I guess it's clear. For example, I need a thunderstorm to evolve my Magneton. I go to the shop and buy a "weather (thunder) power". It lasts for some mins (e.g. 15). Then I evolve all I need.

What do you think?

P.S. don't remember such suggestion

Pass powers that do not have a unique function

I think it counts as "unique" +)

This a good power since some pokemon evolve during some weather that is not even that common.

Isn't this technically a weather-altering item (which is on the DNS list)? Also if this were even implemented, it would be kinda abusive if you let certain weathers become selectable...

An item for changing the weather, or for simulating weather for weather-evolving or form changing Pokemon

It would be crazy annoying, having it be raining, but then storming, but then two seconds later its an aurora, but them someone changes that useful aurora into snow for their own benifit. :/

I was talking about "individual changes"

Especially useful for Pokémon hunts.

But maybe it only allows evolution perks. For example, Sunny weather would not give more maturity to eggs; snow would not reduce maturity to eggs; Thunder would not raise exp gains for electric types.

Just purely for evolution.
