Rare Eggs, How do you acctually get the rare eggs |

I have been wondering ever since I made an account...How EXACTLY do you get a rare pokemon egg? (for example manaphy) I have seem some users with these eggs..Is it from events or just finding them in the shelter?

Usually you'll have to stalk the shelter for rare eggs, or get them from events and such. Read the FAQ for more information. --------------------   |

Generally, you either have to stalk the shelter or lab to get rares... though the shelter can yield novelties as well... most are given as special events on the site (such as the event bidoof eggs given out this morning in commemoration of car=bidoof's 20th birthday)...
Some can breed (e. buneary, c. onix, zergoose, slime slugma, manaphy), others can't (dracowymsy, missingno, event bidoof, any legends)... all depends on what you get~ Also, there's a link in the site updates column that talks about this that leads to this thread~ --------------------  |

Stalk the shelter is your least best bet, you could get them in the lab, events that occur, or for very rares, you've got to find a hidden chest that might appear on screen. It gives you an item which summons a legendary or rarity in the lab. Gotta be quick though because everyone can get it. In fact thats how I got my cresselia egg, I basically stole it
 . Also like the above poster said, you can breed some, so I'd check the shelter for those.

For me...
Lab for Legendary Shelter for Novelty/Rare Little man/Manaphy egg/Treasure Chests are quite a lot harder to find

I have never seen a Manaphy egg yet, and I think what a lot of people are mistaking for Manaphy are in fact Phione eggs. Manaphy cannot breed Manaphy eggs, they only lay Phione eggs, and I have seen a lot of those in the shelter. Grabbed one for myself a while back.

i have seen 1 legendary egg in my more then a month here and it slipped away from me but i was in the shelter i have seen a few rare pokemon and never once did i see any from the lab
