Well, the new 36 hours to death thing has gotten people spooked. What are the poor abandoned eggs going to do? Let's face it, many of them are not popular at all. That is where we come in!

Our Goal: To help clear out the Shelter of its unwanted eggs, and to help other users get already-hatched pokemon for their Dex. We want to help save the eggs from an untimely death!

How It Works:

First, you sign up on our Savior List. Then, you nab as many eggs from the Shelter as you can or want. You hatch them, then release them into the Shelter for others to catch. You must post a link to the Pokémon you released. (It's preferred that you post the egg in the egg form, then post in the thread when you release.) You will be given points for each Pokémon you do. We will have a Top Three Saviors list as well. Prizes will be given out, in the form of a trophy egg for your signature.

Each competition will begin on the ninth day of the month, and end on the last day of the month. There will be an eight-day space in between, where people can work on filling their pokedex instead of the project. Prizes will be given out during this break period, and points will be reset. Because of that new members to the group can still earn their way to the top.

* ALL FORUM RULES APPLY (including the ones for spam; let's keep it to a minimum, okay?)

* The Pokemon you catch/hatch/release MUST be from the Shelter.

* They should be a common egg, or one that has been there for at least ten refreshes.

* Please use the form when you adopt an egg, then post in the thread when you release the hatched pokemon.

* Eggs must be obtained either the day the competition for the month begins (9th), or the days afterwards. That means you can't catch eggs, raise them to maturity, and wait until the competition starts to release them and get ahead. To ensure you are getting them on the correct date, the egg (or pokemon, if it hatched) MUST BE VERIFIED BEFORE IT GETS RELEASED (check the spreadsheet). The verifiers will be will PM me if they spot any dishonesty & you will be disqualifed & banned.

* DO NOT ask for clicks for your eggs. That will result in the loss of points (and yes, it is possible to go into negatives) & a report to the Mods.

*We miss Koku!! (put that in your form to show that you have read the rules.)

Q: Do I need to PM the verifier(s) my egg codes?
A: No. Use the Savior Form for all egg adoptions.

Q: Can I still post these codes in this thread?
A: Sure thing! As long as you use the form first, feel free to post them on this thread~ In fact, I encourage it, it keeps the thread alive~

Q: What does HFR and HFK mean?
A: HFR = Hatched, Fed, and Released
HFK = Hatched, Fed, and Kept

Q: Why don't I see my name on the list?
A: Angel may not update constantly. Just wait a bit.

Q: Do eggs picked up during the eight day rest period count for points?
A: No, but they are still saved, so please keep adopting!!

Q: When does the competition start?
A: The 9th day of the month.

Q: When does the competition end?
A: The last day of the month.

Q: Why am I not on the list? I signed up last month.
A: You have to re-sign up every month. Post in the thread saying you want to re-join the competition for this month, or just post your newly adopted eggs.

Q: Why do we have to re-sign up?
A: To clear out inactive members.

Q: What time does the contest run on?
A: Server time. Because everyone is on the same page that way.

Q: What if I hatch Pokemon before the contest ends, but can't release them for some reason?
A: If they are released before the final scores are posted (usually a few days after the contest ends) then they will count as full points. If they are not released before final scores are posted, they will be calculated as being half-points.

Q: What if I pick up an egg before the contest ends, but don't hatch it in time?
A: You will earn no points for those eggs.
