I don't know whether to classify this as a question or a suggestion or what, but here goes.
Basically, I have a problem with the breeding system in GTX+, that problem being that it seems to me that it's far too extremely selective, or something. Basically, every couple I've thrown into Daycare with the exception of literally one (the Absol/Shiftry one I'm still using) have totally rejected their partners or never even been friendly towards them. Even the one I'm using says, "The two Pokémon seem somewhat friendly with each other." And that's the friendliest I've ever had a couple. Now of course most of, if not all, the couples I've tried breeding so far were rare/rare or rare/uncommon mixes, which may play into it, but I still can't imagine that it could possibly be like this for all my Pokémon without a reason. I asked some people on the IRC, and some of them were having problems like this too, if that helps my argument any. Well, basically I just want to know whats up, if the breeding system is determined by anything (like natures or something), and how it might be tweaked to possibly make it a little more workable... Thanks -------------------- |

What!? Level has something to do with it? The game never cared what level they were In the game they only produce one egg at a time too. We could probably go on and on about the differences between this and the game. :P Our breeding system is a lot different and in some ways better especially since it lets the eggs be one or the other and not always just the one. -------------------- Want a rotating avatar like mine? Yes, I must say I really do like that edit you made. That, and allowing baby Pokémon to breed. However, if I've got nothing they'll even consider breeding with, those little perks aren't worth all that much after all ;P -------------------- |

Technically, a level 1 Pokémon will breed with a level 100 one, they just won't be as compatible. What kind of baby wants to touch an old man? :P ...or an old woman. But hey, it's not up to them, anyway And while a lvl 100 could technically breed with a lvl 1, the odds are clearly next to impossible that you'll see any results for like a month. All I'm suggesting is maybe making the breeding system a little more...accepting. Or something like that. You know what I mean... -------------------- |

Well; since this refers to the topic I might as well post it here.
I have a level 6 male Cyndaquil and a Lv 4 female Cyndaquil. When I put them in the daycare, it says: The two Pokémon are not interested in each other in the slightest. Why is that? -------------------- |

Are they brother/sister or is one the child of the other? Incest is bad. Wait, they seriously won't breed if they're related? P.S. Murtagh, I love you. Keep breeding Dratinis XDDD -------------------- |

Breeding is affected by:
- egg groups - species - time spent in daycare together - closeness in level - gender - heritage The six levels for breeding are: 0 - The two Pokémon are not interested in each other in the slightest. 1 - The two Pokémon can hardly stand to even look at each other. 2 - The two Pokémon don't like each other very much. 3 - The two Pokémon seem somewhat friendly with each other. 4 - The two Pokémon get along. 5 - The two Pokémon like each other a lot. 6 - The two Pokémon love playing with each other. As long as they don't end up with 0, they can breed. -------------------- |

I have noticed that the longer my female Zangoose and male Houndoor spent together, the weaker the relationship got. When I evolved my Houndoor, it just got worse. Help?
'Cuz I'm too dumb to know how to put one of these things down here, I'll manually post one every time i post. My brain on school: My brain on the internet: -------------------- |
