He is more fexilble (it actually said that in th dex entry) with moves and stats, unlike Regice/rock. Too bad for Hp, or Registeel whould be the bomb. Not many high Def & Sp Def exist to compete with Registeel, only Shuckle & Def Deoxys you should be scared of, and mabye Uxie or Lugia. -------------------- I CLAIM GIRATINA, BODY AND SOUL.CBD makes banners that radiate with that stuff known as PURE AWESOME!
