Rules

• Regular forum rules still apply here. Basically don't double post. Don't ask for clicks every time you fill your party. Unless it gets out of hand*, I'm okay with you linking to an exploration Pokemon who needs a specific berry.
  
  *out of hand meaning I don't want to see Pokémon being linked just for leveling or if they need drinks for happiness. These kinds of interactions can be handled just fine by being in your parties and signatures.
  
  
• Do not post your shinies here, there's a http://forums.gtsplus.net/index.php?showtopic=5491 for that. Discussing them is OK though! Just make sure you add content to your post.
  
  
• Make sure your post contains worthwhile content. If you're posting an exploration Pokémon to be fed berries then be sure to add other content to your post. Same with discussing shinies. Find people to reply to or start a discussion yourself! Your post must, with the shiny portion and berry feeding hypothetically removed*, not read as if you're talking to yourself. To clarify, your post should not be an out-loud thought to yourself, and should contain more general discussion than just information on your current shiny luck.
  
  *if you were to read your post, skipping over any mention of shinies, the post should still sound like a good post.
  
  If any posts are found breaking this rule then they will be instantly deleted and handed a 10% warn.
  
  
• Do not post your GPX+ gear grinders in this thread either. There's also a http://forums.gtsplus.net/index.php?showtopic=49472 for that. This is mostly for raging at staff or site events that you don't like.

Monthly Raffle

Nominations are now gone, and I'm using post count to determine how many entries you have into the raffle. The first 19 posts you have will count as one entry, and every ten after that will count as an extra. Think of it as the first number of your post count is how many entries you have. To see what your post count is, click on the number of replies any certain thread has. Nothing else on the site will influence the amount of entries you receive, so if you'd like a chance to win, then post here frequently!

The raffle is what chooses who gets to choose what's in next month's egg distribution. There are no other site advantages other than that, and even then the whole site gets a chance at that Pokémon that you chose!

How to get an egg from this event

• You must keep at least one slot open in your party.
• You MUST have logged in sometime on GPX+ in the last two weeks.
• You can not be in the restricted group.

IMPORTANT EVENT NOTES

1. No, you do NOT have to be online at the time I am sending out eggs.
2. These eggs do NOT show up in the Lab for the event. They are sent out randomly.
3. There is ONE set shiny for each Pokémon, but every other egg has a regular chance of being shiny.
4. If you obtain ONE of the eggs from this event, you will NOT be able to obtain another one from this same event. This means if you get an egg on day 1 of this event, you can't get an event egg from any other day during this event. By the way, abandoning an event egg does nothing. So if you get one you might as well keep it and be happy.
5. If we find any accounts being made just to get eggs from the event then they will be immediately banned along with your main.
6. If you were a winner of the raffle, your chosen Pokémon will be spawned into your party on the day of the event. It won't be forced shiny, but there's always a small chance just like any other egg! This will not count as an event egg and you can still receive one from the event.
7. There is no guarantee that you'll receive an egg.
8. Eggs chosen will not be available to pick from again for 3 months. If x egg was in the January egg distribution, then it can not be chosen again until April.
9. The event runs at 4 p.m. server time.

Event dates and what's being handed out

• March 2nd: Mew - Winner: Luneon - 200 eggs
• March 3rd: Volcanion - Winner: Shadow Fennekin - 200 eggs
• March 4th: Mewtwo - Winner: Alchemists Fire - 200 eggs
• March 5th: Meloetta - 200 eggs
• March 6th: Regirock - 200 eggs

I've decreased the amount of eggs handed out due to not being able to place all 350 eggs in parties the past two months. :'( Everything else still runs the same though!

Gave up on zygarde explore to try to get shiny raikou again.

Went to the library again and got two more vegan books. Returned one since it was crap. I made vegan beef stoganoff last week. It was amazing. Trying to buy less meat and make more plant friendly meals. I've lost 18lbs so far and so proud of myself. The vegan recipes are definitely helping.

I really hope it's not the birds for the swsh. I don't really care much for any of them. I'd breed them and hunt one anyway buy I would still like something else.

I'd be all for an Oricorio SWSH too! Seems like fun I'm going for Mew in the distribution and Suicune in the explorations, in hopes of shinies.

I haven't decided whether I'll get the Switch yet or not. I'll definitely get it at some point to play Fire Emblem Warriors (whenever that comes out), so I'll probably hold off a bit and see if I can get it a bit cheaper or in a bundle or something I have way too many other games to finish in the mean time

Hm... I might try for Volcanion, even though I chose him. I like blue Mew, but the first day is always the hardest to try for.... in my opinion at least. Purely trying for a shiny as I have everything there. I'll wait and see what the final choice is before I leave my party open though.

I'm happy I was able to do the full scavenger hunt in February and get the related achievement along with a nice amount of prize points.
Don't need any of the March event pokemon yet, but one is still TBD.
Actually I was hoping to get a Dace Carbink or Snowman Munchlax somehow. Now still hoping/waiting for a prize plus day to at least buy the dreidel I need. I already spent some credits on it and someone else must have done so as well.

I love the beginning of March because that means my birthday is in one week!

For the explorations I'm doing the Musketeer one right now and Victini later on. Now that I have a shiny Celebi that means no more worrying about The Quiet Forest.

I did suggest an all-Oricorio SWSH in last month's topic. Seems like a good option.

Oh good, I finished my January shiny hunt just in time for the March one *laughs* (just got my Shiny Rowlet on the 25th...yeah). No idea what I'm gonna vote for yet (if they give us the option)

I'm grumpy about the Scavenger hunt xD I couldn't really do anything on the Pokemon days because school/homework/travel time...grumpy xD And I totally missed yesterday's because it took me almost all day to find and egg...I don't think I hatched it until about an hour after server reset...way to go Alchy...

Totally gonna attempt the Exploration for Raikou, as I left my party open on the wrong day when he was part of the Egg Distribution, haha. I still got lucky and got Azelf, but I wanted the legendary doggyyy

Well I'm definitely going to go after Mew for the distribution, then going down the line if I don't get one. I'm interested in all of the Pokemon this month and don't mind getting any of them.

March is here already, it only felt like yesterday that it was January 1st. Only two more days and the Nintendo Switch comes out, I'm so excited!

I'm still stuck on DotW, but I am in the final stretch! 3 more steps to go. =D ...so I'll have to wait and ponder on the other special hunts this month, just in case it happens during SWSH. (I was hoping for Vupix...but ah well. I'll have to start that myself)

And it looks like I'll be going for Meloetta! here is hoping that it is Shiny. =D

Seriously, how is it March already? This year is flying by. I have spring break in two weeks, and that marks the middle of my semester. How?!

I'm still working my way through TBD, so I hope I get that finished in time to do at least one of the special explorations. I still need Terrakion for my Dex. As for the distributions, I will probably just leave my party open and see what happens!

In other news, completely not surprised for the SWSH picks. I already have the Baile shiny, so I can focus on the other three!

I was also hoping for the Alolan Vulpix but now that I took a closer look at the birds I like at least two of them. Just have to decide which to hunt (first).

For the Nintendo Switch I'm a bi5 sad I was too slow in reserving one when I had the chance. I decided too slow. But since I have a little baby boy at home I can hardly play anything except browsergames (thanks to my smartphone), so having to wait for a Switch isn't too hard. Might be watching Zelda gameplay videos as well.

Baile and Pom-Pom are the two popular ones right now I think the dropdown menu matches up with the SWSH page listings, so it's 4/39/9/27 for Pa'u/Baile/Sensu/Pom-Pom. Unless I derped and got the order wrong, haha.
I picked up two birb eggs to breed but then I remembered I have a male and female Baile/Pom-Pom voucher pair I kept, so I threw those into the Daycare instead. Kept my Slash and Tales to breed again after the swishy I also chose Oricorio [Baile] to hunt first!

aaaaa I'm so far behind on work because I've been trying to hand write it all, I'm now in the process of transferring everything to digital as I'm taking too long to write it all into a book, ugh. send help please

I'm not sure what eventmon I'll go for, yet. Meloetta or Regirock would be nice but it'll be good to see what the TBD Pokémon Alchemists Fire will choose..

Currently working through Tour of Illusions, I'll move onto probably Celebi for the quick completion and move back onto Arceus. I really want to blitz through DotW the next couple of months and try and reduce the plate availability I have. I've still got 8 runs available and 4 more plates to complete

So there will be an all-Oricorio SWSH! I plan on naming all of mine after the main characters from Happiness Charge PreCure because they have form changes that look similar to their forms.

I didn't notice the egg decrease for the distributions. That looks too bad.

My little boy is now 10 weeks old.
It is my first child and somehow I was under the impression that he would be spending more time asleep. ^^

For the SWSH I chose the Sensu form. Might go for Baile afterwards in case I finish in time.

Does anyone know the wait period for Trio of Trials? Is it possible to embark the same special exploration twice in a 31-days month?

I'm glad that Vulpix wasn't chosen because I'm already hunting that atm. Plus say if I were to get the pink bird before the deadline, I can use the honeys to pick up Vulpix eggs.

Today I went to some organization's game playing event, which had board games, videogames, social games etc
I had a fun time but the only thing I didn't like was that they lost Mario Kart somehow and didn't have Splatoon

So if there's going to be a Switch+Splatoon2 pack I might end up buying it. Maybe.
Really depends.
(Mostly on if there's going to be more New 3DS exclusive games...because I'd have to buy a New 3DS then and wouldn't be able to afford a Switch, aaaaand it's going to be even more difficult if that's when the Lillie Nendoroid will be released !!!)

You can only embark one time it comes round I'm afraid. So it'll probably come into rotation another 1-2 times later this year, I'm going to guess around july/august (as a rough guess)

I'm rolling out and getting explorations done left and right since yesterday. I've done The Hidden Ruins, The Order of Terminus Cave and now I'm over halfway through Tour of Illusions. I'm trying to get my monthly explorations done before the SWSH so I can focus on that.

Signed up for Sensu Oricorio because aesthetic. Also am intending to aim for March 4th's distribution, since the others come from explorations and/or I already have them. In addition, I'm going for Suicune and Celebi in this month's explorations.

Aha, the swsh IS of the dancing birds! it starts when the switch comes out too. I might name the shinies after zelda characters if i hatch any lol. I'm gonna go for Sensu first, bec I always liked the ghost-type bird a lot - best of luck to everyone when the hunt starts!

I am pleased with the Fouricorio hunt this month. Nice prediction, Running On Ice. Hopefully we get a repeat of the legendary Flabébé swish where it's all a complete mess and Azurite blow everyone away.
Don't know what to get for the distribution, I guess I'll wait until the last egg fills out. Maybe Meloetta.

I also don't know if it was discussed in last month's thread, but did anyone make pancakes yesterday? I did and they were delicious! Can't break the tradition.

Ha, I hadn't noticed the SWSH info was already up. I guess I'll start with the Baile form, I like that one even though I don't like flamenco itself lol

For the distributions, I'll aim for Meloetta unless the TBA turns out to be Xerneas (I still need that one but whenever it pops up here I always forget to leave an open slot).

On a more unfortunate note, I got the "waiting for your opponent" bug and had to end my subway streak... right when I'm at task 11 of DotW

Forgot to go further about the distribution. I might try for a Mew unless the 4th's Pokemon is pretty interesting. I'm hoping I could get that first one because for the past two months haven't been all that great for me in that department.

As for the Oricorio, I plan on going in this order: Baile, Pa'u, Pom-Pom, and Sensu, kind of going in the order of the Cures in the series I mentioned in the last post. I was going to name the regular ones after them but for some reason that Hey Mickey idea sprang up first and I don't want to change it.

They do sleep a lot at that age just not consecutively. My son got up every half hour during the night. Hopefully that's not the case for your little one.

I picked Pa'u apparently. I got the order mixed up which is fine. That might be the least popular. I can't keep it straight.

I chose Sensu myself. I already have Baile. And since the eggs are already showing up in the Lab, I grabbed the OTHER two in an attempt to get one or both of them in shiny form BEFORE the SWSH starts. And/or a male. Whichever.

Not sure yet which oricorio I want to try for, going to be fun though!

I definitely will be trying for cobalion as I am missing that pokemon for explorations. Probably victini for my 2nd exploration of the month.

I think I still need volcanion so will try for that on March 3.

As for the egg distribution, I'll try to go for Meloetta or Regirock. Meloetta because I'd love to have it shiny, Regirock for the dex entry. Probably going with Regirock, though.

Luckily he usually sleeps at least 1 hour bits during the night.
It's just that I hardly find time for anything I want/need to do during the day. He wants to be carried around a lot and only sleeps in a baby wrap around noon.
How old is your son?

The TBD pokemon turned out to be Mewtwo, so I 'll just leave a slot open starting today and see if I get anything. I already have all of those dex entries.

February was kind of a busy and stressful month for me, hope March will turn out to be a bit nicer.

Cool distribution choices, I like them all!
I think I'll just keep my party open starting today, and see what I'll end up with.

As for the SWSH, I'm excited to hunt the birds. I've been wanting to shiny hunt them all, anyway!
I started a regular shiny hunt for Oricorio [Baile] in February. I'm hoping to finish it before the SWSH starts, would be nice.
For the SWSH, I've chosen to hunt Oricorio [Sensu] first, then I'll probably go for Pom-Pom and last (but not least), Pa'u.

Also, tomorrow can't get here soon enough XD I'm not in the market/budget for a Switch right now, but I AM getting BOTW for the Wii U. I'm actually debating going to GameStop at midnight to pick it up, even though I can't take the day tomorrow to play it. If I'm not too tired tonight I might do it, but obviously we'll see.

I'm so curious about the new Zelda BOTW. Sadly I don't have the Wii U and now that the Switch is nearly released I will wait for it to become available and affordable for me.
I was hoping for a bundle with the new Zelda game but I've heard rumors that Nintendo doesn't want to release any game bundles with the Switch?

And Yeah! I finally found a Snowman Munchlax in the Shelter!
Will be breeding an egg for me to complete the dex entry and will be releasing the one I found afterwards. I might go and breed some eggs for the shelter though since it took me so long to find and I've seen some more people desperately looking for it.

I can confirm that they are doing bundles with the Switch ^^ I was flicking through a department store catalogue today and they had a Switch + BOTW bundle advertised. It almost tempted me to buy it, but I'm going to stay strong until Fire Emblem Warriors. I'm going to buy myself a new gaming laptop in the next week or two, so my money's going towards that at the moment :P

Having a GameStop credit card is great for getting emails about ways for me to spend even more money. Apparently there is a no-interest financing option available for buying the Switch with a GameStop credit card. Tempting, but I need to pay off the Horizon: Zero Dawn collector's edition before I think of adding anything else to it.

I really need to make time to play Horizon and the new Story of Seasons game. I was waiting for them for so long, and now that they are here I have no time. Spring break is soon, though, so I can make a time sink out of that. I am a little miffed, though, because my spring break ends the day before Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out. Once that is out, I am probably not going to play anything else for a long time.

That only applies to your store. There are no official bundles released by Nintendo. This can change at a later time though, like how the Wii U orignially only had 2 SKUs, but they released http://i.imgur.com/ORmSYvq.png later. Considering they have limited editions for BotW, it makes at least some sense to not have a bundle for the game as well, unless they would include the entire limited edition to the bundle.

Congratulations.
I got a Mew egg too.
That's cool because Mew is sweet and the last one I got from exploration turned out to have quite nice stats and IVs. It will be good to have another one on a different level for NPC battles in the tower.
Of course it would be even more cool to have it shiny, but I shouldn't hope for it too much so I won't be disappointed if it isn't. With the lowered amount of event eggs, the chances did increase...

Maybe I should wait till summer to buy the Switch. The prices of 3DS lowered quite quickly after release as far as I remember plus there might be bundles released, either by Nintendo if they decide to or by a local/internet store.

Well, I didn't get a Mew but I did pick up a Cypress bred Zekrom, so I guess that's ok? lol. I actually needed a Zekrom to change the form of my Sh. Kyurem, so I can get both shiny forms now

I also have an open book genetics test tomorrow I'm writing notes for so #pray4sam

I'm so happy that I got a Mew egg today. I didn't care what I got this month but getting the first day means I can grab eggs and keep my party full. Now lets hope it hatches shiny(it probably won't, but I can dream).

I'm so hyped for the Switch, I plan on waking up super early tomorrow and going to Walmart and hopefully get one. I've heard that there is a 'shortage' of Switch so I hope my Walmart gets enough so I can get one.

Edit: My Vivillon was placed rank 2 in this weeks poke hunt. Last times I entered a rare pokemon with >140 IVs they were rank 1. I guess there is something more to the ranking than that plus beeing evolved and leveled? Or is it only top percentage and therefore depending on other user entries?

My 143IV Volcarona got Rank 1 and got the last Insect Shard that I needed, so that's another plate finished!

I'm really enjoying Horizon: Zero Dawn so far! I played it for about two hours last night and had a blast. I'm liking it more than I had anticipated, so it was definitely a good buy. I've just been neglecting Story of Seasons in favor of it, oops.

In any case, howdy, haven't posted here in a while.

I'm pretty happy cause I just managed to get a 50 win streak in the Battle Tree in Sun. My team is Aegislash, Mega Salamence, and Snorlax. I love them.

Also, Overwatch has a new hero, Orisa. She looks completely fun and a little bit broken if I may be honest. They definitely need to work on some stuff before bringing her to the live servers.

Since your Volcaronas IVs were only 1 point higher I guess the egg steps for hatching are also taken into account. Vivillon has only about a third of the steps.

Does anyone else get annoyed when you finish a trinket up only to find out you made a nice error in the description? I accidentally forgot to capitalize Easter in my latest trinket... I wish there was a way to fix that.

I am also very excited, 'cause in the next few hours, my Nintendo Switch will be here (along with BotW - where would the fun in having a Switch be if you had no games!). I also found out that my city's comicon is going to be in June. I invited some friends (don't know if they'll go, though) and I plan on dressing up as Nepeta!

Same for me here. Earlier I could only be logged in to either the game or the forums. Logging in on the forum logged me off from the game. But I was able to log back in.

did some digging on the switch, so far the Zelda game is the only major game that is slated for the switch at this time. With a Mario due at the end of the year, everything else is just indie games. So I'd definitely wait till later this year before picking it up
fun fact, apparently Nintendo is coating their cartridges with the same stuff used to prevent people from biting their nails to prevent children from eating them.

And the best thing is, people (so far just adults) are putting the cartridges in their mouth to see if they really taste as awful as others claim.

I might get a Switch once Splatoon releases. I'll be more confident if a bundle gets released.
Each Euro matters Since the price for the Switch hasn't been adjusted to fit conversion rates, I really hope EU gets a bundle.

I'm actually waiting for that said Mario game to come out before getting a Switch. I never played Zelda in my life, and I don't plan on it. And Mario Kart isn't enough to keep me interested in touching the Switch for half a year. It'll probably be a bit cheaper by then anyways.

Not to mention some games like Skyrim are already on other consoles.
I'm hyped for Super Mario Odyssey though.

*Snorts* Good luck with that Nintendo. I was such a proficient and persistent nail biter as a child that stuff never phased me at all. I was gonna chew my nails no matter what my parents did. Nice thought, but they're still gonna get children that will chew on the cartridges...and they'll still be a choking hazard. Rule of thumb about kids- never assume jack all. They're still gonna go against all convention and defy reason in order to sate their curiosity or in my case to be a ridiculously stubborn bugger.

Grinning stupidly to myself right now, I can't believe my luck in the past week. Finally finished my SWSH Rowlet hunt on Feb 25th, then finished my Shiny Duskull hunt last night, plus the news I won the Egg Giveaway raffle, and I ended up getting a second egg of my chosen Pokémon at the handout time today. Feeling pretty stupidly spoiled <3

Oh, and my bf came up to visit, and we were out playing Pokémon Go, and found a Hitmonlee! First one for both of us ^^

Yeah, some kids will still try. I know if I had kids I'd keep the Switch games out of reach and if they wanted to play a different game, they'd have to ask for me to switch them. Kinda like my parents wouldn't let us switch Gamecube and PC games when we were younger, fearing we'd scratch them up.

Nope, only game on Xbox, PC, and Nintendo. I'd only get a PS for Uncharted, but they ended that series.
I am hyped for Mass Effect though. It'll be nice to have a game like that to help tide me over until Red Dead Redemption 2 later this year.

I haven't played Horizon: Zero Dawn myself (don't have a PS4), but I've been watching my boyfriend play it and it does look amazing. Makes me want to play it!

Went to an anime convention yesterday which is always fun. It's the first time said convention has run, so it was a bit small compared to the other conventions we have. They were also promoting the crap out of the new Sword Art Online movie and Love Live Sunshine, so probably 70% of the stuff there was related to that...didn't bother me too much because I like both, but my sister got a bit bored of it after a while ^^" Hopefully it'll be bigger and better next year. I bought myself the Marth Nendoroid (Fire Emblem) and a little Nozomi magnet figure (Love Live).

I just hope Red Dead's MP isn't entirely depending on Rockstar though..... "Cloud can't load your character" "Can't connect to Rockstar game services"...... yeah, kinda limits when you can play unlike GTA IV and Read Dead Redemption 1 when you could hop on and play whenever YOU wanted instead of praying the servers actually work as you boot up your system.

On the topic of Horizon: Zero Dawn, I am in love with that game! There is so much depth to the story and world that I can't get enough of it. There's something about it that reminds me of Witcher 3 and Far Cry Primal. It will certainly keep me busy until Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out.

Hello Everybody!

What a great day to come back to GPX. So sorry that I missed the earlier egg distributions, but not much I could've done about that. It was funny, late last week, when I tuned in and thought I would try to add another Scavenger Hunt task to my belt... only to find (and realize) that we were already in March and the hunt was over. But lookie here! It looks like people were right about the shiny hunt that was coming up next. So currently I'm working on finding male partners for all my birds and got two out of the four I need. I'm going to start with the purple bird and hope for the best. If that one comes then I'll probably switch to either the pink or red.

Loving today's Birthday Wishes event for Wymsy. I love how the site still recognizes the core people who helped to make all of this possible. Definitely should! Let's not forget where we come from. I've already cleared just over 200 proper interactions so hopefully the rest will follow as well.

But today is also going to be a very busy day. Lot's of business to organize and prep and lot's of personal stuff to schedule and take care of. Where are the assistants when you really need them? LOL

So - happy Monday everybody. Not sure if I'll be able to score the last egg distribution today; it'd be cool if I did but I'm not holding my breath as I've been away for a while. I saw where the amount was reduced which must make it even more interesting (to put it one way, LOL) for all those vying for specific ones. I have a full shine recorder again. Will probably go back to breeding bergmite again after the swsh since no one breeds it and that hunt is taking forever.

Finished my shiny rowlet hunt in 103 eggs. It hatched with a minior so I thought that was what it was. Named him Archimedes, same name I named the one in my pokemon moon game.

Making rabbit stew tonight. Have to add some cornstarch to it since it's really watery. What is everyone else having for dinner?

Kudos to those who got the last egg distribution event today. That wasn't me... but if it takes into account activity during the entire event then yeah... I was kinda disqualified. Even though today was a pretty good click run day for me... and I managed to get all 8 birthday wishes... no rocks for me. But that's ok. There's always the explorations and the hopeful SWSH to come. Speaking of which, I found my last two males earlier today so I changed my temporary search back to the l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-n-g outstanding hunts including Eevee (382 eggs currently) and Golett (534 eggs currently). How I'd celebrate being able to end one of those two (especially the latter one).

Got quite a lot done in the office as well. Just waiting on feedback from a co-worker (who appears to be too busy to complete the one item for me despite the time table urgency) and the local hotel for next month's meeting. Then I can get back to what I really need to do. Let's see... that would be... minutes from the last Board meeting I didn't attend, drafting the RFP for the 2018 meetings to be placed still, ensuring the last year's ABM minutes are completed (I hope they are I hope they are I hope they are ), and drafting the newsletter. Oh yeah. Mustn't forget that. *eek* So yeah. It's been a busy day with me feeling like I've missed a week (probably because I had with being gone for last week's workshop). Oh for the joys of never ending things to do.

So happy Monday everybody; I hope you are having a great day. I'll be sitting right over here leaving everybody else wondering what I could possibly be smiling about because, yeah. That's me. For this week at least. Mrs. Smiles.

Oh, I haven't traded any wishes in yet but am looking forward to doing that. Probably at some point this week (or tomorrow if our multiplier is gone). As I've no clue about half (if not all) of the Pokemon available I'm not finicky. I'll probably just go alphabetical like I did the last time.

Was wondering what the reason might be and figured it was t9 convert prize points to usual points but now it seems to have another use. Going to check right away.

Edit: Took a look at my inventory and maybe I mixed up stardust with star piece. So I am not sure which one I have seen in the prize shop.

Managed to get all the base form 'mons from the new event. Will take care of evolving/form changing (in Minior's case) after I finish the Celebi exploration.

As for Stardust, it can be obtained via Underground or Prize Shop, as said before.

I don't have any either, I'm always very diligent about selling my valuables. :| I'd have preferred if they evolved using the evo stones, or something. I was lazy with selling my valuables so I do have 5 stardust in my inventory but it seems I need to hatch some more Minor, one for each form? I thought it would be as with Rotom where you can form change one pokemon to all forms.

I just use ferrothorn on cypress. I have two. One has leftovers and the other has high ivs. Iron defense then swords dance and just keep attacking. Works everytime for me. I haven't been able to defeat the other npcs though it's really not important to me. Thanks Sam for pointing out that cypress gives them out.

I grabbed one of your bred Minior. It hatched shiny. The question is: "How are the core colors chosen?" Is it random? Sequential? Some OTHER mechanic?

Do it! I've recently gotten back into playing the game myself...went on a bit of a hiatus over my summer break. Surprisingly I haven't lost too much skill in playing it, thought I'd suck at it after not playing for a couple months :P Really missed playing it I still haven't finished watching Sunshine, but am now almost finished watching season 2 of School Idol Project. Sunshine's turn after that!

One thing that I have recently finished watching is Yuri on Ice. Man, I love that show so much Here's hoping for a season 2!

Now to get me some Minior stardust.

Well, I was certainly not expecting to see this Honey+ active today, but I also won't complain about it. I'm trying to determine which of the latest set of 'mons I want to shiny hunt first.

In the mail yesterday, I got the Mass Effect pack of Cards Against Humanity cards. OH MY GOODNESS those were such a good buy. There's just the right level of sass and inside references to make my nerd heart super happy!

Guess I'm one of the lucky ones; I have six star dusts in my inventory because I hardly ever sell anything. LOL

I used all my birthday wishes and have one of every base Pokemon now. I'm toying with buying 3 more for the Minior forms, but haven't committed to that just yet. By what I'm reading it sounds like I truly need to get my Pokemon back to the UG and look into that #2 NPC battle. I appreciate that tip about the Pokemon and the use of the 2 moves before coming out and attacking. Hopefully I'll be able to hatch a high IV Pokemon and go and square off in the near future against her. For now, though, with this sweet, sweet multiplier, I'm continuing my useless Golett hunt and vying for that rare Ghost Pokemon. By my party you can tell the two I'm hoping to hatch.

So good luck to those of us vying for more points by locating that high IVed Ghosty. Boo!

By the curious by... anyone out here a RWBY fan?

Happy to see the sweet honey today, means I can hatch more eggs. Maybe hunting two 10k Pokémon wasn't a great idea? Well, I can hope they'll come out shiny soon.
I already mentioned Minior but it makes sense that it can't change forms; really you're just breaking open the shell, the Minior itself is always gonna be the same colour. Pity you can;t put the shell back on though, I guess. (Not that I would know, since I still don't have any Stardust...)

I'm familiar with it, haven't watched the latest season (or most of the previous one) though. My brother's more into it. It's pretty good though!

While I'm here I'll drop this sleeping giant, even though it's foggy and it only needs a few berries. Might speed things up a little.

Regarding RWBY... my youngest is a big fan and she got me watching. Initially I was disappointed... the 3 minute episodes called to mind Fan Fiction I used to read on this other website where the author printed out a couple of sentences and said "that there is my chapter". LOL But as it gained (I suppose) in popularity, so did their episodes gain time and meaning. It's really good! We have yet to see any from the new season (4, I think) but I'm definitely a fan now.

I do quite enjoy RWBY, though I haven't watched the newest season because I haven't had the time. It did take me a bit to get into because of the animation style and the short episodes, but the fight scenes alone are enough to keep me around. I need to catch up on that. I actually just wanted the first three seasons over again with my boyfriend fairly recently.

Feeling pretty crappy these past few days. Went to the doctor and they did a throat culture, but it's unknown if I have strep for the next 48 hours or so before they get the results. Doctor told me I could go back to school tomorrow if I don't have a fever, but I don't see that happening.

In other news, I LOVE Breath of the Wild. I don't even have it but I've been watching Vinny from Vinesauce play it and it is easily my favorite game of 2017. It had better get GOTY.

I've also heard of RWBY, but it's not my favorite Rooster Teeth thing. That goes to RvB.

After four tries I finally defeated the champion in moon. That was only because I had a ton of potions and revives. Might start sun when I get home. I open the store today. Getting my two cups of coffee in now.

Going to have to step up my game against cypress. For some reason it's harder to beat the first one now. I have a whole box of high iv pokemon that haven't seen the light of day so maybe I will switch out a few.

Breeding stufful and emolga now since I'm starting to see some minior in the shelter.

Congrats ricfule on getting the shiny. They've bred two now.

Happy Birthday Running On Ice! Perhaps your birthday is why my day is seemingly going so much better than yesterday already? I know that, when I tried to wake my hubby up to answer the barking dog he just (basically) rolled back over so I had to go to them. Do Minior hatch with Stardust? I hadn't gotten one from them so I'm not sure. I don't think there's any specific Pokemon that can hatch with them, though I think now that it's implemented, there should be more.

Well that was some pretty amazing luck, the day after Wymsy's birthday I hatched a Shiny Mudsdale!
I'm pretty happy with my luck so far this month, since I finished my shiny Duskull hunt recently too, and it was just barely over 100 eggs =D

Crossing my fingers this luck will carry on for the Oricorio hunt xD

I wonder if anyone's used stardust on a shiny Minior yet...Really curious about what shinies look like.

That's what I was wondering myself. Considering there's multiple colors, and only underground as a way of obtaining them.
I was grabbing some earlier to get enough to start getting them at the number they'll showing up when I use honey...... but I got a shiny. I guess I'll just wait and see if there's proof or not, cause if I get another shiny Minior before I get a stardust I might go insane considering there's only one color for the shiny.

Every core color has the same shiny sprite.

What I'm wondering is once you use a stardust on a shiny minior, does the shiny core form register for all the core's dex entries?

I just went and looked in the shiny thread again - both have been posted. It looks like the starduste (exposed) form is black core, with rainbow colour bits on it =D

And I guess all the stardusted forms will be the same - black. The Shiny and regular look exactly the same until you stardust them

That one I can disprove. My Violet Core does NOT show the shiny, since I form changed mine into an Orange Core. So, unless that ends up being changed, it looks like you're going to need to get a shiny for each form to get the credit in the Dex.

Oh geez, that's not good to hear. I hope they decide to change that, they are all essentially the same, so it would get really repetitive hatching the same shiny 7 times just to fill the entry for each color.

Yup, it's a one time thing. You'd have to change multiple Minior for each color.

You can get easy Stardust by defeating Professor Cypress #2 in the Battle Tower. Granted, if you have high IV Pokemon that can handle her team that is.

Not really. IV's aren't a deal breaker. They're beneficial, yes, but it depends on the team you're using. I have the all-clear for listing the NPC teams in my guide, it's just finding the time to do it.

Either way Ferrothorn is a good shout, just Drifblim has Haze so you'll need something to take it out. Somebody on Discord mentioned using a Tyranitar or something (any decent electric type will do too)

And I'm one of those people who love shiny hunting pokemon more than once. That being said I still need to hatch 9 more Shiny Axew before my box is complete I'm already over 5000 eggs hatched in total too! Ugh.

Edit: I also doubt Minior will be able to revert back to its original Meteor form. You can't do it in the games, once its shell is broken for the battle that's basically it.

Plus it's not difficult to come by some Stardust anyway. Cypress NPC's are easy to beat these days and Minior eggs aren't difficult to find.

Today/yesterday I decided that I'm going to officially shiny hunt Shaymin, so I used some of my prize points to buy a few flowers. I'm sure the hunt is going to be a bit of hell, but it's something that I've been lowkey hunting for years. Oops.

Spring Break for me starts officially for me after classes tomorrow. It's going to start now because I'm probably just going to skip classes tomorrow anyway, because this week has been rough. At least there's the SWSH soon to look forward to!

Of the ones available now, I'd most likely vote Cutiefly or Minior. Out of every gen 7 Pokemon though, I'm most interested in hunting Mareanie and Jangmo-o, to match the ones I got in Moon. The shiny Jangmo-o line is an absolute masterpiece of horrible taste.

Hey everyone, I hope you have been doing well. I haven't posted here in a while, work has been a bit busy.

I'm currently sick with a cold, I started off with a sore throat a week or so ago. I woke up on Thursday morning with a stuffy nose and a cough. I've been miserable the past couple days, I've spent half of my time in bed. All I do is cough up a lung and my head feels like it is full of cotton.

I've been obsessed with Breath of the Wild since it came out. Today I successfully beat Calamity Ganon and I finished the game . I didn't have all of the Divine Beasts freed, I only have Medoh and Ruta done. The final battle was so intense, I used up nearly ALL of my healing items at the end of it. It is probably my favorite Legend of Zelda game of all time alongside Twilight Princess and Link to the Past. I'm nowhere near finished with the whole game, there's just so much to do and see.

I haven't done the Deoxys exploration in a while, so I started it shortly before reset. This little guy wants some berries because it is a glutton:

I actually slept nearly all day after I finished. I have a mild cold, and I was awake nearly the entire day I was going for the achievement, so after I finished I kind of just passed out. Was pleasantly surprised to wake up and see my Dedenne has less than 50 berries to go before I can finish the task.

I've been really wanting to play some of the old Fire Emblem games (Awakening was my first) so I found Sword of Flame on the WiiU virtual console. It feels so weird playing one of the older games, but I'm really enjoying it! There were a couple more on the virtual console so I'll probably download them too once I'm done with this one. I did want to buy physical copies of the pre Awakening games, but they are all so expensive

I'm expecting my new laptop to arrive sometime this week so I'm trying to find a game or two to play on it. I've seen some trailers for NieR: Automata which looks pretty cool. I see it's on PS4 already...has anyone played it? Also potentially thinking of getting Tales of Beseria.

Hey all! I hope everyone had a good weekend. For those of you that are supposed to get this crazy snowstorm this week, be safe! I know I plan on doing absolutely nothing over the next two days, since I probably won't be able to even get to work.

I've spent the last two days doing nothing but playing Story of Seasons: A Trio of Towns and reading Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers. It's the first chance I've had to read something for pleasure since the semester started, so I took full advantage of it.

Now I want to click for a bit (to hopefully get rid of this giratina), play some Horizon: Zero Dawn, and wait for my friends to come over to play Mass Effect with me later. It should be a good day.

I'm waiting for the Steam release of Automata, but I'm SO hyped for it. I loved the first NieR, and this one looks just as good. The music definitely lives up to the first game's, though I can't say anything about the plot since I'm avoiding spoilers. The reviews are promising though!

It looks mostly disconnected from the first game, but you should at least familiarize yourself with its story since there's at least one returning character and a couple who are heavily related. The backstory of one of the player characters was also told in a Japan-exclusive stage play, but I imagine the game won't expect you to be familiar with that. It's probably more of a bonus for the really hardcore fans.

So. The other day I was at work and saw a license plate out in the parking lot that gave me the idea for a new reality show. The license plate said "CHEFSKI." My idea is for a group of chefs to ski, either downhill or cross-country, to stations. At each station they visit, they would grab one ingredient and continue on to the next station. When they reach the last station, they would cook a dish that uses the ingredients they picked up. Of course, there would be a time limit that could vary per ski course.

If you use the downhill option, there would be penalties if you miss a station. Also, if you don't finish your dish, you would be penalized.

Clever idea, though I wouldn't want to be the one skiing while carrying an ever-growing number of ingredients. Skiing is hard enough to do when you don't literally have your hands full. Maybe the chefs could pick up tokens at each station, which they'd then cash in at the final one for their ingredients. And of course there's only one of each token, giving them incentive to get to each station as fast as possible to have the widest selection.

I did the 1500 egg achievement with Luvdisc as I was shiny hunting it at the time. I got another 8 shinies when I got the achievement so decided to go for a box of them.. took 4372 total eggs. My box of shiny Axew is over 5k total eggs now too.. and I've got 8 shinies left to get for it.

So I woke up today - no alarms, no one else waking me up, just being able to wake up whenever - to see that there is already at least 5 inches of snow on the ground. And it's still snowing. The weather here is saying that it will keep snowing through tomorrow, so I probably won't even be able to go to work tomorrow.

This snow - so long as it doesn't knock my internet out - will give me plenty of time to work on the SWSH!

That's good to know! I noticed that it was a sequel so was a bit worried that I needed to have played the first NieR. I don't have any of the consoles NieR is on either so I can't even play that before Automata :P I'll definitely do some reading into it though so I get an idea of the characters/story.

I did my 1500 egg achievement with Eevee Wasn't too hard when you're shiny hunting one for each of its evolutions, especially when one of those hunts lasted 1100 eggs :P

Unexpectedly got my shiny in less than 100 eggs this time. As for the 1500 achievement, I ended up getting that one with Zizagoon. I felt like that hunt was never going to end. On self imposed bed rest today. These last few weeks of pregnancy are totally kicking my butt.

EDIT: Holy crap, got #2 in just 15 eggs. On to #3 and to finish up with the exploration I'm currently one. Contemplating starting the Arceus one again but not sure.

I stopped visiting GPX+ quite a long time ago, about five years ago. Last month I remembered it existed, logged in for nostalgia's sake, saw all the new additions, and now I'm probably more into it than I was when I first joined. Either it's gotten a lot easier to click in the last five years or I was very, very inefficient clicking as a teen, but I'm doing much better at things in general on GPX+ than before I stopped playing. Cleared a ton of missions, got a Shiny Dracowymsy from a hunt I started five years ago, and caught up on all the Pokémon I missed save for Legendaries and a few Novelties.

I wasn't expecting the Shiny Race to go as well for me as it has, but then again I was very inefficient in the past. I planned to just get a shiny Pom-Pom and for it to take most of the event to get, but managed to snag one only a few hours after gathering eggs, the 9th shiny Pom-Pom in the race and 38th overall shiny. I started a second one with Pa'u and also managed to get that before the first day ended, 68th overall. At this rate I may complete a hunt for all four available Pokémon when I only managed to get one shiny from a race before I stopped visiting.

I know there's a very high multiplier going on today, but these stats still feel amazing for me.



This is the first time to my knowledge that I had more than 50 Pass Orbs in one day or more than 100 Shelter grabs. I think I was below rank 15,000 when I first logged on this year and I'm already getting close to breaking #5,000.

Overall I feel glad that I remembered this site exists and started visiting again.

Congratulations!

There is no need to submit the shiny hunt pokemon as we do with the poke hunt entries. As long as you registered the hunt in your shiny recorder it will automatically grant you the prize when the event is over.
You can only hunt one of the event pokemon at a time but may hunt additional ones when finished. It won't grant you the multiple of the prize points in the end but if your team has the most hatched shinies overall you'll get some extra points.

Started hunting Baile now. It was a hard decision for me which one of these two I wanted to hunt and now I get to hunt both. ^^
Thanks to prize plus days I am short with prize points (but filled gaps in my dex), so I am happy about every point I might get. Go Wulfenite! ;D

By the way: Do you think a Jolteon with 151 IVs might get rank 1? I don't need the shard here but the points and rank for the achievement would be awesome.

They streamlined the clicking a whole ton. I quit a while back myself. No more weird set ups and addons. I'm more casual these days playing only when I'm taking a quick break or so...

I had a tough time finding them as well. That's why I was so happy when the Honey appeared in the Prize shop. I still have some left over.

I was able to hatch two more of them today. I now just need Sensu and then after that I don't know. So far I've been lucky with the genders as I wanted them all to be female and though it is a higher chance that they would be, I'm hoping Sensu will be one so I'll be done with that part of it.

I've also been writing stuff in my free time. It's weird to write about dark stuff sometimes.

Thing about the lab is, that on multiplier days it could lock up your party for awhile if you don't have flame orbs.

Purple (Sensu) isn't too easy to find.. I missed some of these in the shelter as well.
I tgink red (Baile) and yellow (Pom Pom?) might be the easiest to find.

Mine were all around 2,000 or so interactions, each with 87 unique views. The site itself has been laggy lately, especially a couple hours after reset. It got a bit old after a while.

So it wasn't just me, my eggs should have hatched over an hour ago. I hope it gets fixed soon, I've been having terrible lag on the site all day. I haven't hatched as many eggs as I've liked because of it.

Well my cold hasn't gotten any better or worse. The cough I have is the most annoying part of it. My chest feels like it is on fire every time I cough. Work hasn't been helping the problem, I'm constantly doing something and it's wiping me out. I work tomorrow and then I'm off on Saturday, hopefully I can rest up then.

You should get more sleep regardless. Like first thing you do when you come home, get into bed pronto. Constantly working and stressing out the body will only prolong the illness and given that it sounds upper respiratory can turn bloody nasty very easily.

I'm being epicly lazy with my special exploration, but at this point I don't care about the Legendaries anymore. I went for Pom-Pom Oricorio for the SWSH but I doubt I'll hatch a Shiny.

I'm so hyped for Mass Effect Andromeda that I don't want to get seriously invested in playing anything else at the moment. Story of Seasons 3oT is about as much as I am willing to do. Well, aside from play through ME2 and ME3. My boyfriend doesn't have the attention span to play through them himself, so I am playing through while he watches and asks questions that I usually have the answer to.

At my home it's just the other way around with playing computer games. Usually it is me watching my husband playing (if I find the game interesting). Except for Guild Wars 2. I spent a lot more hours with that than him.
He is also hyped for the upcoming Mass Effect sequel and playing ME3 with DLCs now. He thought about waiting for the edition with all DLCs but most likely he won't wait that long.

I'm hyped for Mass Effect Andromeda AND Red Dead 2. Thank Arceus they don't come out at the same time like Pokemon Sun and Watch Dogs 2 did.
And a new Sonic game is coming, Sonic Forces..... and I can play that on my Xbox! Yes! When I can make a choice, I always choose Xbox over Nintendo's version of games. Unlocking achievements makes the game more fun, and gives you incentive to do things you wouldn't do otherwise.

Earlier I went to the game store again and they had finally fixed the Switch, so I played Breath of the Wild for 30 minutes
I had a pretty fun time with it

Failed to control my laughter after having one of those typical "you don't say lol" moments
It's a fun game, I recommend it to everyone.

Sure it was embarrassing to play in front of so many people... I kind of have stage fright...
But a couple minutes in I kind of forgot I was playing in a store and cussed out some enemy (oops)
Now to hope no parents complained to the employees

We spent four hours at ikea today. We got a couch, easel for Azriel and a kitchen table. Having it all delivered to us. Will be here monday and hopefully put together by the time I get home. So excited to finally have some furniture and getting our apartment really put together hopefully the rest of life will fall into place with it.

A laser tag place opened up in my town this week, so my bf and I and a bunch of our friends went there last night. It was soooo much fun! I pulled up so sore today though...you don't realise that you're getting a work out while you're doing it with all the running and dodging :P Definitely be going back. Even thinking of starting a team once the place gets up and running.

I also finally got my new computer this week It's an MSI gaming laptop. My previous laptop was 5 years old so it feels amazing to be using a brand new high spec one :P Been getting back into League of Legends now. Gonna download some more games next week when I go back up to uni where the internet is much faster. NieR Automata and Diablo 3 will probably be first.

All things considered I don't think those egg counts are too bad. Mine isn't either really especially with all the time left for the hunt.

Locked myself out today. Was woken up out of a deep sleep a few minutes before I had to drop Geno off at work so I completely forgot my house keys. Had to wait half an hour for the landlord to come open for me and he didn't charge which was nice. My day will be better! I got awesome sleep finally though so super happy about that. Gotta do a few errands, drop my son off then go to work.

I was curious as to what everyone's diets were like? We try to buy and eat as healthy as possible and I make a lot of vegan meals. I think I will make a thread for swapping recipes since I love trying new ones. For example I made vegan spaghetti and sausage the other night. Used nutritional yeast for the parmesan cheese. It was awesome.

Also does anyone have a recommendation for a computer? I'm thinking of getting a new one. I really don't like using my husband's since it's so small.

I'm interested in seeing recipes from other people as well, that's a good idea Amberfunk. I personally don't mind if they're not vegan recipes but those are interesting, too. I'm looking for inspiration and hoping to improve my culinary skills a bit. Could be fun to try a few new ones. I'm always a bit limited by my allergy to nuts, but there's plenty of tasty things left.

I'm actually also in the market for a new computer, to put in my new appartment!
It's really excited to see my new place coming together, the new furniture and other things are steadily arriving now.

175 and still going. I'm generally used to 100 or less with like a small few exceptions, but everybody and their mothers are aiming for the same one I am.

My diet isn't so hot right now. I've been wanting to go back to the cooking of my ethnic heritage, but it's almost impossible in this non-diversified craphole of a state. Importing ingredients is overkill, checked out that route. If I get in a better financial state then definitely in a heartbeat. It might fix all of my recent digestive issues.

I'm only on 48 eggs as I am lazy. I'm hoping to get a shiny soon, otherwise I'll have to get up to 450 for the prize points. But we should get Honey+ soon which will help with that.

Yeah Amber what kind of computer you should get really depends on what you want to use it for. I will point out that building a PC can be much cheaper than buying a pre-built one for the same specification (plus no bloatware!) but that's not for everyone, definitely look into it if you feel comfortable doing that or know someone who could help you out.
Course there's also the option of a laptop which would be a much better choice if you ever intend to move it; Lenovo and ASUS are good brands, HP not so much, just for starters. If you really don't need it for more than social media or watching Youtube or that you could also get a nice tablet cheaply enough.

I kept my PS3 solely for playing through the ME trilogy and Dragon Age. I'm so glad I did, because taking other people on the Mass Effect journey gives me life. We just got back from ordering his copy of Andromeda at GameStop. They had car decals, and I am... weak.
It's also probably bad that I am on a first name basis with all of the employees at that store...



I'm at 245 Sensu so far, and I'm hoping that doing this last task for TBD will help me burn through some more eggs.

In terms of diets etc, I probably consume far too much cheese for one person, haha.

I'd have a much more varied diet if I could. Unfortunately with the lack of space, I can't really get much. Only one shelf in the fridge and I drew the short straw with the 4 drawer freezer (I ended up with the ice tray) in a flat of 5 people - which is ridiculous really.

Pinterest is so good for recipes it's unreal. I need to sort my routines out better, though. I'm never up for breakfast anymore which is bad and I've noticed my health is dropping because I'm not really eating enough fruit/veg (let alone enough food at all).

I've made a pact to not purchase any easy to munch foods such as biscuits, sweets unless it's a treat on a weekend or something.
I need to pick up some crunchy peanut butter and start improving my diet that way. Which makes things difficult when I get hungry around 8pm-9pm..

Living on my own has made me realise how difficult it is to buy anything for one person. You think you can eat 6 tomatoes before they go off? Ha. But yeah the restrictions I have with storage makes things difficult. There are only so many chicken and tomato sandwiches/wraps one can have before they get boring.

Does anybody meal prep for the evenings, by the way? I'm thinking of doing that when I get more space next year and I'm thinking of starting a 2 week meal plan as I feel if i can track what I'm eating I can fix/correct things (and not be tempted to purchase too much random stuff when I don't need to)

Seeing as I've not been about much, I've been quite busy with stuff. I had my module talk for Year 2 which wasn't too bad, plus a dinosaur lecture afterwards which was ace!

I got an A in art (after failing it for two years) because I managed to pull out some amazing final pieces (one my teacher still actually has) so it would be cool to pick it back up

GPX+ wise, I hatched a Sh. Alolan Vulpix the other day. Still working on my own Oricorio [Baile] SWSH. I've only hatched 170 though. Emolga is nearing 1250 eggs too lol.

Been playing a lot of Puzzle and Dragons lately too, trying to save up for Magic Stones as there's a Godfest this weekend :v

I really am looking into getting a PS4 at some point (still keep my 360 mb) as there are some games I really want to play on it - notably the Crash Bandicoot reboot and Horizon: Zero Dawn.

My mom is a chef, so we always have home-cooked meals, no processed stuff, etc. However, I'm a super picky eater and tend to dislike many "healthier" options, so I'm probably not doing super great nutritionally. I also have a ridiculous sweet tooth and have a bad habit of overindulging on the occasions we have sweets in the house.

A lot of the pink eggs look the same. It's hard for this one to stick out, I only really notice them after I hit "next" and it's loading lol. And half the time I use Hunt Power, the Lab doesn't even have any so I just go grab Alola Sandshrew from the shelter supply instead.

You don't need a whole lot of fruit per say nutritionally- as long as you get your vitamin C/B's for the most part- and that's in oranges then you're good. I get a few since they keep for a long time without worry. Apples will go mealy but oranges as long as their skins stay dry can keep for a while before drying out. Veggies, most definitely- most of your nutritional vitamins will come from there.

For tomatoes- one trick I do is get individual ones rather than on the vine/bunches in varying ripeness. The ones I will consume immediately like today or tomorrow I'll get the ripest, then progressively pick up less ripe tomatoes which will ripen over time that way I'm not wasting them. Same goes for most fresh produce in general. I don't suggest putting the less ripe tomatoes in the fridge if that's where you store them- they will ripen naturally on a counter just fine...just wash the exterior a bit prior to setting it on the counter.

Rice (brown's healthiest, white tastes better) and beans is a good staple to have, together they make a 'complete protein' which is very healthy for you and break down slowly so your glucose levels won't spike.

You're correct in avoiding processed, sugary stuff though- it's like the new form of smoking with the long term horror it does to the human body. Humans weren't built to consume or process this much sugar in our diets.

My digestive issues stem from lack of eating naturally cultured probiotics. Store bought sauerkraut, pickles and whatnot are sterilized and provide no digestive health benefits. Yogurt is a no go for me since I'm lactose intolerant and once again it's a pasteurized product, they stick Lactobacillus acidophilus back in to the product- no thanks. Kimchi's and naturally fermented soy products are where it's at baby, none of the sterilized processing garbage.

That being said, I ate my batch of Sensu eggs and it was glorious. Dumb buggers won't hatch shiny. Got enough Sensu fails to make a fried bird dish or two...

Yeah most of the time it's oranges I'm eating. Can quite happily get through two (packets?... nets?) of satsumas in a week. I just haven't really been about that much is the issue.

I've been trying to find a few meals that involve beans of some kind - last resort being chilli con carne (last resort as I make it anyway) - there are a few bean salads I've been looking at trying involving borlotti beans, I'm going food shopping in the morning so I'm trying to make a sort of list right now aha.

I've moved back to white rice for most things, though. I still prefer wholemeal bread anyway as we have it at home which tastes good. There's this multi seeded loaf that we always get which tastes amazing with peanut butter

With the tomatoes, unfortunately I live in university accommodation so most light doesn't really happen (I'm on the ground floor where the light barely reaches well), plus the windowsills are all full of alcohol and a radio amongst other fruit so it'd just get bruised.

Lunch usually involves a wrap and whatever thrown in. I do need to pick up a shallow plate bowl thing so that would be good to do stuff in. I have a mixing bowl so that shouldn't be an issue. The only problem would be storage - but I'm sure i can work around that and get things to work for me. I do need to branch out with food stuffs so we'll see.

I think this meal planning would actually help lmao.

Red beans and rice are good. I can send you a non veganized recipe if you want Sam. It's cheap and lasts for quite a few meals. I also make black beans and polenta.

I'm going to use the computer for gpx, youtube and just browsing. Maybe netflix as well. I had a toshiba. Thing lasted for years. Only had to get it fixed twice. Definitely has to be a big screen and not a tiny one. Tablets wouldn't work well for me.

Didn't even know I was hunting them, just picked up a few of them the last days cause they hatch quickly - and then it said "it hatched shiny, congrats on your hunt" and yes, I do have hunt I started back in 2013 on my recorder...

Now there's only 18 hunts left, yay! Soon I'm gonna be able to pick my own hunts again. As soon as I get those 13 non-finished SWSH out of the way... and maybe one day I'll even finish those hunts started in 2010 - gosh I'm old and I've been here for far too long!

I don't watch that screen. I watch my Party count. I haven't found my shiny yet, but I DID end up getting a 170 IV male Sensu locked to my Party. And even then I waited to see what actually happened before getting my hopes up.

But to be serious, I'll just be breed P'au for the rest of the event because I noticed that was one of the two that were being bred the least out of the four and I already bred two shinies when I was breeding the PomPom form. Then there's those other Alola hunts I need to finish.

I wouldn't get a chromebook. My brother has one of those from his school and it's garbage. It's broken down more times than I can remember.

We had gardein crabless crab cakes and mac and cheese for dinner. They were not too bad. It had quite the taste of pickles in it though.

Probably like 98% of its use will be for normal internet browsing, but I'd like something that can actually handle current gen games and such on the occasions I decide to play. Doesn't have to be the most powerful thing in the world, just needs to be reasonably usable.

Yeah my laptop was breaking (getting slow AF) to the point where I couldn't even play gpx and took 5 minutes to do a round of tabs. I went with an Asus as I needed a new one for university and in the past 6 months I've had it there's been no faults, so happy Sam!

I keep procrastinating typing up my notes and I really need to NOT do that as I've got so much to type up.. ehe. Maybe I should just set a goal to do each day..

Finally going shopping later today so I can get some tasty fud in. My friend is making us veggie chilli tonight which will be good, and then we're off to watch Jurassic Park. I don't wanna be too late as I really need to sleep and fix my sleeping pattern desperately.

In GPX+ news, I'm about 340 Oricorio in and still no shiny.

Only up to 120 Pa'u eggs so far but it's my longest hunt of the four. We shall see how long this goes. Going to try to do a bunch of the normal explorations since I actually completed my 2 legendary ones early this time around. Four shop cycles and no heart sweets so I started with that one first lol.

Great to know Minior hatches with stardust. I only had one to use when the other colors were released. Guess I'll start a hunt for it or something soon.

@amberfunk: We're still deciding on names. We had a few we kind of liked but nothing set in stone just yet.

Huh, never been in this position before - being #10 on the 'Most eggs hatched (total)' list, but being the only one in the top 18 without a single shiny so far. I'm at 515 eggs at the moment. I hope a pretty blue Sensu bird will join me soon~

How is everyone else handling Pokérus? Do you have enough patience to let it cure itself or do you use Antidote?
I'm ready to move on to a next exploration task but have to wait for my Articuno to get better. ^^;
I usually throw an Antidote at infected 'mons, but I thought I'd be patient this time. >.>

I don't normally GET Pokerus, since I send any Underground pokemon into my PokeWalker to prevent them getting it. I mean, I'm just going to release the UG pokemon anyway, so why risk the possibility of it getting locked to my Party or being forced to throw an Antidote at it to release it. And I don't actively seek out Pokerus-infected pokemon to have my Party members get sick either.

ANYWAY! To get back to the original question, I normally throw Antidotes at them.

My luck with the SWSH is so good this time that I'm lazy about it which is good because I want to play BotW, but man, even being 3k eggs ahead, we're stil tied for shines.

I keep pokerus in my party, because I like the transmissions stat, and as a result, I want put my pokerus towards the cured stat rather than the antidotes stat. This works out most of the time, but if I really need the party space, like for exploration steps that require too many slots, or if I just get a full party of pokerus, then I'll antidote at a reasonable time.

I did get my shiny Sensu yesterday, and my PomPom hunt is at 140 so far. I'm hoping to get it soon so that I can get Pau, too.

I hunted the red (Baile?) one cause its the easiest to notice cause for some reason its egg looks like its about to hatch already. By the way was that intentional or was it an accident? Can't remember which mont it was but I was so glad I got a Tapu Koko egg from the community thing cause at the time Gen VII hadn't really been implemented. I don't know if its been talked about yet but are the Ultra Beasts going to have an Exploration that you have to complete multiple times (like for the Legendary Dogs) or an Exploration for each one? On Pokéfarm Q how you get a Type: Null egg is mean. You need the Dex (you get Summon items from Boxes you find by sending Pokémon on Scour Missions) entries for.each UB and Necrozma. You need 6 different UBs or 5 Different UBs and Necrozma in your party. Go to the special area and you lose all of them to get 1 Type: Null egg. You can buy a UB/Necrozma egg (for a million of the site's main currency), which is irritating for people who want one of each.

I finished my hunts for Sensu, Pa'u, and Baile, and I'm torn about going for Pom-Pom. On one hand, I hate it because it looks like it's got a diaper on and its shiny isn't great compared to the other three, but on the other, it makes sense to just finish the set since there's so much time left.

I guess I'm still bitter about catching a Pom-Pom Oricorio early on in Moon and it being utterly useless, so my opinion on it is tainted.

Yay, I hatched my shiny Oricorio Baile tonight. I was actually getting worried that I would be shinyless this month, but I'm happy its over. Work has been so crazy lately so I haven't hatched as many eggs as I would have liked. She hatched on egg #234, it looks amazing. I doubt I'll be going after another Oricorio, as I'm not overly fond of it, but we'll see what happens.

My cold is essentially over, I just have a lingering cough. It is one of those coughs that will take forever to get rid of. It seems like everyone who comes into work has some kind of sickness going around.

I agree with whoever suggested Asus for laptops. Asus has been one of the best brands of laptops I've ever had. I had an Asus for years, I only had to upgrade to a newer laptop when the battery no longer held a charge. I bought a Toshiba when that one died because my aunt said they were good laptops. My Toshiba 'broke' within the first week of owning it, the cooling system stopped working and it took months to get it fixed. I'm on my second Asus laptop right now and have had no problems since I bought it. I'm never going to get a Toshiba laptop again with how many issues I had with it.

I usually use an Antidote right away when my Pokemon get Pokerus. I don't like having a Pokemon locked in my party(unless its for an exploration that is). I think I've only ever let one Pokemon cure itself naturally on the site, mostly because I never noticed it had it.

I'm pretty 50/50 on curing vs antidote. I love the exp boost, and it seems to help me get clicks for the rest of my party as well. But a lot of the time I just don't have the time or space to devote to it.

Sensu is really annoying me. I'm at 544 hatched so far and just getting really tired of seeing purple. I was hoping I could start on Pom-Pom before Honey+ runs out, but that's seeming less and less likely.

There's been no public mention of how the UBs are going to be available. Someone in Discord brought up the idea of an Ultra Wormhole header event, which I quite like, but that's just a theory all speculation at this point.

Majority of the time I let the infected 'mons cure themselves...unless I really need to get it out of my party.

I went for a quick Pokemon Go walk this afternoon and caught a Togetic...which was my 200th dex entry Currently I'm focusing on evolving Grimer. I've only ever caught one in the game and never hatched one! I've set it as my buddy now, so just need to walk 141kms to evolve it haha.

Last night I started rewatching Attack on Titan, before season 2 comes out in just under two weeks I'm pretty excited after the long wait for it. I've been avoiding the manga and spoilers, so I have no idea what's going to happen.

@Sam - Keeping a diary is always good. I did that for a while when I was in losing weight like a fiend mode. Still good habit to know what I put in my body haha.

That being said...I use my desktop for almost everything. I use it and abuse it to the max...though it needs an upgrade soon or a full on replacement. Only reason why I have a laptop and tablet (both with the bare minimum programs and OS functionality) is for work on the go- so I don't put much money into those.

I cure and move on. Rarely have space for it when I'm doing the sitewide shiny and personal winter vulpix shiny on top of explorations. Sensu's still a pain in the arse. I'm still baking and roasting the fails.

I've been using antidotes before but recently started to wait for them to cure unless I needed the party slot desperately. Was getting a lot of pokerus lately with all the explorations (items and stuff) I did and therefore leveling pokemon in my party.

March is becoming my shiny month it seems. I already got a shiny Piplup before the hunt started, then shiny Sensu, Baile and Pa'u and today finally my shiny Squirtle.
I'm tempted to enter the shiny Squirtle to this weeks poke hunt, but it's IVs are only at 95 so I guess I'm better off with the non-shiny 150 IV Squirtle.

Well hello again everybody. *blush* Life has been busily rolling along and, somewhere along the way, I found a new Netflix favorite of mine. I really didn't think I'd like it. I mean: how many series about vampires can there be? Well. I am counting Vampire Diaries as one of the good and intense ones. I'm only on season 2, somewhere around episode 18 I think, but I am definitely enjoying it. So much so that that's what I "wasted" my weekend on. *super blush*

In between watching that show, I have been hatching some very non-shiny birdies. I'm trying to remain positive as there are still a number of days to go before the clock expires, but yeah. It always gets hard and tense as we get closer and closer.

Congrats to those of you who found not just one but two shinies this month! You rock tweet! *silly smirk* Hopefully I'll be able to join you in the happy dance by the end of this month. Especially since I used up so much of my prize points and don't really want to use too many more. But, *sigh*, if push comes to shove... at least I can afford the item - should it be purchasable.

PKRS eh? I love when one of my Pokemon get that. I'm super bad about using the UG though and, during the shine hunts, I usually don't have anything beyond eggs in my party. I wonder if an egg ever hatched with PKRS. LOL But when my Pokemon do get sick, I play the bad owner card and let them carry the fever for as long as possible unless something comes up where I am in dire need of that space.

It feels like years have passed since I last watched Vampire Diaries. I liked it at first but at some point (season 4 maybe) I lost my interest.
I was thinking about giving it another try though. Haven't decided yet ^^

I recently started my first Burning Desire exploration. Didn't really know what I was getting myself into... Somehow I hope to finish itthis month so I'm good to go with the special explorations of next month without delay.

Speaking of hurting... yeah. TBD takes a steady hand, a ton of patience, and a very dedicated stance. I haven't gone there yet as, I figure, the Arceus exploration is a mini TBD and that one task really flummoxes me to where, while I can re do that explore 2 or 3 more times, I haven't really crossed that bridge yet. Maybe later this year (but don't hold me to it!)

I only play on and off now, but I managed to hatch m SWSH Pokemon in six eggs. I don't particularly like these birds (nor do I need the shards) but Azurite is almost head, so I shall keep on hatching. I hatched a shiny Braile (something like that) one, and I guess Sensu is next. Good luck Azurite~

I prefer for the pokemon to cure themselves. I get pokerus very rarely so I like to keep the stat if I can.

We got our furniture yesterday. Hubby put them together and reorganized for everything. Looks like a lived in apartment now. We've been watching movies most of the day and lounging on the couch together. Azriel has been playing in all of the boxes from the furniture. Made his own little area for them. I will have to get rid of some of them while he is sleeping or get him to calm down enough to get rid of some.
