I'm not talking about the pokemon...I'm talking about Team Rocket. Is it just me, or did they get a lot smarter and way more intelligent in this new anime?

I see them as more serious and mature, while before they acted childish at times. They have finally reached that point at age 17 to stop goofing off, and do their job right.
