My favorite Water type from the 2nd Generation is my favorite Pokemon of all the Johto Pokemon, Totodile and its evolutions of course.

Note: To end any confusion, when you vote for a Pokemon in the poll for example Totodile you're also voting for Croconaw and Feraligatr, so basically your voting for that Pokemon and it's evolutions.
