The entire Chu family are my top three favorite Pokemon, but out of the three Pikachu is my favorite. [Followed by Raichu, then Pichu.]
My favorite Electric-Type move is definitely Volt Tackle, hands-down. It's very dependable in my Diamond game and I use it a lot when I'm battling with my Raichu.  Edit: Eh... Zangoose isn't an Electric-Type. I voted Other (Ampharos & Rotom) and Volt Tackle.

I chose Pikachu. =) It is one of my favorites and I've always thought it was just adorable and also a dependable battler. My favorite Electric attack is probably Zap Cannon. I loved using that move with my Umbreon back in Silver, even if it misses often.
