Alf Layla wa-Layla-Sonic and the Secret rings *eye twitch* so much shaking wiimote I thought my arm was going to fall off (and I lost at least 15 times before I beat him
 The giant vampire queen thingy in the sewer that shoots acid at you in Bloodrayne 2. I swear it took me about 2 hours to figure out how to beat it. What makes it worse is even if you are damaging it, it doesnt look like you are damaging it Phantom in Kingdom hearts. I have no comment about the evil, wanna rip your hair out boss

1. Dark Bowser/Dark Star - (Mario and Luigi: Bowser's inside story) It took about twenty tries and fifteen Star Candies before I was able to beat him...
2. Gary/Green/or what ever you call him - (Pokémon LeafGreen) I've never beat this guy. Geez, I should be ashamed of myself. 3. Ganondoft - (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) First time I got to the third form I didn't think he'd be so hard. Sure, I beat him, but it was hard. --------------------    ^ Yay. |

I don't know about the hardest, so I'll list some that were a challenge for me in no particular order.
3: Bowser - Paper Mario Bowser may not be the hardest boss in the world, but his attacks are powerful, and he can HEAL himself. What's worse, he heals himself for 30 HP. That's just about 1/3 of his entire HP. He can do this as much as he wants thanks to that little Star Rod of his. 2: Larsa - Mushihime-sama Futari Bullet hell shooters are normally difficult for me, but this is unfair. She is often considered to be one of the hardest bosses of all time, and I can see why. If you can miss this, you can dodge rain. I like her mood swings. 1: Seth - Street Fighter IV Seth was fine is Super Street Fighter IV, but the non-super SF4 is another story. 3. The Black Knight (Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance) - I've usually had troubles with this guy, and the fact that it relies on luck to beat him doesn't help at all.
2. Nightmare (Metroid Fusion) - I can't stand this thing. At all. His attack pattern is so confusing, he freakin' godmods (so much that his face starts falling apart but he doesn't die). 1. Dhenginsea(?) (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) - This dude has nearly maxed stats, his HP is 100, and he can practically kill you in one hit. Out of how many tries I've done to beat him, I've only beaten him twice.
