Quite simply, ice. It's super effective against two more types than water is, INCLUDING two types that resist water.
Plus it's the only type other that dragon that's super effective against dragons, and it's the bane of pretty much every pseudo-legend barring Metagross. Soooooo... yeah. Kinda unanimous for me. Also kinda because Ice Beam is my favorite attack, but that's beside the point. -------------------- [align=center]
