I opened two booster packs the other day and got some good pulls but no Lv.Xs. So I looked on youtube and saw Lv.Xs came in special packs.
Im confused!!

Yes you can - got one a couple of days ago
 - the 1 in 36 chance though means that even if you have a booster box full, there's still no guarantee (my brother went through a whole box worth of Secret Wonders boosters and got none. Some nice holofoils but no lv.x's)The lv.x in the tins though are generally promo ones and not the same as what's in the regular boosters. Hope you have better luck with the next pack!
