Since many of these novelties are original designs by our sites artists, it is up to their discretion whether or not the novelties should have evolutions. Plus, like Synx said, the Painted Torchic is already adorable, and since it has three different sprites, I suppose you could treat those sprites as "alternate" formes/evos. --------------------        |

What Synx and Natasha said. An evolution to a Novelty that was intended to be cute would defeat the purpose of its concept.
Just a heads up for everybody: "Evolutions to already existing Novelties" has now been added to the Do Not Suggest list. In addition, "alternate evolutions to already existing Pokémon" has now been added next to 'New Novelty Pokémon' on the Do Not Suggest list. Closing. |
