EDIT: Er, even the 90BP Wild Charge on that Growlithe? I mean, I'm not complaining, Wild Charge is a great coverage move on Growlithe, but it's unusual for something so powerful to be approved from the off. My Cranidos' Egg Move is Iron Head, and that was limited to Lv25 (which she'll be hitting fairly soon, hopefully) despite having a lower BP...

I'm really not much on levels, and I felt level 21 was close enough. This move is a higher level move in game, but similar moves can come at almost all levels. It would be nice if there was a learning curve, but another mod may wish to veto.

A learning curve was kinda what I had planned anyway; Lassie constantly knocking herself out with the move's recoil would be the obvious way to talk about her massive inferiority complex and servile-to-the-point-of-self-destructive nature, and it gives my many Electric-types some opportunities for character interaction with her, teaching her how to ride the lightning better and so forth. That said, I'll abide by any veto given.

4 & 5. Sebastian has found himself at Loch's Ranch and cannot seem to keep himself out of trouble. After sneakily stealing a Metal Coat from a thief Meowth, Sebastian himself hits the road to avoid getting caught for stealing, little did he know that he had been caught in the act the whole time. After escaping to a fair distance in the forest nearby Sebastian is caught up to by his tracker, who happens to be a Cranidos! This particular Cranidos had been previously owned by a trainer, but that trainer passed away and now Cranidos is lonely and looking for a new family. Sebastian and his pokemon have a hard fought battle against Cranidos before eventually capturing it in a pokeball before it faints.

7. Other: May Cranidos have either Crunch or Iron Head as an Egg Move please!?

OOC: Also Sebastian will be trading his Magby and Elekid legally to the Loch's of Loch's Ranch in exchange for Cranidos closer to the end of the roleplay. Closer to the beginning of the RP Sebastian will lose Magby and Elekid at the Ranch and won't see them again until the trade, which will be the final time he sees them.

Since Magby and Elekid are still in Seb's possession, they still count to the level average. (It really only makes a difference by 1 level.)

Cranidos is approved at Level 22.

I'm happy to let your Cranidos have both moves, as both can be passed down via Tyranitar. Crunch is usable immediately. Iron Head will have to wait until 25 before it is at full strength, but is still usable immediately.

4. Mt. Carello, near the entrance of a small cavern.
5. When wandering on Mt. Carello Jill'll come across the cavern and hear some noises resonating from within. When she wants to explore the cavern, a group of Noibats will escape through the entrance. One however will tackle her and whilst holding onto her, frisk her for anything edible. In the end, it'll decide to hang around Jill, using her head as a means of transport, and tag along until it willingly joins her team when she's about to return to Asaram.

You don't need approval for level up evos, so do what you want with that.

Finding a fossil is like finding an item, so no approval needed. Reviving fossils counts as a capture, so that should go here.

7. I know this is a 5th gen tutor move, but could Leafeon know Heal Bell? (Or Aromatherapy, which does the same thing but is a grass-type move which makes more sense for a grass-type, although it's not normally something it can learn). Moss is intended to be mostly support for the rest of the team, and Heal Bell/Aromatherapy would help out greatly. You could say that it learned the move from watching other, stronger grass-types around Loch Ranch.

4. Scarlet evolves shortly after Scott's run-in with Darius to protect her trainer from a falling wood beam during the continuing construction of the Ranger Station. During the evening of the day afterwards, Ebony evolves after a conversation about Scott with his sister.

6. Same link as above, except they'll probably be 4-5 levels higher, splitting the after-RP experience gains between themselves and Ruby while Moss gets no experience.

7. Scarlet is telepathic, although since she doesn't know the English language real well she communicates with images of what she has seen. Ebony is also minorly telepathic, in the same way as his sister (using the basis of Umbreon's ability to learn Psychic as proof of potential psychic powers). Scarlet's telepathy can go out to a decent distance, while Ebony has to be essentially sitting next to someone to communicate with them.
Likewise, using the conversation and answers in this series of posts, Scarlet will have minor teleporting abilities for use in battles. For now, her maximum distance for a teleport is (in feet) going to be equal to her level.
