So vote, and write why please
On Bulbapedia, it states that it's bipedal, but few people think it's quadropedal... In my opinion, it's bipedial, it stays on 2 legs, it runs on two legs and so on... I think it's both. I saw Cyndaquil standing and walking on two legs, but doing the running on four. I can't really imagine Cyndaquil running on two legs. He would be too slow.
But I guess I would then count it as Quadropedal. I guess. But its both really. -------------------- |

If everything that primary runs on two legs bipedal, then it's bipedal.
