For me it was a 167 IV Tyranitar in the dark hunt a few weeks back.

Shiny Furfrou several years ago, I guess. Most of the time, when I hatch things with good IV's, it's either of the wrong type or I hatched it too early/late for the Poke Hunt.

For me it was a 151 IV Dusknoir back in 2015 (As far as I remember, that's the highest. Also, I used vitamins on it, because it hatched at 146)

Then I hatched a Shiny Shuppet with even higher IVs (161) immediately after that hunt ended.

Some shiny pokemon with IV's over 130, can't remember specie.

An Eevee with 140ish IVs. Never got the 150 IV mark.
