So, has anyone else ever wanted to make a pokemon comic? If so, just share a bit about it - which pokemon are in it, who is the trainer, etc.
With my own, which I'm actually drawing, it's about Anastasia, the kid that just wants to collect pokemon and open up a daycare, but is constantly thought of as a pokemon trainer. So, she goes through and collects some pokemon, almost always following right behind the actual trainer unknowingly (which is how she gets past things like Sudowoodo), is forced into battle and gets her bum kicked every once in a while, and so on. About halfway through the story, she's collected a nervous and cowardly Gligar (am I referencing anyone?), a whiny and bitter Cubone (who, frankly, no one even knows is a Cubone - in my world, there are extremely few Cubone, and this is the one that lost it's mother. Why? Because it's fun to make a character that always gets bad things happening to them), a Meowth that lost her mind ages ago, a sneaky and helpful Arbok, a loud-mouthed and obnoxious Zubat, a lazy Mareep, and a patient Cyndaquil. With them, she builds the most amazing daycare ever... which is complete sarcasm if you hadn't noticed. =V So, yeah, just give a description like that. I love hearing about pokemon webcomics and I think it'll be fun to see how different our ideas are, but they still revolve around pokemon. I'm pretty sure this goes here and not in a multimedia thread, since it's not really about the art itself, it's about the idea and the pokemon world. -------------------- |
