So I've obviously been gone for a bit and I know that back in . . . 2017 I believe there was an item that enabled you to get these. Is it something that shows up in the Prize Shop at all? I ask as I've managed to get every one but Calico, Gray and Orange.

I wasn't here but I think you could originally get them through vouchers that are probably only accessible on Prize Shop Day.
But they're breedable so you should be able to find them in the Shelter. --------------------  |

The shelter is how I've gotten most of them. But those last 3 don't seem to ever get bred.

Sometimes it takes a long time for someone to breed a certain pokemon. Usually for novelties to have to wither wait, hope that the voucher will be available in the shop during one of the times all of the vouchers are available or sometimes there are people who will breed pokemon that people request, so if you encounter on of them you can ask them. They will usually say if they are taking requests on their little message line.
I have all of the magicarp, so if you want I could breed one for a while to seed the shelter. -------------------- CODE  |

I have decided that I will breed some Calico for a bit, it takes a while so them to start breeding but if you are still watching this then more will be showing up in the shelter.
