Did I get a hacked Pokemon? |

So I've been playing Black 2 for the last year or so, now, and recently just discovered the in-game GTS. I found out that you can trade Pokemon globally for other Pokemon you couldn't normally obtain. So I wanted a Spiritomb.. And I got it.
So the Nature is Sassy. Okay, that's fine. I just wanted a Spiritomb so I could perhaps breed for my own. I don't pay attention to Natures much at all. The date on the Pokemon is 5/3/2014. Wait, what? I didn't notice this until today, and I obtained this Spiritomb a week ago at level 1. It's from the Sinnoh Region. That's fine. The OT's name: ----- Literally. That's the OT's name. The ID number is 26238, and the name (Spiritomb) looks Japanese. Ever since I got this Spiritomb, the game has been a little laggy, especially in battles. I've been thinking about releasing this Pokemon, but I'm not sure if that'll get rid of the lag. Can anyone help me?
