Hey all,

I suggested this a while back but we are going to actually go through with this. Basically we are planning on doing a movie night on our IRC channel #gtsplus. Originally I was planning on doing a doodle poll but I think it'll work better for people to respond to this thread. We are thinking of watching Captain American 2, but we are open to other suggestions.

I can provide streaming links in IRC on the day of the movie night so don't worry about that. However, please fill out the following questionnaire:

Would you like to participate?

What dates are you free? Keep in mind - we will only do this on the weekends, so narrow down the dates accordingly.

What time are you free? Be sure to include a timezone.

I want as many responses as possible so please participate!!

Any weekend is good for me. August 1st is a hit or miss rn as I could be going away for the day and night mb, but you'll be streaming when it's like 3am for me and I don't work sunday so it's ok.

Any Saturday or Sunday this month and maybe the next month should be fine. Unless something comes up at the last minute, I should be able to be online these days.



For now, it's between 9-11am, 2-4 pm, and 7-10pm Arizona Time. AZ time is currently three hours behind server time.

I agree to this. I am free literally every weekend (If that changes I will say) any time from ~6:30pm to 3am UTC+1.

E: That is, 5 hours ahead server time.

I am free on alternate Saturdays. I think i am available on the 18th at least.

I am free from 3pm to 9pm pacific time

I have already seen Captain America 2 so i will do my best to avoid spoiling it for others.

I'd love to join. I should be available through most of the days of this month up until the 24th and around the 16th in August and later. 12:00-4:00 PM and 8:00-11:00 PM Server time works for me.

I'm free all weekends but I might not be able to get on the computer on the 25-26th (the weekend after this next one). And I'll be here from 9am to midnight server time. Actually pretty much at any hour after midnight too. If it's for Chris Evans I'll pull an all nighter

Well, I wouldn't mind trying this out, I suppose. I'm available MOST weekends at around 10:30 PM, or around 2-4 during the day, though if I don't work I'm on forever. This Saturday, I would need to wait til 11ish server time, but otherwise, I'm down.

The thing about The Room is there's like 2 two or three minute sex scenes.

I dunno if I'll participate then since i don't have my own computer and it'll be weird if my parents or younger brother come into the room.

When did this happen? Tbh I'd rather watch Cap 2. But I'll agree with this if it means the thing actually goes ahead: I'm not that bothered on what we actually watch.

I'd be fine any weekend; I'm on EST (GMT-5), and nights would be preferable if it were to occur Friday EST or Saturday EST. I am available some Saturday mornings, however.

Some movie suggestions: Maybe Disney movies? Everyone loves Disney c: Or Pokemon movies, seeing as this is what this site is about (Some of my personal favorites are Spell of the Unown, Pokemon 4ever, Pokemon Heros, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, Rise of Darkrai, Giratina and the Sky Warrior, and Arceus and the Jewel of Life).

I'd definitely like to participate (though I haven't visited the chat in a long time). Availability ranges from 10am to 9pm GMT (5am-4pm server time) both Saturday and Sunday, but it would be better to suggest a date and I'll see if I can do it. My sister and brother sometimes make unplanned visits, so sometimes it's hard to have availability until like the day before.

1, 22 and 23 August definitely won't work for me though. This is a great idea btw

If this is still a thing that might happen again... during the winter months I'm potentially available later on Saturday nights (probably after about 10pm server time) and then any time on Sunday It'd be neat to watch movies again!

Yeah, as it stands now we've been setting stuff on a whim.

Anyway, how does Friday night sound for people? Not this friday but a week from Friday since finals are over for the majority of us then. Some girls in chat wanted to watch Mean Girls, I wanna watch Jingle All The Way...

This is the first I've noticed this thread. Doh me! I'm not sure I'd know how to participate / join in... never been on the irc (not sure I know what that even means... *super blush*), but if it is a simple "click here to join the web page/site" then I'd love to participate. I think I've heard of Mean Girls but never saw it. I've heard of Jingle All the Way and, again, never saw it. That's a comedy, right? With some big name actors? I'd investigate participating in either or, time depending. 4pm ET is just after my lunch hour at work so that wouldn't work for me. But since I'm a newbie to this... don't hold anything up on my account.

Yeah we always tend to have spur of the moment movie nights and it's bad, I really don't know a good way to arrange this because a lot of these happen because a bunch of us are students that are staying up all night and just making fun of each other.

It's really hard to arrange this and include everyone! We saw Little Nicky and Jingle All The Way this past Friday.

Also Jingle All The Way is a pretty awful movie. Mean Girls, on the other hand, is just a high school comedy that I've seen more times than I am willing to admit.
