This is a private RP between me (Darkrow) and MoogleSam. Since it's private, we won't reveal the full plot or have any rules. However, anyone is free to talk to us in this thread, ask questions and such. We won't mind.

The story is simple, aliens invade Earth and a group of people have to save it.

Now here are my characters! 8D

Character Name: Alexia Voght

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: Alexia Voght looks much younger than she really is, being 5" tall and weighing 105 pounds. One of her most notable features is her brightly coloured hair, which is bright pink with platinum bangs. It is held up by exactly 23 white hairpins placed in a criss-cross pattern. It reaches her neck and, when not held up by the hairpins, it reaches her shoulders. Her thin eyebrows are black, indicating that her natural hair color is black. Her eyes are a bright green color.

She usually wears a white and teal windbreaker with a pink heart on each shoulder. The shoulders and arms are teal while the rest is white. She keeps the windbreaker unzipped a bit, which shows her light pink bra, which is also the only thing she wears under it since she finds it comfortable. It may not look like it, but she keeps a lot of music tabs in pockets inside the windbreaker.

For lower wear she has very short purple tights (they don't reach her thighs). She has white and pale purple sneakers and long black socks that reach her mid thigh. They have a purple line at the top.

She often, if not always, has her guitar strapped on her back.

Biography/Personal History: Daughter of the famous multi instrumentalist Izzy Voght, Alexia has always been in contact with music. Since her mother died as she gave birth, Alexia only knew her father. Her father's band, Tomb Smasher, usually practiced at her house and, therefore, she always listened to them, eventually knowing how the songs were built and such. When the band messed up, little Alexia was the one to tell them where they messed up, surprising Izzy greatly.

Upon reaching five, she wanted her father to teach her how to play the guitar, since she liked the sounds it made. He agreed and started teaching her. To his surprise, she learned incredibly quickly and was able to play simple, albeit rather long, songs at only seven. She had managed to make her friend, Maria, learn how to play guitar with her and the two seemed to have natural talent for guitar playing.

She had a lot of friends at school, but not because she was popular, it was because she was nice to everyone. She wasn't very good at school though, either failing her classes or passing them with diffculty. This, of course, excluded music, which she aced easily with Maria.

At around 13, she had barely passed all of her classes, excluding music and maths. She had aced the former but kept failing miserably for the latter. However, she and Maria had become as good as her father at playing guitar. To celebrate that, Izzy had made them their own custom guitars, which made the two girls really happy.

Two years later, Alexia and Maria created Twisted Rose with their friends Megan, John and Rebecca. Their first show was on Halloween. The band was popular at their school, making even Izzy proud. One of Izzy's friends, Boris, who was also Alexia's godfather, even decided to join them as the lead singer with Alexia. Even though the sheer size and age difference made it weird, it still sounded good.

The band learned to know each other very well despite their differences, Alexia and Maria often being regarded as the leaders. Twisted Rose became fairly populars and are known for playing many covers from different bands and playing some original songs.

Personality: Almost never acting her age, Alexia is almost always happy and smiling. She is, quite frankly, dumb. She's a bit slow at times and can forget things easily. Never trust her for counting things, she has trouble with something as simple as counting, getting mixed up after 5. She knows she's not good with numbers though, so she often lets others do that kind of stuff, most often Maria.

Despite that, she's absurdely nice to pretty much everyone, always trying to cheer up someone. If she can be of help, she'll help, no matter how insignificant it is. She befriends people easily and learns to know them well very quickly most of the time, allowing her to let them alone or stay with them depending on the situation.

She's pretty sensitive too. Enough to start crying when one of her friends is in a really bad situation. It also shows that she really does care about those she befriends. She's not above doing either awkward things or things she hates to make someone happy. She seems to know how each of her friends can be cheered up and knows what to say in the case her friends become sad or angry. She has the habit of worrying way too much, which may lead her to making stupid and bold choices out of fear. It's a bit hard to calm her down when she's like that.

She seems almost impossible to anger, onlyt getting mildly annoyed at the worst. However, like everyone, she does have a few pet peeves. First of all, anyone who tries to steal or break her guitar immediately get on her bad side. It's a bit understandable since it's her most prized belonging. People who repeatedly take advantage of her obliviousness also get on her very rarely seen bad side.

When angered, Alexia becomes relatively violent and downright scary at times. She'll often start ranting, often by yelling, until she calms down, sometimes beating whoever angered her into submission or until she calms down. Depending on what happens during those small outbursts, she may start crying after it or start sulking and being generally silent and grumpy. This only lasts for a short while though, luckily. Mistaking her for someone around 12 or 13 will anger her and she dislikes being called little. On another note, her worst fear is shattered glass.

Obviously, Alexia has a passion for music. She is often seen singing, humming or tapping a beat on her thighs when walking. She's a splendid guitar player, just like Maria. She's part of the band Twisted Rose along with Maria and some friends from school and her godfather, Boris Newborn, who acts as the male singer. She has a very good relationship with all her bandmates. She has a beautiful voice for singing and pretty much overall since it's smooth and peaceful to hear. While singing, she sings very clearly and can even go in an opera-like voice if needed. She can growl too, which surprises a lot of people the first time.

Character Name: Boris Newborn

Age: 31

Gender: Male

Appearance: Boris Newborn (link) is a tall, muscular man who looks quite intimidating, being 6"4' and 209 pounds. He has shoulder-length black hair and his eyes are very pale thanks to contacts. He has a well trimmed black beard too. He keeps brown and black goggles around his neck at all times.

He wears a small brown vest with many steel studs and hoops. He always keeps it open, showing his muscular body in the process. He has a white tattoo on his chest, which makes him easy to recognise. He wears brown gloves with metal plates and studs on them.

He wears brown pants with a belt with similar hoops to his vest. The front has a small metallic plate with two swirls on it. He has large iron boots too, which make his kicks dangerously strong.

Biography/Personal History: The relationship of Izzy and Boris is similar in many ways to Alexia and Maria's. The two have known each other since they were kids, have the same interests and so on. They always seemed to agree with each other, very rarely getting in arguments.

Their early life was nice, playing music and having fun with friends. When they were around 25, they each got married. While Izzy had a good relationship with his wife, even having a child before she died, Boris got divorced after 4 years. He often sings about it, which makes the subject of many songs of Twisted Rose, which he joined a while after the divorce to spend more time with Alexia.

Acting as a manager and singer for his goddaughter's band ever since he joined, his presence was liked by every member. The band learned to know each other very well despite their differences, Alexia and Maria often being regarded as the leaders. Twisted Rose became fairly populars and are known for playing many covers from different bands and playing some original songs.

Personality: Boris is a nice, calm man who always tries to help people dear to him. Usually gentle and smiling, Boris seemingly wouldn't hurt a fly. His size usually intimidates people, probably because he looks like he could kill someone with one punch. When you get to know him though, he's a good friend.

He's not afraid of saying what he thinks, even if it can be harsh or rude. He does not tend to lie either. He knows how to keep secrets and does his best to help people with problems, albeit not as much as Alexia and Maria. He's easy to befriend, despite not being very outgoing.

He's a good friend of Izzy Voght, Alexia's father. He's her godfather and can be a bit overprotective of her. As a result, he doesn't like letting her do "dangerous" things, even though she often manages to do it anyways. He has a very friendly relationship with her and Twisted Rose as a whole, acting like a manager for the younger musicians.

Being the male singer of Twisted Rose, it is quite evident that he has experience with singing. He can pretty much do anything with his voice. Growling, screaming, clean singing, scatting, name it, he can do it. He can even sing in a very high-pitched voice, which is achieved by singing while breathing in. He can also play the harmonica pretty well. Sometimes, he can make people laugh by the way he talks, changing the pitch of his voice for hilarious results. He can be a bit vulgar too.

Character Name: John Pletcher

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Appearance: John Pletcher (link) is a rather ordinary boy. He's 5'07" tall and weighs 120 pounds. His black hair is a bit short, although his bangs cover his entire forehead and his eyebrows. His eyes are teal, making it a bit strange considering his darkly coloured hair.

He wears a short sleeved gray hoodie with a black long sleeved shirt under it. He usually keeps his hoodie unzipped. The hood is large and can easily obscure his face if he puts it on. If his hoodie is zipped, it'll always be half-zipped, never fully.

He wears simple blue jeans held by a leather belt. His two drumsticks are always sticking out of his pockets. He has dirty worn out gray sneakers as footwear at all times.

Biography/Personal History: John is an orphan, his parents both died in a car accident when he was 4. Due to that, he lived with his uncle and his aunt for most of his life. He didn't even like them, which lead him to be the quiet, reserved boy he is today.

He was good at school even if he never studied or listened. He was always lost in his thoughts and he was called a sissy because sometimes he started crying when he remembered about his parents. Every once in a while, he snapped at them and walked away, even if he was in the middle of class.

One day, he completely snapped at someone and initiated a fight in the middle of a classroom. he beat up the one who had annoyed him viciously, resulting in him getting sent to the hospital. As soon as he calmed down, John simply ran outside, crying and regretting what he had did. Completely depressed, he asked his aunt to get him a psychologist, which she did.

John and his psychologist eventually settled on him having anger issues. Since he liked music, she told him to try playing drums, since he could evacuate his anger by hitting it and because he liked music. That technique seemed to work and he was a relatively calmer boy ever since he started playing drums. He eventually befriended Alexia and Maria shortly before Twisted Rose was created.

The band learned to know each other very well despite their differences, Alexia and Maria often being regarded as the leaders. Twisted Rose became fairly populars and are known for playing many covers from different bands and playing some original songs.

Personality: John is a silent kid, usually keeping to himself and only speaking when necessary. However, if someone talks to him he can become a chatterbox if given the chance to, even though this rarely happens. He always seems a bit sad, even though he isn't most of the time. Talking about family usually makes him sad though.

He's usually pretty serious and doesn't seem to have a big sense of humour. He rarely laughs or chuckles, often only smiling. As such, it surprises others when he laughs. He never seems to panic, even though sometimes he only looks calm, hiding the fact that he's nervous.

He's fairly sarcastic and likes to point out ironic things whenever he can, that being the only moment he'll willingly talk. He can sometimes be found mumbling to himself or to his pokémon. However, he does care about his friends and he'll help them if he can. However, he'll let others help first since he lacks a bit of self-esteem.

He has a very good sense of rhythm, hence why he's Twisted Rose's drummer. He often twirls his drumsticks around when bored. He may start tapping his feet or tap beats on his thighs too. He's good friends with his whole band though, even if he keeps his distances most of the time. He's the male backing vocalist too.

He doesn't tend to get sad or angry, usually bottling up his emotions because he doesn't want people to be worried about him. When sad, he'll just walk away and keep to himself. When angry, he may explode on someone and say everything that's on his mind until he feels better.

He has a crush on Megan but he's too shy to admit it. When she's around, he tends to be a bit more talkative and he will smile a lot more than usual. When the two are talking, he tends to be a bit shy, stuttering a little and maybe even blushing. He will never hesitate to save her if she's in trouble or to defend her in an argument though.

Character Name: Maria Farner

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: Maria Farner (link) is a rather short girl, being only 5"03' and weighing around 114 pounds. She has amber eyes and has dyed her neck-length hair navy blue. She has oval glasses, being nearsighted.

She wears a short black black blouse with a long sleeved white crop top under it. The sleeves of the shirt are longer than the blouse's sleeves. Under it, she has a sort of grey mini-dress that reaches her knees.

She only has grey panties under her dress. For footwear, she has black sneakers and shin-high white socks. Similarly to Alexia, she has her own guitar (link) strapped on her back.

Biography/Personal History: Born in a regular middle class family, Maria's life didn't seem to have anything special to it. However, her parents didn't seem to care about her, making her walk to school in heavy rain and such. This lead her to be quite the depressed child.

Soon after she started school though, she met Alexia Voght, the daughter of the famous Izzy Voght. Thinking that the girl would be snobbish at first she didn't care. However, one day, she was forced to work with her and it turned out that the two became best friends very quickly.

Alexia, seeing that Maria's parents mistreated her, invited the girl to her house everyday. Maria stayed there so much that Izzy pretty much became her second father. The two had a lot of friends at school, Alexia's nice personality having rubbed off on Maria.

While Alexia had trouble at school, Maria found everything easy, not needing to study to ace exams. Most of the time, the only reason Alexia passed her classes was because Maria helped her study. In their free time, the girls were learning how to play guitar with Izzy.

At 13, Izzy bought her and Alexia their own unique custom guitars, which made them happy. At that time, Maria was only at her home to sleep, and sometimes she slept at Alexia's. Many people thought the two were sisters because of how similar they were and how much they knew about each other.

Two years later, the formed Twisted Rose with Megan, John, Rebecca and Alexia's godfather, Boris. Their first show was on Halloween and they were a success, much to the delight of the whole band and Izzy himself.

Personality: Maria is usually upbeat and cheerful, often having a wide grin on her face. She's a fun person to be around, usually making jokes or making witty comments. She's good at cheering up people and helps whenever she can.

Unlike Alexia, her best friend, she's really intelligent and is often the one doing the thinking out of the two. She knows her friend has a hard time with thinking things out and often tries to help her, often unsuccessfully since explaining things is hard for her. She does have her dumb moments though, just like Alexia has her smart moments. She's very resourceful and perceptive too. She's adept with many languages, being able to understand, identify and speak a multitude of them.

Almost always seen with her best friend, the two know themselves completely, knowing when one of them is lying and such. Any slight hint of anger or sadness is immediately noticed by either of the two, helping them to know when to help the other. They are very close and know how to work together in any situation.

She's a bit shy around people she doesn't know but makes that up with being outgoing once befriended. Despite being smart, she tends to trust people too easily, sometimes ending up being used by people. Speaking in front of a very large crowd makes her nervous too.

Losing arguments will often annoy her. She's known for using very drastic and cruel plans to get what she wants or needs, even though it's with good intentions. Her worst fear is, strangely, being tickledsince she's VERY ticklish.

Instead of getting sad over something, she tries to help and make things better. There are times where she will cry though. When sad, she becomes strangely negative for a while, which is weird considering her positive behavior. She'll apologise when she feels better though.

She gets angry more often than Alexia. However, she's way less violent and harsh than her, often simply yelling at whoever angered her before calming down and apologising. If the same person angers her multiple times though, she'll get seriously pissed off and hold a grudge against that person. She tends to walk away to calm down in those situations.

Like Alexia, she's a great guitar player. However, she often plays the rhythm parts of songs while Alexia plays the lead parts. In songs with multiple guitar solos though, the two switch between soloing and playing the rhythm part. Also, similarly to the pink and platinum-haired guitarist, she can sing fairly well. However, because she's nervous when in front of a crowd, she sticks with backing vocals.

Character Name: Megan Kinash

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Megan Kinash is 5'6" and weighs 102 pounds. Her hair is black and reaches her upper back. Her forehead is almost completely covered by her bangs. Her eyes are dark blue and she has headphones on her head almost all the time.

She wears a simple black tanktop most of the time. However, over it, she has a really loose pale green shirt with only one sleeve. There's a green strap going over her left shoulder to keep the shirt up. She has a long black and white striped glove on her left hand that reaches over her elbow.

She has tight black pants for lower wear, not needing a belt to keep them around her waist. Her sneakers are, of course, black and green.

Similarly to other Twisted Rose members, she always has her instrument on her back. In this case, a keyboard, which is in a protective casing most of the time.

Biography/Personal History: Born in a fairly poor family, Megan learned to be friendly and to work out to get what she wanted at an early age. She started to work when she was 5, already earning money while going to school at the same time.

She had trouble at school because of her early job so she had to study and work at the same time when she had exams. She eventually met Maria and Alexia at 12 and they gave her their love of music. She got a liking for keyboard and learned how to play by herself, similarly to John. She liked making up keyboard solos in her free time, which was rare.

When the two girls formed their band, she quickly joined it with John and Rebecca, two of her friends. On the day of their first show, the 31st of October, Rebecca came with a pirate outfit, which she actually liked. Since they were a success, she praised her friends and said that they should continue playing, which they did.

The band learned to know each other very well despite their differences, Alexia and Maria often being regarded as the leaders. Twisted Rose became fairly populars and are known for playing many covers from different bands and playing some original songs.

Personality: Megan is a very curious girl, always seen asking questions, often to the point that it gets annoying. At times she'll even wander off on her own because she saw something interesting to her, which may lead her into trouble. She often gets out of trouble by herself though.

She's very talkative and generally nice around people. Her curious nature often makes her seem like she's invading someone's private life though. When someone tells her to stop asking questions, she will stop since she doesn't want to make people mad at her. She has a weird habit of saying strange sentences, like "He's cool like a cucumber!", which is known as her catchphrase by fans of Twisted Rose.

She has her own personal motto, which is: "Guessing is for losers, take everything literally.". This basically means that she doesn't read between the lines, taking everything literally. She also has the habit of saying "like" three or four times every sentence, which can get annoying to some people. She's a hard worker and does her best at anything she tries to do.

She has a good relationship with all of Twisted Rose. She seems to find John weird though, even though she doesn't really mind him. She knows about his past and, therefore, tends to be nicer with him than the others, if only by pity.

She's a wonderful keyboard player and even though not all of the band's songs have keyboard in it, she enjoys playing it. When there is no keyboard, she will be the one who tells the band how they did and what they should improve. She's almost never rude with her critics. When Twisted Rose plays a song without keyboard during a show, she's the one who pumps the crowd up by clapping her hands.

Character Name: Kera Russel

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance: Kera has blonde hair that reaches an inch past her shoulders. She has grown out her fringe so that it is the same length as the rest of her hair and curls it around her ears. Her eyes are a light hazel, although they usually look like a stormy blue unless you look really close. There is more brown in her right eye than her left eye. Her skin is quite pale since she doesn’t tend to go outside as often as she could. There is always a garnet necklace with a couple of small rubies around her neck which is precious to her, making her protective of it and she never takes it off.

She is 5’3 and weighs about 140lbs. She wears an orange shirt with a picture of a Moogle on the front. This is covered by a thin, white and yellow jacket she wears. It has yellow bands at the shoulders and wrists that go right round. Her mum stitched the word kupo in red on the right sleeve. She puts the collar of it up to cover her mouth and pulls her sleeves down over her hands when she feels shy. The sleeves are too long and cover her hands quite often so she often has to flex her fingers out to make it go back behind her hand. To top it off her mum stitched in a picture of Red XIII on the back and stitched the words “Red XIII a.k.a Nanaki” right next to it. There are two hidden pockets on the inside, one has a bottle of anti-depressants in it and two normal pockets. It has a zip that goes right up the middle of her jacket and can zip her collar together to make a cover for her mouth.

Her trousers are a snow white. They are a bit too long since she almost always feels like she is stepping on them. They are an inch above the ground the ground though so, she resists checking to see if she is stepping on them since she knows she can’t be. For footwear she wears short, white socks with yellow chocobos on them and white trainers with straps. Neatly painted in red on the straps is the word “wark”, even though her trainers are hidden by her trousers.

Biography/Personal History: Kera has always been a shy person, always preferring to sit in a corner to be by herself than anywhere else, tending to only come out of her mouse-like nature when with her family or friends. She has always had a closer bond with her brother than with anyone else though since he always helps her more than anyone else. Originally her family is from Scotland, which is why she has a slight Scottish accent when she speaks.

When she was five, she got cut by a shard of glass from her brother’s glasses which had broken. She panicked since it didn’t seem to stop bleeding and she got her brother instantly. He covered the cut with a band-aid, just to be surprised when she had a strangely violent reaction and he instantly called 999. Everything turned out fine but, it turned out that her blood took longer to clot and that she was allergic to elastic-plast in band-aids. Not only that, but, they tested her blood to see if there was anything else wrong with her and though they didn’t find anything else wrong, they found out that her blood type was O-, the hardest blood type to get a transfusion for. It didn’t bother her, even though it did cause some changes in the way her family treated her.

At the age of seven, it was clear that she didn’t have a lot of friends and that she wasn’t going to have a lot of them, which didn’t bother her since she preferred being by herself anyway. People mostly avoided her because of her protective brother, practically everyone in the area referred to her as “That girl with the overprotective brother who will get mad at you if she even draws a single drop of blood.” The only reason her friends didn’t, was because they often needed her help revising for tests since no one else would help them and she always passed without revising. None of them knew but, she actually knew they were just using her to pass tests and to get through school, she let them though because if she didn’t then she would have been alone all of the time. Suddenly though, her parents moved to California, unlike her, they hated the colder climate of Scotland. Thanks to the suddenness of it, she had no time to actually tell anyone that she was going, not that anyone cared a lot anyway.

It took her a year to actually work out the different school system since it was different from the one in Scotland. For several years she was bullied because of her accent and because her English was different to theirs even though it wasn’t that different. No one noticed at first since she did tend to have accidents quite often so they thought she had most likely just fallen down stairs or bashed in to something when they did notice bruises. Her brother was suspicious though and skipped school for a day to spy on her and confronted her once he saw what did happen and made her report it.

When she was twelve, she started learning to play the bass guitar, it was hard at first but, it became easier as time passed and she was eventually playing it better than anyone else at her school could, even the people who hated her had to admit she was good. She learned how to read the tab of other instruments very easily but, never actually bothered learning how to play them. When she had absolutely nothing else to do, she would play her DS in her room while sitting at her computer chatting with her few friends on MSN, listening to music and watching TV all at once, after adjusting all of their volumes so she could listen to them all at once.

On her thirteenth birthday, her parents got her a cat which she named “Ara” and she spent quite a lot of time playing with her more than anything else. After a while, she actually worked out how the tone and pitch on how Ara meowed affected what she was saying and strangely learned how to understand her, sometimes she actually meowed back at her. After a while, when put under pressure, it became a habit of hers to just to meow in response.

The next year, her parents got her a dog which she named “Bruich” and then she had difficulty juggling looking after both her dog and cat, practising bass guitar, doing homework, chatting to her few friends on MSN and studying. This stressed her out a lot at times and made her depressed and suicidal every now and then. Luckily, her brother always caught her before she could kill herself and stopped her, often tying her up until she fell asleep. Once she tricked him by pretending to be back to normal and almost succeeded in killing herself by cutting herself but, David was luckily able to phone a hospital and she got a blood transfusion.

By the time she was fifteen, she was on anti-depressants, could understand both her dog and cat and respond to them and was passing every single one of her classes, even though she had trouble with P.E. since she refused to do some things in case she broke her neck, although, she spent almost no time practising the bass guitar and barely spoke to her friends at all any more.

Personality: Kera is very shy, often hiding behind her brother out of shyness. She doesn’t tend to speak to people unless they speak to her first unless she knows them. Due to the fact that it is rare for her to speak to anyone she doesn’t know very well and is quite quiet unless relaxed around the people, her brother tells people to just call her “Mouse” until she tells them her name. The nickname doesn’t bother her and she will respond to it as if it really is her name even though it clearly isn’t.

For the majority of the time, she is cheerful and will just smile about things, no matter how bad they were at the time they actually happened, they are in the past and don’t usually matter to her any more even though some things will still upset her after a while. This makes her normally find it easy to forgive anyone for anything, even trying to murder her, as long as she is still alive, it doesn’t really matter to her even though it does matter to her brother.

Usually it is hard to anger or even annoy her since she just ignores insults and doesn’t care how hard they try to annoy or anger her. There are a few things that she won’t tolerate though or will get annoyed by easily which are people randomly blaming things on her for no reason besides the fact that she can be blamed, people making fun of her friends, anyone hurting her friends in any way and anyone hurting animals at all for any reason. This usually just leads to her shouting and storming off to try to calm herself down, it doesn’t usually do her any good though since for some reason after being angry she becomes depressed rather rapidly most times, very rarely she won’t though.

When depressed she can be suicidal since she hates herself and doesn’t see why anyone needs her around. It also makes her easily irritable and negative towards everything, shooting down positive answers with any negativity possible. Unless someone stares her straight in the eyes and tells her undeniable truth to convince her that she shouldn’t kill herself and that they want her around because they do like her, she will try to kill herself with whatever she can find. Despite these things, she will stop eventually if someone is crying because even if she is depressed, she still cares about others feelings but, she finds them hard to interpret when she is like this and tends to only recognise deep sadness by someone crying or tears forming in their eyes. No one should listen to her when she is like this and she shouldn’t be left alone when she is ever acting like this. It is impossible to get her to take anti-depressants willingly when she is depressed and if she becomes too depressed, she won’t care about anything at all, not even if she is hurting anyone’s feelings, and will just tell people to leave her alone. It won’t bother her if someone even tries to murder her. Only one of her friends being in danger or an animal being in danger will snap her out of it, if they are just injured and she knows they’ll be fine though, she won’t be fazed by it. Forcing her to take anti-depressants will work too.

Her depression should never get mixed up with one of her bad moods though. When she is in a bad mood, she will react to even the slightest bit of conversation with hostility and will tell everyone to ignore her. She isn’t at all suicidal like this but, is very negative and incredibly easy to irritate. Unlike when she is depressed, when she is in a bad mood she doesn’t care if she hurts anyone’s feelings at all. The best thing to do is not to speak to her since she will follow whoever she is with. After sleeping she won’t be in a bad mood any more so anyone with her just has to endure until she goes to sleep or until she is knocked out.

The next day after being depressed or in a bad mood, she tends to distance herself from everyone around her, feeling guilty for the way she acted and maybe a bit sad depending on what she actually did. It is easy to cheer her up though so she will be her normal self again after being cheered up, or after taking an anti-depressant which she will do willingly while like this.

Rarely, she will have good moods where she won’t need to take anti-depressants since she is too cheerful to become depressed. When she is like this, things which would normally annoy, anger, or upset her don’t and she is more relaxed, not being as afraid of things she is normally afraid of. If she takes anti-depressants when she is like this, she will go in to a happiness overload mode out of how happy she is. When this happens, she is always skipping, gives out random hugs at times, is willing to do anything which she wouldn’t normally do such as bungee jumping, climbing up trees, cuddling snake and spider-like Pokemon, basically anything you ask her to do and she smiles about everything, nothing scares her when she is like this... NOTHING. She’ll completely ignore her limits like this if people really want her to do something, even if she is completely exhausted and about to collapse where she is standing, this can lead to dangerous situations though since not only is it hard for her to concentrate when she is exhausted, at least one of her eyes will close itself, her thoughts will be a bit scrambled and sometimes she dozes off for a few seconds.

Not being a violent person, she will almost never react with violence, not even in self-defence and will let people beat her up, feeling that she must have done something wrong and deserves it even though she doesn’t. If angered, she may deal with it with violence though and she will even act cruel when she does, not being afraid to break a person’s bones just to get a point across. She flinches when she thinks she is going to be hit and when people shout, even if what is being shouted isn’t directed at her.

No matter who they are, she will protect people, even if she doesn’t like them, from being attacked since she would rather let herself be hurt than let anyone else be hurt unless they are on her bad side. Her trust is easy to gain despite the fact that it is hard to get her to talk at first, but, breaking her trust is not a good idea, even if she won’t show it, it does hurt her although, she will mask it with cheerfulness. Even so, her brother can tell when she is faking, catching the small instances of when anger or sadness flash across her eyes and then he almost instantly deals with it in his own way.

For all of her life she has absolutely loved animals and will do anything to help them, even climb up high heights despite having a large fear of them. Being cruel to animals gets you on her bad side instantly and she’ll hold a grudge against you for it. If asked whether her own life or an animal’s life is more precious, without a second thought, she’ll say it is the animal’s which is more precious.

Character Name: David Russel

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance: David is 5’8 but despite being skinny, weighs 160 lbs. He is stronger than he looks, more of his weight comes from the amount of muscles he has than actual fat. His muscles aren’t seen very easily though so it can be easily assumed that he doesn’t have any. His eyes are green, they are a lighter shade than they appear though since he wears contact lenses instead of glasses. His hair is a musky blonde at the front and the rest is dark brown.

He wears baggy jeans which trail on the ground while he walks, they have two deep pockets. His shirt is black and has Mr. Lazy from Mr. Men on it, the sleeves reach to just above his elbows. His trainers are a dark grey with black laces and he wears black socks, these are covered by his jeans.

Since his clothes aren’t very thick, he wears a black leather jacket. Its sleeves reach his hands but he curls them up to his wrists. He keeps the collar down unless it is very cold. Normally he keeps it unzipped, even when it is very cold. It has two visible pockets and two hidden pockets on the inside which he keeps band-aids without elasti-plast, bandages, medical gloves, scissors in a plastic bag, a thermometer, wipes, tissues, about seven bottles of anti-depressants, Kera’s anti-depressant prescription, and his doctor’s license in.

Biography/Personal History: David was a generally very happy boy when he was young, although, he had trouble seeing things that were close to him but, he assumed that was how everything should look until some people pointed out that it should be easy telling things apart that were close to him. He told his mum that everything was blurry to him and she took him to the optician and it turned out he need glasses. It made him happy that he could now really see things the way they were and the first years of his life were easy and relaxing for him.

At the age of seven, he was excited to have a little sister and helped his mum out with her as mum as possible. Often he would sit and watch TV with her and try to teach her what things were. Even if she didn’t understand, he had fun trying to explain things to her and would often rush home to do so every day after school. Some of his friends came around and helped at times as well, always putting him in a good mood.

When he was twelve, he accidently dropped his glasses, breaking the glass in them. Calmly he went to wake up his mum to tell her what had happened but, suddenly Kera came and told him that she hurt herself. Quietly he led her away and got her a band-aid, despite having trouble seeing anything without his glasses. Then, to his surprise, she seemed to have a fit, making him panic and instantly phone 999 and explain what was wrong. An ambulance came immediately, waking up his mum and they all went to the hospital together. After learning Kera’s blood type was O-, he got his blood type checked to see if he would be able to donate later in case she needed a transfusion. There was good news, he was compatible and his blood took a normal time to clot unlike Kera.

The next year, he started showing his sister how to play video games since it was a relatively safe hobby and it would distract her from doing other hobbies that would risk her life at all. This also kept her away from the kitchen since she would be too busy playing video games and he would always offer to get her whatever she wanted, making her stay away from all the sharp knifes and such in the kitchen.

On that same year, he had entered the third year of high school and started rebelling against the school system because he didn’t like it. In P.E. he refused to do as instructed because all they did was run around a course three times, making it longer each time and he couldn’t be bothered wasting the effort. It was proved that he could run that far though when one day, one of his friends suggested to the teacher that they trick him in to running to his sister’s Primary School which, on the way there and back, was equal to the distance of the total course. Sounding panicked, one of his friends said they got a call from the school that Kera had been cut, making David instantly run off without a second thought and he actually kicked the door to her class open. After checking on her, he apologised to the teacher before running back to his school, his hands clenched in to fists. He kept running until he was right in front of his friend and used the momentum from running to punch him hard in the face, knocking him down but, also breaking his nose out of anger.

When he was fourteen, he was annoyed that they had to move to America, he hated being in the sun and preferred the fact that Scotland was normally cloudy or rainy. Thanks to the suddenness though, he only managed to tell two people but, most of his friends had started to dislike him anyway because he had changed over the years from cheerful, playful and fun to being more serious and unbelievably protective of his sister. He found school very easy and had to skip a few grades to actually get a challenge from it, although he had to get contact lenses since some people kept breaking his glasses.

Despite the fact that he was one of the smartest students in the school, he was also one of the most hated by the principal since he rebelled against paying for school trips he wasn’t even going on, argued with his teachers, refused to do homework and classwork often, wouldn’t do P.E. ever and sometimes he would suddenly just leave in the middle of the day. Everyone was surprised that he still managed to pass all tests with full or almost full marks even though he refused to work most of the time in class and because he was rather lazy. Very few people knew that he was actually taking martial arts after school and that he had a younger sister, he didn’t care though since if they weren’t his friends, why would they want to know?

The next year he noticed that Kera almost always seemed to be covered in bruises from “accidents” which made him suspicious. He skipped all of his classes to spy on her and made her report the fact she was being bullied. They almost thought about doing it again but, since David was still about, he overheard them when they mentioned it and beat them up so much that they had several broken bones each and he had only been hit a few times. No one could blame it on him though since he was quick to sneak away and one of his friends made an alibi for him so that no one could pin it on him.

At the age of eighteen, he took a medical course at a University and worked hard at trying to become a doctor which was incredibly hard. He learned CPR and how to deal with broken legs and arms quite easily but, the rest was very hard. Even though it involved lots of hard work and studying, he persevered after three years and was licensed as a doctor, he only worked as a doctor for half a year though since it was taking up too much of his time and he needed to keep an eye on his sister to make sure she didn’t kill herself while their parents were out. While he was still working as a doctor though, he secretly stole extra bottles of anti-depressants for his sister and even though he isn’t proud of doing so, he saw it as necessary in case she lost her bottle of them or in case she poured them down a drain to avoid taking them.


Personality: David is a good person at heart but, if you are meeting him for the first time he may appear intimidating and scary, both things which he isn’t really unless you get on his bad side. He tends to blunt and to the point since it is the fastest way to deal with things and almost never loses arguments since he avoids creating loopholes and twists words to his advantage. If he is in a generous mood, he will let you win for once.

His trust is hard to gain and easy to lose. It takes a long time to gain his trust unless you save his sister’s life, then it takes less time to gain his trust and it is harder to lose it. It is hard to fool him thanks to his lack of his trust in people and it is impossible to get a lie past him, unless it is that his sister is in danger, he will never risk the chance that she is in danger even if it is a miniscule chance since she means a lot to him. The only one he always seems to trust is Kera because she is his sister.

He can be gentle if he tries to be and has a soft side for animals, his sister and children or people who act similar to a young child, although his sister loves animals far more than he does and finds it easier being gentle than he does. Often he will make funny comments to try to cheer people up or he will make funny faces, which always send Kera in to fits of laughter. If he knows someone, he can be friendly to them and be nice.

Easily he can work out when Kera is lying or hiding her emotions behind a mask of happiness and will confront her unless she is doing it for a good reason, which she normally is from her point of view, sometimes he feels it isn’t though and will tell her off, alerting the person she was lying to that she hadn’t told the truth.

Usually he reacts to every situation with calmness but, mess with his sister and you are in for it unless Kera stops him. Strangely, she is able to calm him down easily, although he will watch her carefully since he is protective of her and will be by her side in a flash if there is any sign of danger. If a single drop of blood comes forth from an injury, he’ll be quick to act since he always has band-aids and bandages on hand.

When needed to, he can create elaborate lies or just simple lies and act as if they are completely true and it is hard to tell if he is lying or not since he is used to lying and is always relaxed when doing it, although he appears the same as normal. He actually does better when he is under pressure since it makes him think faster although it has an opposite effect on his sister and makes her think slower.

David can be very violent and aggressive when he is angered. It doesn’t matter to him if he breaks bones and he doesn’t care if the person cries out in fear or pain. He will only stop if he feels like they have learned their lesson, he gets bored of it, or, if Kera asks him to stop. To him, it doesn’t matter whether anyone except Kera asks him to stop since she is fair with her judgements in his opinion and he doesn’t know anyone else well enough to know if their judgements are fair.

Other people’s opinions about him don’t matter to him in the slightest. He don’t care about what anyone thinks of him or about how they see him. This can be both his best and worst quality since it means he will be able to do anything to help people, no matter how awkward or embarrassing the moment should be, but, it also means it is impossible to get him to change the way he acts unless he feels like acting differently.

It angers him when people annoy him constantly when he tells them to stop and when anyone bullies his sister in any way. It isn’t a good idea to anger him for any reason, it is to your disadvantage since he almost never makes rash decisions. His intelligence makes him a threat to you if you get on his bad side in anyway, whether it is by angering him or messing with his sister.

If he is in a good mood, he tends to be a bit immature and playful, a contrast to his normal generally serious personality. While like this, he will do silly things just to be funny such as skipping around people in circles, doing cartwheels, randomly making people dance with him and such. If, on the off-chance, he becomes drunk, he will act like this but, even more so and will even randomly offer people hugs. While he is drunk though, he can say and do some very stupid things, although he will have forgotten by the next day.

Character Name: Rebecca Storrs

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Appearance: Rebecca Storrs (link) is a tall girl, reaching 5"11' and weighing 110 pounds. Her hair is long and black, reaching below her mid-back. Her eyes are a beautiful brown colour and they always seem to sparkle.

She has an off-white and brown shirt, similar to the ones pirates wore. The sleeves are large and reach the middle of her forearms. It's a bit small for her, that's why the sleeves are a bit short. Also, the shirt stops at her abdomen, revealing her belly button.

Her pants are pale green and are held around her waist by a brown leather belt with a golden buckle. They are tucked in her long black boots, which have laces on top.

On her back, she keeps her own bass, just like most members of her band.

Biography/Personal History: Rebecca was born in a fairly normal family, having no siblings and no pets. However, she was extremely cheerful despite her rather boring family. This made her fairly popular at school, even though she didn't care and just had fun in her own little world.

She eventually met Alexia and Maria, quickly befriending them. The two influenced her into playing music, eventually settling on playing bass. Unlike the two girls though, she taught herself how to play it, being surprisingly successful in doing so. She immediately joined Twisted Rose when it was created, wanting to play and have fun with her friends.

On the day of their first show, Halloween, she had actually forgotten about it and was simply having fun at a costumed party, being dressed as a pirate. When the others found that she was missing, Megan called her and she immediately went to the show... dressed as a pirate. The fans seemed to like it so she kept the costume and wore it every show. Twisted Rose was even identified by her outfit.

The band learned to know each other very well despite their differences, Alexia and Maria often being regarded as the leaders. Twisted Rose became fairly popular and are known for playing many covers from different bands and playing some original songs.

Personality: Rebecca is extremely cheerful and almost permanently happy. She has a positive outlook on life and always seems to find something positive to any situation. In fact, it annoys her when she can't find that positive aspect.

She's a bit eccentric, as seen by her pirate outfit. She does pretty much anything she finds fun and acts a bit immature at times. As long as she can have fun, little else matters, except her friends' well being. She seems to lack common sense though, meaning she'll touch an open lightbulb or stop in the middle of a road for no reason. She loves the sea, obviously.

She rarely even gets sad, always trying to cheer people up and making them happy. When she does though, she will start crying and, when she starts, she's hard to stop. As soon as she's consoled though, she'll go back to her happy self almost instantly. She's impossible to anger. Don't try, you won't succeed. The only thing you'll make her do is get a bit annoyed before laughing it off.

She's a good bass player, being perfectly comfortable in playing in the background. She loves the sound her intrument makes and it amuses her when the ground shakes when it's played loud enough. She has a good relationship with all her bandmates.
