Hometown: She is from Olivine City, now though she travels and is never in the same place for too long.

Appearance: Starting from the top of the head, she has long smooth brown hair that is either tied up in a ponytail or is sometimes her hair is only half tied up in a ponytail leave some of it hanging off her shoulders. Her face is simple and pale color, her eyes are a purple color which she believes aren't natural so to hide it she uses specially eye drops that change her eye color from purple to light blue for a short period of time. Her bangs are usually placed off to the side behind her ear and are held there with a hair click to make sure they don't fall in front of her face. Around her neck hangs a locket which is marked with a feather and seems to hung on a silver chain.

Her height she is about 5'9 while her weight is about 140-145 lbs.

Her clothes are part of a set that she got when she was growing up, first of the shirt she wears is a light purple color with silver streaks going down the sleeves and the sides, the shirt is made out of a silk-like material so its comfortable to wear in all kinds of weather. On the shirt there is what appears to be some sort of fire colored with a mixture of red, yellow, and orange shades. Her sleeves are loose around her wrists and the shirt's length goes a little past her waist. Located on her left wrist is a bracelet that has different color gems on it, while there isn't anything on her right wrist.

Her pants are the same purple color with silver streaks that seem to be going down the side of her pant legs, her pant legs are loose around her ankles and hang loosely over her shoes that she wears. Towards the top of the pants there are smaller versions of the flame that can be seen on her shirt. The shoes that she wears are basic sneakers that are a lighter purple color and have an outline of silver and also white shoe laces.

Over the basic outfit that she is seen wearing she also wears a long light silk coat with a hood on it, the coat length runs from her shoulders all the way down close to the ground stopping somewhere around where her ankles are. On the long coat there isn't any buttons or anything like that, its a coat that you just put on and leave as is.

Personality: Is usually calm and sometimes collective, she has been known to be a loner this solemn reason alone is why Saphira has problems making friends or even socialize with anyone at all. This small problem has left her lonely and quiet for sometime and even when someone presents themselves as a friend she doesn't know how to react and basically passes by the opportunity to become friends. Due to a few personal reasons she also at times has been defensive and unsure about herself even gone so far as in doubting some actions she has taken. Behind her quiet nature there is also someone who tries to be confident no matter how many times they are knocked down in the process.

When it comes to angry and rage Saphira has seldom ever shown that side of herself to anyone even when a situation she is in has turned dangerous or threatening, this reason behind this was because of past experiences she has seen what it can do and keeps in mind that it doesn't help the situation at all. Keeping those ideals in mind it helps to release the angry without taking it out on anyone and helps feed her calm nature though at times if she is displeased with something she has gone as far as giving people a certain look or speaking in a more stern tone that usual. She never wants to battle unless she needs to since she has seen what harm fighting and battles have done to both participating sides.

Even though she has been known as a loner, she is a loner with knowledge throughout all of her years from the time she spent in her hometown until the most recent times of her travel she has always had books to read and from those books knowledge grew. She has been able to put some of her knowledge to good use in some situations she has been in allowing her to adapt to changes when they come and coming up with solutions to problems when they arise in front of her. She also has her pokemon with her which also seems to fill that empty void she feels whenever she passes by a friendship offered by another person.

Sadness and hurt feelings she seldom shows and she always tries to hide those feelings with a "mask" of happiness and carefree attitude. Sometimes when she is caught off guard one may manage to see her sitting alone look up at the sky and a few tears fall from her face has slight sadness and suffering makes it way up to the surface. There also seems to be a hidden reason on why she always seems to pass up talking to other people that no one seems to know about.

Biography: Even from the earlier age of 5 Saphira's parents knew she was different than others her age, while other kids were out playing with each other, she would sit inside and read books and only occasionally looked out the window at the outside world. At that younger age was when her parents noticed that Saphira's eye color wasn't exactly as normal as it should be, instead of being brown or gray like theirs, hers was more of a purple color which had them both worried and astonished at the same time since no one in both families history had anything close to that. Looking pass the eye color it was around that age where they tried to get her to interact with other kids since it was important to socialize but this one move is what lead to why Saphira is the way she is.

It wasn't long after Saphira started to try to make friends that problems began to arise, it started out when people saw her eye color, no one said a thing about it but some took one look and seemed to want to do something else besides talk to her. This didn't help her out with her confidence or socializing because of how she was treated. Due to these constant reminders her parents bought a eye drop solution that was made so it could change her eye color to a more normal color which was chosen to be light blue even though it was only for a short period at a time. Even with this solution in hand some of the damage has already been done to her and her lack of socialization showed as she sat by herself and read instead of playing with other kids.

As the years passed by Saphira grew from age 5 to age 12 through those years she had spent most of her time reading trying to fill a hole in her heart with knowledge thinking that was the only thing that could fill it and forget about her past miseries. It was during this time her parents took some action of their own and decided to get a surprise for her. It was a warm afternoon when Saphira was called out of her house by her parents, when she walked outside she saw her parents and right next to them standing on its hide legs was a small fire type pokemon called Charmander. Having not really interacted with pokemon before only to observe them from a distance she was unsure of how to react. After a small talk with her parents she came to understand that they got her this pokemon because they believe pokemon are the one thing a human always needs by their side especially during times of great distress or loneliness. It was then Saphira started to understand and a small spark of friendship started to show itself between her and this small pokemon. Making sure to pick a name carefully since she knew that the name reflected what the pokemon is, she gave the name flare to the charmander.

Two years passed since that meeting and within those two years the two's friendship seem to blossom like a flower at the beginning of spring, everywhere Saphira went Flare followed right behind her and in times when she felt her loneliness come back, Flare was always there to help comfort her. It was during this time she started to train with Flare close to home because of a book she had read about traveling and learning more about the world one could never learn if they stayed in one place. Talking to her parents they agreed when she was 16 she would be able to start a journey of her own, if she choose to. Looking forward to that day made her want to study and train even more which took time away from trying to do what her parents really wanted her to do and that's make some friends with other people.

It wasn't long until some more misfortune fell into Saphira's life, during time she was 15 and 16 some hard times fell on her family and they hand to change where they lived, it was during this time that Saphira decided to start out on her journey not only because it was something she wanted to do but it also took one less person of her parents hands so they could worry about themselves and no worry about supporting her. During the day of her departure her parents gave her a farewell gift a poke ball but when she looked at it, it didn't look like any poke ball she had seen when she visited the local poke marts, it was then her parents explained that it was a special ball and should be used to help her gain a new friend when she started on her journey through the world. With goodbyes being said she set out on a ship to head to the Hoenn Region while her parents stayed in the Johto region.

Once she got off the ship she knew that her journey has began and with her friend Flare by her side she was excited to begin but she didn't know how difficult the journey she wanted to make would be. It wasn't long after getting off to ship when she ran into a situation that changed her views on stuff that she read about battling and training in books. As she traveled down one of the routes an attack rang out followed by a cry of a pokemon but it wasn't a normal cry it was one of great pain which made Saphira rush to the scene and a sight she won't forget. As she approached she say what appeared to be a small dragon pokemon laying on the ground and a trainer with a pokemon attacking it relentlessly. Calling on Flare to help the trainer and his pokemon retreated but the damage was done and the small pokemon was even too frighten to be approached. It took a little bit but after feeling a few berries to the pokemon something Saphira felt spark between her and the dragon pokemon she thought back to a book she read on dragon pokemon and remember a pic of a dratini which matched this pokemon in front of her. It wasn't long until the trust started to grow between both her and it. It was then that Saphira remember the pokeball that her parents gave her when she first left on her journey, giving the dratini a soft smile she held out the special pokeball and the dragon pokemon happily accepted the friendship offer. With a new friend made she looked at Flare and Flare happily smiled back the flame on her tail glowing softly as they both continued on down the route.

A few years passed on her journey and Saphira's personality started to form more because of situations she has found herself in, she has been in battles that have ended badly, and have been in difficult situations(more to be known when rping). Her only friends that she has are Flare and her Dratini which she has named Gawaine because of a dragon legend she once read about. On her journey she has also heard of rumors involving around two particular groups of Team Aqua and Team Magma but to her they are only rumors since she hasn't stopped long enough to make conversation with anyone who spoke of the groups nor did she want to but what she has heard wasn't exactly good. It wasn't until she entered the city she also heard humors of people who were against the groups that were part of a rebellion, finding those rumors more comforting Saphira gave herself a goal to check more into that than the two other groups. She found this difficult to follow through since past experiences with people have taught her not everyone likes to cooperate and that she herself felt unsure talking to anything due to her lack of interactions with people growing up.

Still, being with her pokemon she always has a good time and kept a calm and very seldom showed what she truly felt but even though she had her own obstacles to overcome when it came to finding out information about the rebellion, she still has her own goals and plans to work towards them as she continues to travel.
