Team Rocket and other evil organizations had decided to create a much larger and more dangerous team known as Team Chaotic. They did this as an attempt to have a more successful chance of enslaving Pokémon for their own selfish desires. They were tired of their failures. The creators of this new team hoped that their combined efforts would improve their chances of enslaving the Pokémon of this world.

They sent out their best agents in search of the powerful gods of the Pokémon world, the immortal legendaries, as an attempt to use the power they possessed. But this had proved futile. Not even the strongest and bravest of souls had been able to capture or tame the immense power that these Pokemon possessed. The legendary Pokemon were simply too powerful for such a feat to be successful. Nonetheless, it was still insane to even consider that such an attempt could even be possible in the first place.

Despite their lack of success, Team Chaotic continued forth with their plans. But every attempt ended the same. It all resulted in failure.

This only made those in charge of Team Chaotic try even harder to catch the legendaries.

One day the most intelligent of scientists had finally found a plan to capture these Pokémon. Until now, all their agonizing years of research and failed experiments, their work has finally come to an end. The work itself was a device that would weaken the god-like Pokémon to the point where they would be virtually like any other Pokémon...

Mortal.

They tried out their new technology on several evolved Pokémon and took note of how all the Pokémon reverted to a weaker version of themselves. Instead of reverting back to their previous evolutions, like they thought, each pokemon became weaker and their powers were greatly reduced. Oddly enough, much of the more larger Pokémon had shrunk in size. Otherwise than that, their appearance stayed the same.

Unfortunately, there were still several flaws that had yet to be fixed. But none of the leaders paid much attention towards the fact. They were far too impatient and restless. They didn’t allow the scientists to continue their research. Instead they begun their quest for the Hall of Origin, the home of the Legendary Pokémon, Arceus.

It took months until they finally found the place.

Without a moment’s hesitation they used the strange machine. This caused all the powerful and feared legendaries to become weaker as seconds passed by. Large Pokemon like Arceus begun to shrink in size.

The Pokémon gods (and goddesses) were losing their energy at such a rapid pace that they had nearly lost all of strength around the seventh minute. Arceus, being the strongest out of all of them, had somehow managed to open a rift to an alternative dimension before it was too late. In a blinding flash of light all Pokémon that were part of the legendary council were gone…

They were gone a place where no human had roamed the land. A place where only Pokémon dominate…

Aaah, so many great legendaries... Can I reserve Celebi?

Also, since we're already RolePlaying together in PMD: Endless Possibilities, do I need a sample?

EDIT: Okay. I'll use the start post of Team R3NEGADE.

The trio of Team R3NEGADE were up and awake earlier than usual. Raggedy didn't sleep much, but he did usually relax and observe the stars, spy on fellow guild members, or even occasionally read. Not like he was into that kind of stuff. There just wasn't anything else to do in this confounded Fairy-type haven.

Instead of the usual calm atmosphere of everybody going about in their usual directions, the guild was in an excited hush. September caught the eye of another exploration team composed of a Blue Floette and a Red Floette. "Hey, guys, do you know what's going on?" September asked.

The Red Floette replied, "Apparently, some really powerful duo just entered the guild and are signing up to be an exploration team. Imagine that! Why would two fully evolved Pokemon need to bother joining a guild of our type? They should be signing up for an Elite Guild!" The Blue Floette motioned to the red one to head out. "Seeya, R3NEGADE!"

September turned to her teammates, but Raggedy was the first to say something. "We could take them. Easily."

"They're new members in a guild, not outlaws for us to take out." Thorn snapped. "We should just go about business as usual. They can do as they please."

"Hold up, guys." said September, attempting to calm them. Neither of them ever seemed in a good mood in the morning. "How about being the first to give them a nice welcome? We could head out to Apple Woods and pick them some Perfect Apples?" Thorn gave a firm nod, and Raggedy simply grunted in agreement. "Alright then, it's settled. We already packed last night, so we can head out now."

They didn't stop to talk to anybody as they headed out to the Apple Woods. They raced through the floors, hoping to be able to welcome the new team before anybody beat them to the punch.

Personailty/Bio: Can be quite shy, so he could get a bit frightened sometimes. He wears a scarf around his neck.
Likes: Being safe, making friends.
Dislikes: Big things, something that scares him, water.

Species of Pokémon: Lugia
Name: Luke
Gender: Male
Level: 20
Attacks (3 attacks at most for now): Hydro Pump, Sky Attack, Protect
Level: 20
Personailty/Bio: Luke was found by Blitz when he (Luke) was trapped. He may be a bit protective over Blitz, he sometimes calls Blitz "Master"
Likes: Flying, Playing with Blitz, Apples
Dislikes: Being trapped, someone hurting Blitz.

A Quilava ran as quick as he can to the end of the forest, a giant beast was chasing him. "Must... Escape!" The Quilava panted. He arrived at a dead end and crashed. He didn't see anything coming, nor did he hear any voices. "Phew, that was close!" He sighed.

Luke was sharing apples with Blitz, happily eating the fruit he enjoys. "Thanks for giving me this fruit Master!" He said happily, when he saw a Tyranitar walking to them it growled at Luke, then growled at Blitz and tried to attack him, Luke blocked the attack and growled, "Back off."

Species of Pokémon: Latios

Name: Latios

Gender: Male

Nickname: Tio

Attacks: Psywave, Helping Hand, Safeguard

Level: 20

Personailty/Bio: When someone looks at Latios the phrase 'Strong silent type' comes to mind. He is quiet and withdrawn and doesn't like conflict, only battling when he has to. He has a kind of calming influence around people, and is often the peacekeeper when fights break out in the group. However, he has a tendency to bottle up his emotions. He has been prone to explode when pushed too far, and although he has never attacked anyone, he knows it could still happen. To prevent this he closes himself off from others and distances himself,.

The only time he ever really opens up is around his sister, Latias, or Tia. When the two are alone, he will talk freely, and sometimes even crack jokes. He is happier, livelier, and he always feels better about himself. He loves his sister dearly, and as such is fiercely protective of her. He tries to keep her out of trouble, but he has trouble keeping up with her sometimes.

As far as the other legendaries go, he doesn't them, and they don't bother him, and he's fine with that. He can usually be found flying around on his own, or relaxing somewhere. If he ever has to work with others, he'll do it respectfully and efficiently, but won't usually interact with them much unless he absolutely needs to. whne on his own, he listens to music, and has a liking for all types, often changing it to accompany his mood.

Likes: his sister, all types of music, listening to his music on his Radio/Stereo, flying

Dislikes: Conflict, working (unless he has to), overly loud and obnoxious people.

Species of Pokémon: Latias

Name:Latias

Gender: Female

Nickname: Tia

Attacks: Wish, Psywave, Safeguard

Level: 17

Personailty/Bio: While Latios is quiet and distant, Latias is very open and carefree. She is very curious about the world around her and is often exploring in her spare time. She is very talkative and loud, and always looking for stuff to do. She is a natural optimist and is very bubbly and bouncy. She can be naive however, and is prone to saying the wrong thing sometimes. Like her brother, she also dislikes fighting, often trying to talk things through.

With the other legendaries she is very nice and sweet. Like Arceus, she does view them as a family, and as such, treats everyone with respect. She is very keen to be friends with everyone, even the legendaries who prefer to be by themselves, because she hates seeing them be left out of things. She can be rude sometimes, but this is only when she is very angry with someone, and she will apologize soon after.

The one person Tia loves to hang with more than anyone however is her brother Latios, or Tio. Although she is often annoyed by how overprotective he is of her, she knows he only cares for her. More than anything she wants to help him be more social with the group, and is often trying to get him involved.

Likes: her brother, parties, hanging out with friends

Dislikes: Having nothing to do, being alone, mean people

Additional information: SO basically I've made them into a brother/sister combo who get on eachother's nerves sometimes, but do stick together and help each other out. I guess they’re kinda lke sitcom siblings to go with your sitcom dad of Arceus.

Personailty/Bio: Shadow seems to do things alone, he rarely makes friends, he only uses his Dark Void for enemies
Likes: Flying around in the night.
Dislikes: Pokemon thinking that he'll give them nightmares.

Species of Pokémon: Arceus
Name: (None)
Gender: Male
Nickname: (None)
Attacks: Seismic Toss, Hyper Voice, Earth Power and Cosmic Power
Level: 34
Personailty/Bio: Arceus, the creator of all pokemon, has taken responsibility of being a father-like figure towards his creations. He even goes as far enough to tell everybody to call him dad or father, much to the legendaries’ chargin. Although many of the legendaries consider him as their parent, most of them find it strange how Arceus wants to be considered a father. Especially when Arceus has little knowledge on how to stop tantrums, break up fights or other things you would expect a father to be capable of; you can bet that Arceus will be unable to accomplish it.

Despite his poor parental skills, Arceus is actually quite intelligent, and when it comes to making large and difficult decisions regarding his family, you can always count on him to put his 'family' first. As you can tell, he truly loves his family. He loves his family so much that he would even go to such lengths to miss some of his own free time in order to babysit some of the younger and more childish legendaries. He often overexerts himself in the process, which often leads him to disappear to god knows where for several hours and even days ( depending on how exhausted Arceus was).

Likes: All his ‘children’, days without any duties or obligations, sports, watching TV ( don’t ask him how he obtained such an item) and basically everything that isn't considered “bad” for his kids.
Dislikes: Rigged sports, bad sitcoms, immoral teen pop sensations, ACTUALLY having to do any work…etc.

Additional information:
You can consider him to be a stereotypical, embarrassing father.

Species of Pokémon: Giratina
Name: (None)
Gender: Commonly considered female.
Nickname: 'Tina
Attacks: Shadow Sneak, Slash and AncientPower
Level: 20
Personailty/Bio:
At first glance many Pokémon are often imitated by her physical appearance. But that’s probably because of her large body structure and the ghost-like aura she emits. Most people would never consider lying to her. This is due to the fact that she is really good at detecting lies.
Giratina or 'Tina for short, isn't considered the most adventurous type out of all the legendaries. In fact, many of the other legendaries consider her rather boring. Some even say that she doesn't seem to know the definition of fun at all. But none of them would ever say that to her face. They simply cherish their lives too much. However, she isn’t incapable of doing anything adventurous. She is just afraid of taking risks. But she’ll never admit that to anybody. Instead she created an impassive wall around herself.

Likes: Reading, personal space, books, music, silence, Distortion World (it's is the only place she could really go without getting pestered by anyone).
Dislikes: Being interrupted, awkward moments, romantic novels and over-used clichés.
Additional information: ‘Tina is interested in astrology. Sometimes you can even see her stargazing in secluded places.

Personality/Bio: A calm, truthful Pokémon, who has a gentle nature. She cares for others and is a fierce fighter if her friends are in danger. Reshiram, even with her disagreements with Zekrom, considers him her best friend. They both like to spend their time together.
In the human world Reshiram sought those people, whose hearts were truthful and wanted to create a world of truth. She helped them on their journeys and sometimes clashed with Zekrom for having different ideals than she had.
Likes: When she can help Pokémon and humans alike.
Dislikes: Lying and dishonesty

Species of Pokémon: Zekrom
Name: -
Nickname: Zecky
Gender: Commonly thought male
Level: 16
Attacks (3 attacks at most for now): Lightning Bolt, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw
Personality/Bio: A creative and bright-hearted Pokémon, who desires to create his ideals. He inspires other Pokémons to drive for their dreams and to create the ideal world. However, Zekrom might seem a little bashful when he gets too pumped up with his ideas.
In the human world, Zekrom sought those people who desired to create a world to match their ideals. He clashed with Reshiram a couple of times, for they had quite different views of the world - Reshiram wanted a truthful one, Zekrom a one to match ideals.
Likes: The feeling of accomplishments
Dislikes: Impurity and selfishness.

TEAM STARFIRE: Eleara- Ratenu- Taura-(Zoroark) Cherthar-

"Get 'im!" Eleara yelped as the Rattata scurried past her, the little Pokémon holding a pouch of various Berries - mostly Sitrus and Leppa - in his mouth. Eleara tried to hit him with Psycho Cut but missed. Right then Ratenu, who had used Dig, jumped up from the ground and catched the Rattata between his paws.

"Haiya there!" Ratenu grinned to the terrified Rattata.
"I'm sorry, mister! I didn't mean to take 'em, I thought someone had forgotten 'em there! Really! Honestly!" he quickly squeaked as rest of the team gathered up, Cherthar moving cautiously as he scanned the area with Calm Mind.

"He's a good liar." Taura scoffed and crossed her arms, glaring at the thief. Eleara sighed and inclined her head to Ratenu. He immediately let go of the Rattata, but made sure he got the pouch of Berries before that. A shy Skiddo came out from the bushes and thankfully took the berries from Ratenu.

"We will let you go with a warning. Go apologize to that Skiddo for stealing her Berries and make sure we won't hear of you again." Eleara said, staring intensely at the Rattata.

"Uh, I'm sorry, miss." the Rattata said quickly and really did look sorry.
"It's okay, just tell me next time you're hungry and I can share my Berries." Skiddo smiled and then turned to the Team.

"Thank you so much!" she said and gave them their reward: four Lum Berries.
"No problem. It is our job, after all." Eleara said with a quick smile. "Team Starfire, let's go back to Evergreen Guild."
With that, the four Pokémons started walking towards the Guild.

At the tree, Cherthar suddenly stopped.
"What is it?" Ratenu asked cheerfully. Cherthar didn't answer for a moment, his blind eyes staring at noting. Then he inhaled and answered.
"Something has happened, I can sense it from the auras around here. A new team probably, can't say anything more specific." Cherthar said with a thoughtful tone. "Which means that these new ones have probably just gotten their first mission.

The rest of the team nodded, accepting the conclusion Cherthar had given them. The team noticed Serperior and walked to him.
"Oh, I see you have returned." Serperior greeted them.
"Yes, sir. We were rewarded with four Lum Berries and I'd like to donate one Berry for the Guild." Eleara said and took her Berry, giving it to the founder.
"My, thank you. This will help some of our teams on their longer missions." Serperior thanked them and then took his leave.

"Do you guys want to go for another mission, or...?" Eleara didn't finish her sentence. Ratenu shrugged, Cherthar nodded slightly and Taura seemed to burst with excitement.
"Another mission? Well, of course!" she exclaimed, already going to the bulletin board with some everyday-missions.
"She really loves this job." Ratenu grinned as the rest of the team walked to the board to choose their next mission.

Actually, I think I'm going to have to cancel my reservation. I'm very sorry. (And it's not fair of me to hog Celebi when I know I can't go through with this right now.) If you really need another member, I could join... but it doesn't appear that you do. Once again, I'm very sorry... but I'm sure we can continue RolePlaying together in PMD: EP!
