NEW: I've added a new kind of recolor to the list. Marble-colored Pokemon can now be requested.


I need something to sprite, so I'll take requests.

I have years of spriting experience and have done various forms of requests over the years. I'm particularly experienced at recoloring, splicing and multi-splicing. I can also custom to a certain degree.

These are the current requests I will take:

--Splices and Multi-Splices--

- Elemental Plastic Surgery (taking a base Pokemon and changing it to a different element)

- Hybrids (mix two or more Pokemon together to make a new one)

- Regular Splices (two or more pokemon + desired color scheme of at least two colors)

- Fake Sprites (if possible, I will splice together a sprite of your fake Pokemon)

--Recolors--

- Candycane (Pokemon with altered red and white coloring)

- Gems (Pokemon with gem-like coloring)

- Marble (Pokemon with splotched or swirled brown and white markings)

- Revamps (Old sprite, new colors)

--Rules For Requests--

- Just cuz I'm done with High School doesn't mean I have a lot of time. And rushing me will not make me go faster, it will actually make me work slower

- Please ask nicely/be polite and also be reasonable

- If you're asking me to do a fake sprite for you, keep in mind that I may or may not reject it. I'll only reject a request if the Pokemon is too difficult to splice together

- Please don't be disheartened if your fake sprite request is rejected. You can feel free to try again with a different Pokemon

- One request at a time per person. This is so everyone has an equal amount of requests to be filled


--How To Request--

Elementals: Tell me a base Pokemon and the element you want it to be other than its own (this counts for dual elemental Pokemon as well)

Hybrids: Tell me the base Pokemon and then list any Pokemon you want it to be mixed with. The base Pokemon determines the overall color scheme of the entire final creature (alternatively you can request the final creature to have the color scheme of one of the specific Pokemon)

Regular Splices: Tell me the Pokemon you want and the color scheme for the final product (any colors are fine, but don't blame me if it turns out an eyesore). Specifying a base Pokemon also helps, otherwise I choose a base for you

Fake Sprites: Provide me a link to an image (decently drawn, please) of the fake you want a sprite for and I will determine if it's doable or not. If it is, then I will tell you so and begin working on it. If not, I'll let you know and you can then either request something else or give me another fake to try

All Recolors: Specify the kind you want (Candycane, Gem, Marble or Revamp) and tell me the Pokemon. For Candycane, Gem and Marble, you can also include the generation/game sprite you want me to use and PLEASE specify a gem, otherwise I won't know what color you want it. With Revamps, specify the version of the Pokemon you want revamped (R/B/Y, G/S/C)

For Gems: If you don't know any gems off the top of your head, here is a small list of basic ones I can do for you:

- Sapphire (blue)
- Emerald (green)
- Ruby (red)
- Onyx (black)
- Diamond (white)
- Amethyst (purple)

Those are some simple ones, however if you wish I can do more complicated ones such as Blue and Yellow Topaz, Rose Quartz, etc.

I hope it turned out okay...I was gonna have a few more things on it, but because the base is kind of small I had to cut back on any additions.

But hopefully it looks dark enough. The purple orbs are extensions of its body that it controls with dark power (read: not psychic power). Actually they're just there to make it look less of a Darkrai splice...^__^;;;

With elementals I generally have to stick to color schemes for the element I'm changing it to. Blue suggests a water element....

@Surges: A Hybrid is basically taking 2+ Pokemon and actually creating a new one out of them (like my Esmew, Mewoh, etc. examples).

Regular splices are just taking two or more Pokemon and splicing them together with a desired color scheme (where as a Hybrid would have only one color scheme of one of the Pokemon used).

Does that explain it better?

@Mint: OMG THAT IS ADORABLE! Hmm.....It might be possible.....did you just want the male or female one? It looks to me like both are possible, but I'd only like to do one or the other.

It came out a bit plain...Rapidash doesn't have the best color scheme and Girafarig doesn't have much to offer to the base. I did my best, though. Had to custom in the spines on the back, since I couldn't manipulate the ones from Girafarig to fit where I wanted. But yeah. Hope you like!
