Okay, I am thinking of adding a new section to the front page, a form to standardize all the monthly PMs I send to the members that accept PMs about Social Network.

I think it can go like this:

If you do not want to receive these PMs anymore, please notify me.

Now for figuring out a new Tier Manager, we can't nominate people because everyone's schedules are different so we'll have to hope someone volunteers or I remember to check the site more often.

I don't exactly want to PM the people who were not open to PMs about Social Network because they might not like PMs at all.

I asked people to post in the thread if they want to volunteer for the Tier 3 Manager position or if they are unavailable so we know.

I was rather disappointed with myself when I saw that we and the Underground only helped 3 people get Social Network last month, I guess my PMing people to ask them to add targets really helped out.

I'll do my best to remember to do that again.

Hello guys, here is my reply from the PM Gryph sent.
I'm sorry, but I'm currently in no position to take on an extra task like managing a tier, since I'm working on my Bachelor thesis and this is pretty time consuming. I'm not completely out of the game though, I still keep my PalPad full with people who need SN and clear it regularly.
I hope someone has the time for tier 3, this group really helped me achieve my own SN...

Hi Gryph! I don't mind taking PMs about SN at all. You can leave me on that list. I don't feel like I'd be very much help being a tier manager though. My online times are pretty random, and I don't usually have time on the weekends at all to get on. My apologies. ;o; I'm cleaning up my pal pad today so hopefully I can get some people added soon! As for Tier 3 manager...I have an erratic work schedule with a lot of overtime, plus I have no experience with Excel. I'm afraid I wouldn't make a good replacement. But I really hope we find somebody who can do it! This group is how I got my own SN!

Your PMing definitely helps out! I can tell when you do it because we have a bunch of unlocks and other targets on the list gain a heap of adds :P

Mak and I would definitely be able to show anyone how to use the spreadsheet/excel, so no one has to worry about that ^^ It's not hard at all.

I'm replying about the PM I was sent and forgot to reply to until today.

Unfortunately, I have 3 final exams for my Chemistry masters to revise (and in some cases learn) the content for - so I cannot take the Tier 3 role.
Hopefully someone takes this role - this group did help me out when I got SN!

Don't be harsh with yourself. We win some, we lose some. At least we're helping people, even if it's little by little.

As Eev said, she and I can help anyone learn to use the spreadsheet. We can take care of T3 and the inactives until someone takes the mantle.

Thank you for the six replies so far, guys, even if it's just to say that you can't take on the role of Tier Manager.

I understand everyone's got responsibilities, so please don't feel guilty, I know this is just a goal in a game.

I can hope that more replies will be coming soon.

I have gone through all the Journals and Statuses of everyone who has Social Network and I PM'd the people who both accept PMs about Social Network and had room to add people, so I hope there will be some action going on for our targets.

I finally remembered to ask people to add Tier 2 targets as well, not just Tier 1, so I hope more people see increases toward the achievement.

My PM folders are 51% full so I may have to rethink my plan of sending monthly PMs in both of my Groups in the future.

We haven't had a non-business topic of conversation in here for some time.

In March, I forgot to post in here when it was our Second Anniversary, for shame!

I changed the description of the Group last week to say "2nd Anniversary, mhm!" but I think it would've been better if we had some conversation going in here.

I'd really like our targets to feel comfortable with posting in here, too, so we're not just a buncha faceless people.

Too bad that hasn't happened yet.
