I lost a summon I spent Prize Points on and the issue is I used a summon power and it was within the 10 minutes. I tried to grab the egg and it just wouldn't take it for some reason, I have a screenshot of the page with the egg and I'm really upset because I spent Prize Points on the summon item I used and I found the egg, but couldn't take it so I lost my egg. This is so not fair.

This actually happened to me too once, with a Cresselia summon. The difference is, after a jolly amount of re-refreshing, I found and adopted it correctly the second time. I think sometimes on Lab loads, the page just lags out if you try to adopt something, much like how my Explo tab often needs to refresh before I can go to the next task, even when the arrow is lit up.

Yeah, I've had this happen before too. Sometimes the lab just lags out and clicking the eggs does nothing, even though you can still refresh the eggs. And you only find out when you actually find your summon and try to take it...

I opened another tab to continue trying, but didn't even see it and someone grabbed it long before I got to it, it's really agitating because...Prize points aren't exactly easy to come by.
