I don't really think about it, but during game play I'd probably say money, just cuz it's sorta up to the player to interpret what to call it

I call it "bucks" ordinarily ['bucks' being slang for dollars], and when I'm feeling fancy, I call it PokéBucks.

My brain doesn't have a word associated with the P symbol, just a meaning, so I don't refer to it as anything. I just say/think of the number. "Oh, that costs three thousand and I only have fifteen hundred."

It depends. If I'm playing an English game, it's usually just money, sometimes I use PokéDollar though. If I'm playing a Japanese game, it's yen.

Either Money or gold, due to the fact that pretty much every other game I play uses gold as it's currency...

When I'm describing how much money I have, i.e. "I have a lot or a little —," I just say money. When I'm saying the specific amount, say 10,000, I say a few different things: 10,000 dollars, 10,000 PokéDollars, or 10,000 bucks. I don't have a specific way of naming the currency; it differs from time to time.

If I'm asking someone how much they have or refering to how much I have, I'll say money or dollars.
If I'm thinking about buying something or how much it costs, typically I dont call it anything. |

Oh, I'm boring; I just call it money. Most of the time, I'll just call video game currency money. Though, as others have said, I don't think "oh, that costs X amount of money"; I think "oh, that costs 15,000", for example.

I called it PokeDollars when I started playing because it's Pokemon and the U.S. currency is Dollars, so PokeDollars is a simple fusion. PokeYen and Yennys, though... Those sound like great names.
