The "Sign of Three" goes along with the fact we have three people, but I don't understand the title in terms of the "sign" part. What would the title refer to, in that case?

Um...The Journey of Three, maybe? It seems like all our characters are going on some sort of quest. Roxxy's trying to find closure, Jacques's trying to find answers/acceptance, Jay's trying to find his place in the world...

The titles reminded me of the book title, The Power of Three. This is not a suggestion, but a comment.

If Mam approves of the Journey of Three, I will go along with it, too. Thank you for thinking up titles for us, Hunter. Titles are always difficult for me; usually I title things "character x and character y" unless my partner has a better idea, lol.

Mam, do you think your post could include what exactly Team Flare is doing? I set up this scenario without really knowing what. No-good activity they would be doing. I thought that perhaps they would be harrassing someone, but I am not too sur!

EDIT: Decided to go with them having secured some ships at Courmarine, to either ship goods and make money, or set up a blockade to prevent the export of Poke Balls/other goods without imposing a toll of some sort. The second one sounded more sinister/obviously evil, while the first seemed like it'd fit the plot more.

I tried to write up a decent post, but, dear me, I don't know how well I progressed the plot with so much filler. I guess I avoided the question of their plan. I'm going to have to read up on Team Flare, Coumarine City, etc. so I could contribute more to such aspects of the role-play.
