I'm sure this has come up before. I have three Haunters and I've been trying to evolve one of them into a Gengar for a couple weeks now. All are at level 100. All I've had for more than 5 days. I'm kind of scratching my head now as to why none of them will evolve. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a particular item I need? A particular weather pattern?

Yes it needs to be a particular weather pattern. Certain Pokemon can only evolve during certain weather now. It evolves during foggy weather, and you can find this information in the Dex.
