world. -------------------- I'm a huge metal fan

Me personally, I would rather relax at home. The thought of packing a whole bunch of stuff into several suitcases and getting onto a plane and traveling far from home just really stresses me out.

Vacation for me just means sitting at home, sleeping peacefully or playing video games.
